Who's bothering me? Can't you even do your feather care undisturbed?

Common redstart. The male has an injured wing, but he was flying quite well with it and both partners brought food to their young ones in the nesting box.

BOTD: Common Redstart

Common Redstart (Phoenicurus phoenicurus)
The nests of Common Redstarts are sometimes parasitised by Common Cuckoos, however, this appears to be somewhat beneficial to the chicks. Seeing as they nest in tree cavities, the Cuckoo chick upon hatching is unable to push the Redstart eggs out, resulting in a mixed brood. The large size of the Cuckoo affects thermoregulation in the nest, keeping the Redstart chicks warm - effectively 'brooding' them.

My personal highlights - 2023 - part 7:
Songbirds. They are everywhere, mostly small and fast and I am still happy with every good picture I get.
(And yes, I know crow are songbirds as well, but they get their own post)

Hi, I’m new here!
I always find it difficult to identify young birds. I think this little guy is a juvenile robin.
Addendum: I got agreement on the identification, but @flagged-island has a better suggestion - a juvenile common redstart. I think that is correct. The dark feet and the slightly orange tail suggests it.
