Matthias Casse (°97; /-81kg; FY Boom/Schelle; 2°WRL): 2° (4 own) Het blijft een ongelooflijk huzarenstukje als je vier jaar na mekaar de finale van een WK betwist, laten we dat voorop stellen !

Daarvoor moest hij ditmaal voorbij: -- Antonio Esposito (°94; Ita; 21°WRL; hier out in 1/16-fin): die hiza-guruma 3″sec voor tijd moet een hele opluchting geweest zijn, nadat hij na 2′48″min een onterechte 2de-shido voor passivity tegen kreeg...  -- Medickson Del Orbe Cortorreal (°95; Dom; 29°WRL; hier out in 1/8-fin) -- Attila Ungvari (°88; Hun; 7°WRL; hier 7°) -- Sagi Muki (°92; Isr; 16°WRL; hier 5°)

Nu toegegeven, dat is momenteel zeker niet het indrukwekkendste lijstje van toppers: Matthias ontweek namelijk: -- Saeid Mollaei (°92; Aze; 3°WRL; hier out 1/16-fin), -- Guilherme Schimidt (°00; Bra; 4°WRL; hier out 1/16-fin) -- Frank De Wit (°96; Ned; 13°WRL; hier out 1/16-fin) -- Vedat Albayrak (°93; Tur; 8°WRL; hier out 1/8-fin) -- Alpha Oumar Djalo (°96; Fra; 5°WRL; hier out 1/8-fin) -- Takanori Nagase (°93; Jpn; 11°WRL; hier 3°) -- Joonhwan Lee (°02; Kor; 9°WRL; hier 3°) 

Dát zijn momenteel de échte wereldtoppers, en daarvan stond alleen Saeid Mollaei in Matthias’ tabel-helft...  Al de rest stond bij Grigalashvili !! Nu goed, het gros was duidelijk niet op de afspraak, en dat toont en onderstreept inderdaad en effectief de waarde van zo’n 4 opéénvolgende finales, absoluut ! Voorts werd Mollaei’s rol verrassend overgenomen door Sagi Muki, maar waarvan - met alle respect - voor Matthias toch niet meer dezelfde dreiging uitgaat (vroeger wel, maar de Muki van 2022/2023, is niet meer die van 2018/2019, toen hij 7 van hun 8 duels won; en ook Matthias werd sterker natuurlijk).

Tato Grigalashvili (°99; Geo; 1°WRL) op zijn beurt etaleerde: van zijn 5 kampen ging er slechts één in Golden Score: die tegen “landgenoot” Wachid Borchashvili. En stuk voor stuk prachtige scores bovendien, sommige zelfs brilliant.  2x Europees kampioen, 2x wereldkampioen nu, en 15 WTour-medailles; de Georgiër is ook altijd nog maar 23j. Laten we zeggen dat een topper meekan tot zijn +/- 30ste... Dat moet frustrerend in de oren klinken van zijn tegenstanders, en dus ook in die van Matthias. Maar op naar het volgende duel: de Spelen in Parijs !

Drie observaties: 

1. -- Olympisch gouden en zilveren Clarisse Agbegnenou (°92; Fra; 17°WRL;-) is ondertussen mama, en viert dat met... een 6de wereldtitel ! Hallelujah !!

2. -- de 20-jarige en dubbel-wereldkampioene juniors Joanne Van Lieshout (°02; Ned; 21°WRL) wacht een geweldige toekomst: wordt hier knap 3°. 

3. -- Japan voortijdig uitgeschakeld, ook al kwamen ze met z’n tweeën aan de start: zowel uittredend wereldkampioene Megumi Horikawa (°95; Jpn; 3°WRL) als  oudgediende Miku Tashiro/Takaichi sneuvelden in 1/8-finale: Horikawa verrassend tegen Prisca Awiti-Alcaraz (°96; Mex; 23°WRL) en Takaichi tegen Joanna Van Lieshout. Aldus een eerste gewichtscategorie op dit WK zonder Japan in het final block.

Clarisse Agbegnenou in 2020: “It was hard, I am someone who is always positive and who thinks that everything will be fine, but this [the JO postponement] was a real knockout for me. I didn't think it would bring me down so much. It's probably because it's the only medal I'm missing, so it's the medal I want, that I'm looking for, and it's harsh to say it like that, but I was sure I would get it. I had given everything for it and I was going to get it, so it's hard to be told at the last moment, well no, it's not for now. It's hard to put it off knowing all the sacrifices you make, that you have to make and that you will have to make again. Bankdarlehen: Das Bearbeitungsentgelt für Berechnung einer Nichtabnahmeentschädigung

Die Banken/Sparkassen dürfen für nicht abgenommene Darlehen Schadensersatz geltend machen. Teil des Schadensersatzanspruchs der Nichtabnahme sind die Kosten zur Berechnung des Schadens.

Macht die Sparkasse in ihren AGB dafür Bearbeitungskosten pauschal mit € 50,00 geltend und stellt dies unter den Vorbehalt, dass der Darlehensnehmer einen niedrigeren Schaden nachweisen kann, ist dies zulässig.

Die Klausel in AG der Sparkassen „Bearbeitungspreis für die Berechnung der Nichtabnahmeentschädigung, es sei denn, der Kunde weist nach, dass kein oder ein geringerer Aufwand entstanden ist - € 50,00“ hält der Inhaltskontrolle nach §§ 307, 309 Nr. 5 BGB stand.
