Yeah the guy with the Gman voice from the 1st game.

Hollis had a candidate prepared for 2nd head but there was some drama about her having a relationship with them, so to play it safe, she sent them away to a different agency location and chose the boring Crenshaw instead. The man doesn’t talk to his adult children, he buried his ex, and sold his house to live in a depressing apartment where, he says, at least someone will notice if he’s died. People assure him he’s not old enough to prepare for death like that.

Now as lesser head, he’s faced with interns, who are wild teens of the new millennia. They are way less responsive than average, rolling their eyes as they text on their flip phones or listen to their MP3 players. He’s personally given up on them and doesn’t intervene when Raz tries to reach them.
