Does anyone remember this old (wayyyy before Tweek x Craig) Creek fanfic, “Something I Can Never Have,” here’s what I remember:

Mostly Tweek’s POV— Tweek talks about how Craig bullies him everyday. It started off with Craig giving him death glares which freaked Tweek out. Tweek tried to go to different places (walk a different route to his locker etc) than normal to avoid Craig so as to not piss him off but Craig was always eventually there glaring at him. Tweek decided to try to work things out by talking to Craig, but as soon as he said “Hi,” Craig punched him. From there Craig was violent to Tweek every day. It’s pretty obvious to the reader that Craig has a crush but Tweek is oblivious.

Tweek goes to a gas station where the employee is his friend and they flirt, then Tweek leaves when a group of men attack him in the alleyway and attempt to rape him but thankfully Craig intervenes and beats them all up before helping Tweek calm down.


Later Craig and his friends and the main four (Clyde, Token, Cartman, Kenny, Stan and Kyle I think) go to Tweek’s workplace for lunch (at Craig’s insistence; some of the other guys have other places they want to go but Craig is adamant that “We’re. eating. here,” and the argument ends abruptly and Tweek, creeped out thinks “Shit. I guess God has spoken.”) and Kenny starts flirting with Tweek, until Craig throws something at him and tells him to stop “f@gging up the place,” Cartman agrees.

I think Tweek at some point spills the coffees and Kenny helps him clean while flirting and Craig helps him up. Tweek i guess goes to remake the orders. While they’re alone Kenny slyly asks Craig what’s so special about Tweak Bro’s and then asks Craig’s permission to go after Tweek unless Craig would mind. Craig says he doesn’t care and makes homophobic and insulting comments and Kenny is amused and disbelieving that Craig doesn’t care but accepts it as an okay. Kenny flirts with Tweek some more and invites him to hang out with him and the rest of the group.

Tweek is at the gas station again and Craig walks in, he tries to buy alcohol but the employee asks to see an ID and they get into an argument. Tweek, who again is friends with the employee, couches for Craig and he reluctantly lets Craig buy it and leave. When Tweek exits the station Craig confronts him and demands to know why Tweek helped him, Tweek says it’s because he “owes” Craig for saving him, Craig accepts this and leaves.

Tweek is later hanging out with the main four - i think they’re having a bonfire— and Kenny keeps flirting; the end up sharing a log and Tweek is receptive but nervous about Kenny’s flirting.

Meanwhile Craig is at Token’s house with Token and Clyde and they’re all drinking. They’re all bored and Craig tells Token that they should crash Stan’s “party.” Token agrees but is implied to be suspicious of Craig’s motives. 


That’s about where the story ended it last I read. I haven’t been able to find the fic or even ANY mention of it anywhere :/ I don’t expect anyone to have a link (though that would be awesome) I just want to know if anyone else remembers this!!

I promise the story was a lot better than my summaries might make it seem lol— despite the negative characterization of Craig I do think there was depth there and potential. I couldn’t think of anywhere else to post about this!
