Prince Charles is ‘still fuming’ over Oprah interview as Harry ‘did not leave on good terms’ after Philip’s funeral
MAY 2, 20214:40pm
Dan Keane, The Sun news.com.au
Prince Charles is “still fuming” over Harry and Meghan’s interview with Oprah Winfrey, a royal expert has claimed.
Royal correspondent Christina Garibaldi claimed the Duke of Sussex did not leave the UK on good terms with his father after Prince Philip’s funeral, The Sun reports.
Harry returned to the UK for the first time in over a year for his grandfather Philip’s funeral ceremony last month.
The Duke of Sussex did spend time with his father and brother following the service - but it’s claimed little progress was made and relations remain icy.
Ms Garibaldi wrote in US Weekly: “Prince Harry and Prince Charles did not resolve their differences when Harry returned to the UK.
“They barely communicated.
“Charles is still fuming about Harry throwing shade at him and the Royal Family in the big interview and won’t let it drop.”
It follows claims that Harry’s discussions with William and Charles were “very strained” and were only an “opening move” to heal the royal rift, according to royal author Phil Dampier.
He told The Sun: “The discussions after Prince Philip’s funeral were a start, but were clearly very strained and only an opening move.”
Renowned royal biographer Angela Levin also claims the Prince of Wales is poised to “cut the monarchy down” in the future to save cash.
The Mail Online reports a slimmed-down version could see just Charles, Camilla, William, Kate, Princes George and Louis and Princess Charlotte as senior royals.
‘Charles is still fuming about Harry throwing shade at him and the Royal Family in the big interview and won‘t let it drop.’
Others may be urged to look for other ways to help support themselves and could end up losing their highly-valued titles and patronages.
Ms Garibaldi claimed that a source told her: “After the damage Harry has caused the family he firmly believes that his son doesn’t deserve the privilege of being a royal.”
Meanwhile, Harry is due to return for an unveiling of a statue for his mother, the late Princess Diana.
The brothers announced the commission of the statue two years ago on the 20th anniversary of Princess Diana’s death, and it is hoped Harry’s planned return will be another positive step towards his reunion with his family.
Prince Charles is “still fuming” over Harry and Meghan’s interview with Oprah Winfrey, a royal expert has claimed.
During the Oprah interview, Harry had accused William, 38, and Charles of being “trapped” in the Royal Family. Talks between the trio afterwards were said to be “unproductive”.
Meghan, 39, also claimed an unnamed royal of raising “concerns” about Archie‘s “skin colour” before he was born.
The Queen then released a statement almost two days after the chat saying the claims would be taken “very seriously”.

(Shipping ask game) 24, 26, 40?
Thank you so much for asking!
24. Do you mostly ship canon pairings? Sort of. I ship” there but for” pairings, or “this can be read as” pairings, as well as canon pairings where something has happened.
My pairings are: Coldwave (Leonard Snart x Mick Rory - Legends of Tomorrow/The Flash), Enjolras x Grantaire (Les Mis), Jack O’Neill x Sam Carter (Stargate SG-1), Lord Asriel x Marisa Coulter (His Dark Materials), Christina Scofield x Aldo Burrows (Prison Break - if you pretend that Aldo didn’t actually bite the bullet in season 2 and was still running around doing things, there could have been so much there), Thomas Hamilton x James Flint, Jack Rackham x Anne Bonny x Max (Black Sails), Ivanova x Talia Winters, Garibaldi x Bester, Ivanova x Bester = take over the world and destroy sleepers and make sure telepaths are safe even when they aren’t living in Psicorp (Babylon 5)
26. Have you noticed a pattern in your shipping? Is there a romantic dynamic you’re more drawn to? I tend to be drawn to equally strong personalities doing things independently and then being stronger at what they do together, or characters with very strong chemistry.
40. If you could change one thing about your OTP, what would that be? Just kiss already (or just bang already), you dipshits! You love each other so much! Or alternately, just work together, you would be better able to get your goals by working together than working separately.

