I play Wyatt Clintock, a cowboy cleric!! He’s grave domain (I thought the Path to the Grave feature would be PERFECT for a Cowboy) and so far his signature move is casting Guiding Bolt from his hand crossbow!! He’s a traveler, a wanderer, he goes through towns, helping people, then leaves off into the sunset. He’s trying to find a place to fit in (worshipping the god of the dead doesn’t make him super popular) but he’s found a place with our current party!!

𝒞𝑜𝓂𝓂𝓊𝓃𝒾𝒸𝒶𝓉𝒾𝑜𝓃 is the act of transferring information from one place to, person or group to another. In every 𝒸𝑜𝓂𝓂𝓊𝓃𝒾𝒸𝒶𝓉𝒾𝑜𝓃 it involves a sender, a message, and a recipient which processes to achieve understanding and mutual harmony.

    In communicating, there will always be barriers in it, whether it’s the noise, emotional barriers or lack of attention. Given that 𝒸𝑜𝓂𝓂𝓊𝓃𝒾𝒸𝒶𝓉𝒾𝑜𝓃 is a complex process, it is also difficult to determine where or with whom 𝒸𝑜𝓂𝓂𝓊𝓃𝒾𝒸𝒶𝓉𝒾𝑜𝓃 encounter starts and ends. It can be helpful to consider the different 𝒸𝑜𝓂𝓂𝓊𝓃𝒾𝒸𝒶𝓉𝒾𝑜𝓃  𝓂𝑜𝒹𝑒𝓁𝓈.

  This model describes 𝒸𝑜𝓂𝓂𝓊𝓃𝒾𝒸𝒶𝓉𝒾𝑜𝓃 as a Linear, one-way process in which a sender intentionally transmits a message to a receiver (Ellis & Mc Clintock,1990). It focuses on the sender and message within a 𝒸𝑜𝓂𝓂𝓊𝓃𝒾𝒸𝒶𝓉𝒾𝑜𝓃 encounter.

• 𝐼𝓃𝓉𝑒𝓇𝒶𝒸𝓉𝒾𝓋𝑒 𝑀𝑜𝒹𝑒𝓁 𝑜𝒻 𝒞𝑜𝓂𝓂𝓊𝓃𝒾𝒸𝒶𝓉𝒾𝑜𝓃

 This model describes 𝒸𝑜𝓂𝓂𝓊𝓃𝒾𝒸𝒶𝓉𝒾𝑜𝓃 as a process in which participants alternate positions as a sender and receiver and generate meaning by sending messages and receiving a feedback within physical and psychological contexts  (Schramm, 1997). The interactive model incorporates feedback, which makes    𝒸𝑜𝓂𝓂𝓊𝓃𝒾𝒸𝒶𝓉𝒾𝑜𝓃 more interactive, two-way process.

• 𝒯𝓇𝒶𝓃𝓈𝒶𝒸𝓉𝒾𝑜𝓃𝒶𝓁 𝑀𝑜𝒹𝑒𝓁 𝑜𝒻 𝒞𝑜𝓂𝓂𝓊𝓃𝒾𝒸𝒶𝓉𝒾𝑜𝓃

    This model describes 𝒸𝑜𝓂𝓂𝓊𝓃𝒾𝒸𝒶𝓉𝒾𝑜𝓃 as a process in which communicators generate social realities within social, rational, and cultural contexts (Barnlund, 1970). In this model, we don’t just communicate to create to exchange messages, we communicate to create relationships, alliance, and engage with others in dialogue to create communities.

