i think it is just very neurodivergent (specifically autistic but anyone else who relates too) to like aesthetics like gremlincore and crowcore and weirdcore and really any "odd" aesthetic. because the idea is to just be your most unique and real self. make weird noises and stim and wander and talk however formal or casual or garbled nonsense you please. weird food choices? good for you you fae. and picking at your food to eat it the right way because brain said so? fantastic. and (for those comfortable with it) the idea of being non human or a changeling or whatever is very gender and freeing. theres just something about these aesthetics that call to the "weirdos" /pos and i think thats nice. this has likely been said before but oh well, because it makes me happy to think about.

why does your ship deserve to be considered the most toxic?:

Friends who stage a coup together stay together... you would think! Basically, all three of them are power-hungry bastards who are just good at it to different degrees. Li Minshan sucks at it, so he gets to be their overworked secretary who hates his life, while Ji Shenchi and Dai Raoshui both know what the other is about but hide it behind layers of flattery and obfuscation. Ji Shenchi is also obsessed with Li Minshan and this concept of him being a traitor- there's this scene I've written where they're drinking together, but they're BOTH faking it because they're worried about their drinks being poisoned. The intricate rituals of it all... Anyway, Shenchi and Raoshui are both nominally in charge and their power struggles have insane amounts of tension and passive-aggressiveness. Fucking would not solve any of their problems, but the sexual tension is so high it's impossible for me to imagine that at least one pair of them hasn't slept together at least once. They never resolve any of this, and in their pursuit of becoming more powerful and better than they were, they devolve enough into petty backstabbing that all they've gained over the course of the story slips from their grasp and all of the other loved ones they 'did this for' hate them now. Crowcaw and Leora

why does your ship deserve to be considered the most toxic?:

Leora is the queen of paranoia and Crowcaw is the king of guilt. Their backstory, in short is that their country is ruled under a corrupt theocracy of angel-like creatures known as Prophets. Leora's mom, Soleil, was a revolutionary working to change it, and was killed for it. Crowcaw was chosen to become the newest addition in hundreds of years, and didn't learn about their corrupt nature until years into being one. They were childhood friends and had mutual crushes on each other before everything went south. Leora ran off into hiding and pledged to take them down, and Crowcaw found her. They decided to work together to take it down and be a couple :) Unfortunately, Leora is incredibly scared of Crowcaw even with how much she cares for him. She feels like he'll kill her one day, and constantly keeps track of ways to incapacitate and kill him if it arises. A god killing knife in her dresser, spell sheets under her pillows, and making sure she always goes to bed after him and wakes up before. Crowcaw is aware of this, and just... pretends to be oblivious. He can't do anything about it. He can't confront her, and he has blood on his hands so he feels it's warranted (she doesn't know this). When Leora learns he killed someone, she absolutely loses it. She panics harder than she ever has, and sees him as an immediate, dangerous threat. So, she sneaks in while he sleeps, and kills him, unaware that in doing so she becomes a prophet just like he was. QED Leora and Crowcaw are in love, but Leora's fears prevent her from trusting him and . Crowcaw doesn't think he deserves better, and never fights her on it, or anything. Bada bing bada boom, like all good fictional relationships it ends in stabbing.

So I have been making a Jedi Fallen Order themed ride in Planet Coaster, and things took a turn today.

I thought it would be fun to have a launch coaster pop out of a hyperspace-themed tunnel to reveal that huge Zeffo statue the size of a mountain...

But the terrain tool had other plans.

Expectation:

Reality:

Slipped with the chisel tool, turned the camera to fix it and discovered I'd immortalized Squidward in granite.

For context I'm actually halfway decent at decorating in this game and the rest of the coaster is actually pretty good son far... I just can't make terrain tools work for me. 🥹

@crowcaws described the overall experience as being like "The big leadup to the first dinosaur reveal in Jurassic Park, but the audio suddenly cuts to a really shitty recorder version."

hello!! it's always lovely to talk to other fans!!

onto the question, though:

i'm normally not one to really come up with headcanons; i like enjoying what's there and then looking at what the different fans come up with (or sometimes bypassing the canon all together & learning about a piece of media through the fandom haha).

as such, i haven't really thought anything up before. your question did get me thinking though, and i came up with this:

Casper is a cuddler. he has a stuffed animal that he definitely cuddles, so when he gets with MC he's a total fiend; attached to their hip. he wants a hug!! (said hug may last two hours but shush)

I could talk about my love for the imperfect forever. and I think I reflect it in my art. Maybe its part of my love for, or at least attempt at romanticizing what I have. The opposite of minimalism and sterile houses and suburbia.

But its graffiti and customized clothes by detailed embroidery and mended clothes by punk patches and everything in between, its knitted crowns, and mismatched plates and bandaids, and glow in the dark stars, and too many people in one house and shared beds, and patchwork blankets and quilts and trips to thrift stores, and dark roads at night and rain and pooling money for pizza, and its tears and wet faces and scratchy sweaters on a cheek as a face is buried in a shoulder, and its messy and loud and stressful but its them vs us and as long as we have us thats ok.

Well, Charlie was originally in a militia trying to take down the cult her parents were in and that John is a herald in. When she arrives at the church he sees her and chooses to enlist his brother, the leader of the cult, in helping him gaslight her into believing that they were fated to become soulmates. He eventually stalks her, convinces her to drink the cult's bliss tea so he can baptize her, and forces her into confession sessions. They both use their unhinged sexual energy against each other, but all it does is make them psychosexually obsessed with each other in the end. He may or may not baby trap her but it's fine! it's her kink and she would have eventually done it to him too! They end up getting married after he pressures her and as a lovely wedding gift they kill her ex husband together. They grow co dependent eventually and he marks her with all of her "sins", as well as his name (she does the same to him too. Equality!!!). During the cult's holy war she tries to kill her own cousin to defend John. Everyone she used to love and know grows to hate her in the end, but at least they have each other?
