This is a really interesting analogy video on Gaza by Egyptian media figure Joe Hussen. It’s about 8 minutes long but I really recommend it.
I’ve mentioned before that the west only sees what’s going on in Palestine through a small window, because of bias, manipulation, and the simple fact that much of the news isn’t translated into English.
I hope this video gives you something to think about.
Jesus clearly points out that hell was prepared for the devil and his angels. Men only go there because they have willingly cast their lot with the devil and his angels.
The timing of this post is sort of apt, as one year ago today, all ARG winners (including me) got the studio door version of Kelly Time for 3 hours. Fast forward to a few days after the track is officially out to the rest of the world. Back when Adam first uploaded the lyric video for "Kelly Time", he used a different, rough version of the song with several different instruments and drum sections not found on the current streaming version. This is my attempt to remaster that alternate version of the song so that it's on par in loudness and quality with the streaming version.
Special thanks to Jeremiah Dench on YouTube for his version that turned the drums down a bit. I started with this version in Audacity and limited the track so that the drum peaks weren't as loud as the other instruments. I then turned the whole sound down a few decibels before feeding into Matchering, using a CD rip of the album version of Kelly Time as the reference. This is Matchering's result, exported as an MP3.
And yes, this is a teaser for a year-end post that is LONG overdue... Stay tuned to this space!
I watched Cast Away all the way through for the first time tonight and… you’re telling me Kelly grieved the tragic death of the supposed love of her life, found a new man, dated him, got married, and had a kid all in the span of only 4 years?? And Callum couldn’t let go of a girl he knew for a few weeks after 2 whole years?
Animated TV series about an anthropomorphic brine shrimp who’s the only one still alive after their six-year-old owner stopped caring about the bugs in his tank and stopped feeding them.
Every episode is about him trying to give himself something to do to, at the start of the series it’s stuff like making grave markers for his loved ones, making an algae farm to feed himself, creating a rudimentary water filter to help clean what water he’s breathing. Kind of like The Martian.
By the end of the series he’s gone totally insane from the isolation, digging up the graves of his loved ones to make puppets out of their bones, starts making effigies of himself out of algae, painting on the tank walls with his blood, that kind of thing. More like Cast Away
Also throughout the series the background changes, it’s gradual so you don’t notice it episode-to-episode, but it changes from very nice clean surroundings to gradually getting dirtier and grittier as the tank goes uncleaned for a long time.
quit ignoring me this is why john doesn't fucking love you bitch ass always ignoring him he's catching on hope he just doesn't come home one day you're all alone "where's john?" turns out he left 3 weeks ago and you never noticed because he left a ball instead of a balloon with his face this time so it didn't inflate or move to gain your attention to it's fakeness
I think John has various other reasons.
Don't you have anything better to do? Or did your own ball with a face leave you, so now you have to take your frustration out on others?
And I think you mean deflate, not inflate. Balloons tend to lose air, not gain them magically without anyone blowing them up.