 Understanding and Learning different  𝒞𝑜𝓂𝓂𝓊𝓃𝒾𝒸𝒶𝓉𝒾𝑜𝓃 𝑀𝑜𝒹𝑒𝓁𝓈  serves a valuable purpose for us students because it allow us to see a specific concepts and steps within the process of 𝒞𝑜𝓂𝓂𝓊𝓃𝒾𝒸𝒶𝓉𝒾𝑜𝓃 and apply concepts. We have learned that when we communicate, we may use different kinds of models and it’s just not about saying something, it’s about understanding and being understood. We must follow the processes to achieve a much better 𝒞𝑜𝓂𝓂𝓊𝓃𝒾𝒸𝒶𝓉𝒾𝑜𝓃 with each other and to express our thoughts clearly to avoid having misunderstandings. Learning the different 𝒞𝑜𝓂𝓂𝓊𝓃𝒾𝒸𝒶𝓉𝒾𝑜𝓃 𝑀𝑜𝒹𝑒𝓁𝓈 also helps us to understand the difference of the trend style of 𝒞𝑜𝓂𝓂𝓊𝓃𝒾𝒸𝒶𝓉𝒾𝑜𝓃 to the basic concepts of it, regarding to giving a feedback to someone. Some would say being “seen-zoned” in a chat conversation is a response, but actually it’s not, because there was no message in being seened. 

 It doesn’t mean anything so we should stop considering a “ seen-zoned” as a response from someone.

 Consider a response with a message and words, not actions without meanings.

Ireland In Comfortable 64 Run Win - Take Unbeatable 3/1 Series Lead

4th T20 International Ireland vs Zimbabwe - Dublin

Ireland's top order batters clicked to post a total of 174 for 4, as its bowlers led by Mark Adair helped restrict Zimbabwe to 110 for 9 and win the 4th T20 international by 64 runs in Dublin on Thursday.

With this win Ireland took an unbeatable 3/1 lead in their five match series.

Ireland, after winning the toss and electing to bat, started off cautiously and then both openers launched into attack mode. Kevin O'Brien and Paul Stirling gave the home team a rousing start putting 89 runs for the first wicket inside 11 overs.O'Brien thumped 1 six and 6 fours in scoring 47 off balls and his Partner Paul Stirling scored 39 off 33 balls with 4 fours.

Captain Andy Balbirnie made a quickfire 36 off 22 balls and was ably assisted by Shane Getkate (12), William Mc Clintock (15 not out) and George Dockrell (12 not out) who all got scores in double figures.

Zimbabwe got off to a disastrous start and at one stage were 30 for 4 inside their first six powerplay overs.

They never recovered from that terrible start and with the exception of Captain Craig Irvine who top scored with 28 and LukeJongwe who remained unbeaten on 24, there was no other worthwhile contribution from the rest of the batters to pose any threat to Ireland.

Ireland's paceman Mark Adair ended up being Zimbabwe's tormentor, when he registered fine figures of 4-0-23-4 of which 13 were dot balls.

Galileo Galilei, Isaac Newton, Albert Einstein, Enrico Fermi, Luis Pasteur, Charles Darwin… perché non ci sono donne che hanno contribuito altrettanto alla scienza?

Gabriella Greyson, fisica e divulgatrice scientifica, in Sei donne che hanno cambiato il mondo ci racconta di questo, sfatando il pregiudizio che le donne non siano adatte a questi ruoli e spiegandoci attraverso la vita di sei scienziate, dei loro successi e delle discriminazioni che hanno vissuto i modi in cui nonostante abbiano contribuito a cambiare il mondo per i più siano state dimenticate. Marie Curie (1867-1934), Lise Meitner (1878-1968), Emmy Noether (1882-1935), Rosalind Franklin (1920-1958), Hedy Lamarr (1914-2000) e Mileva Marić (1875-1948), sono le donne di cui viene tracciata la storia completa ma sono molte altre quelle che vengono citate, da Ipazia, a Fabiola Giannotti (1960-) attuale responsabile del CERN, Barbara Mc Clintock (1902–1992), Wu Chien Shiung(1912 – 1997), Vera Rubin (1928 – 2016), Jocelyn Bell (1943-), Lisa Randal (1962-) a Samantha Cristoforetti (1977-).

Un percorso utile alle donne per capire che possono arrivare ovunque con la loro forza, ma soprattutto per gli uomini perché possano comprendere che non basta una metà dell’umanità per rivoluzionare il mondo. Perfino Einstein senza Mileva Marić forse non sarebbe stato altrettanto in grado di raggiungere o propri obbiettivi.