Anna’s currently incomplete wall of historical lady faves.
My walls are very bland and I absolutely cannot be bothered painting them so instead I’m covering this one in pictures of women throughout history who I find absolutely fascinating examples of all the ways a woman can be amazing.
Why did I choose to represent Austen and the Brontes with actresses who played them in movies as opposed to their actual portraits? I genuinely don’t remember, sorry.
So currently we have; Ada Lovelace, Joan of Arc, Emilia Plater, Mary Shelley, King Christina of Sweden, Cleopatra VII, Marie Skłodowska Curie, Black Agnes of Dunbar, Sappho, the Bronte sisters, Dorothy Parker, Wu Zetian, Marsha P Johnson, Flora MacDonald, Nan Shepherd, Ida B Wells, Dolly Wilde, Jane Austen, Mary Somerville, Josephine Baker, Ching Shih, Greta Garbo, Mary Seacole, Emily Dickinson, Kira Kirillovna, Abigail Adams, Anita Garibaldi, Anne Bonny, Angela Carter, Lyudmila Pavlichenko, Sophia Parnok, Marlene Dietrich, and Anne Farquharson-Mackintosh.
It is very unlikely this project will ever be truly finished because I am always trying to learn more about the phenomenal women who have gone before us. I have to say, it is pretty motivating to wake up looking at some of them. Who would you put on your version of this wall?
*disclaimer - these pictures are in no particular order and there is no particular reason for their sizes, I was just printing what google would give me.

90 Day Fiance's Angela Deem Had 5 Surgeries Done in the Same Day

90 Day Fiance's Angela Deem Had 5 Surgeries Done in the Same Day
A whole new look! 90 Day Fiancé star Angela Deem has been through a journey “not only physically, but emotionally” as she’s made big changes to her lifestyle and undergone major surgeries.
“I noticed when I went to Nigeria last time I was just putting on weight … I said, ‘I’m getting bigger or swollen.’ I mean, I think I gained 20, almost 25 pounds,” the TLC personality, 55, told Us Weekly exclusively as she detailed her path to a slimmer figure. “It just hit me all at once. … I couldn’t even walk in the grocery store with the kids to get groceries. I was out of breath.”
Deem said that her smoking habit also contributed to her struggles pre-surgery. However, she “really thought that [she] would die” if she didn’t make a decision about her weight. “I started realizing I needed something done,” she explained.

The Georgia native did her research and was convinced that a gastric sleeve procedure would be her best option — but that wasn’t the only reason she went under the knife.
“I decided to do breast surgery while I’m there. [A] reduction. Everybody’s like, ‘What?’ I’m like, ‘Why not?’” she told Us. “And then what about liposuction? … I said, ‘Let’s do it! Let’s do it all in one day.’”
The reality TV star appeared on season 2 of 90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days with her husband, Michael Ilesanmi. Angela has two daughters from a previous relationship, Scottie Deem and Skyla Deem. As they watched her begin her health journey, Scottie and Skyla warned their mom not to “do all those surgeries in one day,” but Angela was determined.
“I’m going to do everything I can while I’m there, and I’m strong, and I’m going to be all right. I said, ‘This is something I need to do,’” Angela recalled, noting that she’s dropped “maybe 85 to 90 pounds” thanks to the operations. “The bad thing was during the surgery … they found, you know, hernias and stuff. So, I actually had five surgeries in one day. I was under anesthesia for, like, six hours.”
Recovering from her August 2020 hospital stay hasn’t been easy. For Angela, “the first three months” after her surgeries were the “hardest months of [her] life.” Not only was there stress put on her body, but the grandmother of six also experienced “an emotional toll” post-op. However, the results were worth all the ups and downs.
“There’s benefits behind doing it for myself because it also benefits the grandkids being around me longer and [Michael] and I being together longer,” she explained. “I did it for myself to stay alive … and [to] benefit the ones I love.”
Catch Angela on the new season of 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After? airing on TLC April 25 at 8 p.m. ET and on the latest episode of 90 Day Bares All, streaming on Discovery+.

MTV News' Christina Garibaldi described "Wiggle" as an "upbeat club-ready song that's all about a woman's "big fat butt"." "Wiggle" received mixed reviews from music critics. The song was on Spin's list of "The 101 Best Songs of 2014". In a negative review, "Wiggle" was named one of the 10 worst songs of 2014 by Time. After analyzing the lyrics, Australian pop culture site Irkitated said "I am struggling to see the correlation between a booty being like two planets and a ham sandwich but,
