You know it's funny, the way liberals sound saying "if you don't vote blue then you're allowing project2025 and fascism" sounds just like an abuser saying "it's not My fault I'm hurting you, you're the one who didn't wanna talk to me"

Like actually you could just vote 3rd party. That's an option. Like 63% of Americans would. Most. The majority would.

It means now is the time if you've wanted a 3rd party president. Those are good polls for this early in the campaigns. 20% is a lot of votes.

For perspective: 33% would be the even divide between 3 parties.

Which means the only people in the way...are in fact Democrats. The singular people unwilling to sway from their shitty party.

The rest of us are fed up and are just waiting for an actually good candidate

Like nobody even WANTS Joe. People say it, social media says it, polls say it.

Now is objectively the best time to try risking it.

And before y'all something: Bernie started out by having events in peoples backyards.

So don't tell me that we can't do it or there's no chance of it's unrealistic when it's already been done before.

The only reason he lost is because Democrats scared voters with threats of fascism to settle for a conservative democrat. Cuz they said she had the "best" shot of fighting trump.

And you know what happened? She lost. And she wasn't even commiting an active genocide.

But you think that people will stay loyal to the party of the guy currently being referred to as Genocide Joe and Genocidin' Biden?

And Democrats (before at least) agreed on Hilary- progressives wanted Bernie but Dems wanted Hilary, you know? But even those people are now swearing they're never voting for Joe specifically, that they don't know Who to vote for but it ain't blue.

....and I see y'all still trying to push the same tactics and rhetorics expecting it to work the way it has before and no. Y'all can learn right alongside Israel that you're gonna have to step your propaganda game up for that. Cuz we aren't buying it. I'm even making this post half out of posterity to say someone called y'all out.

Wake the fuck up.

Anyone further right than Bernie Sanders does not stand a fucking chance; has no business running. This is me telling you, telling any dem listening.

Just like we meant it when we said we'd rather Not Vote than vote Hillary, I mean I'd rather not vote than vote Biden.

Please don't take this as an invitation to harass me or change my mind. You won't. You wont gaslight me into consenting to genocide. You aren't going to change a LOT of minds. People have watched that genocide play out on our phones for a month. Some of us have fundamentally changed as people and renewed our values and humanity.

And humanity is more important than comfort. Than Democrats.

And this year that won't be something we compromise.

Listen to yourselves ask us otherwise, do you hear yourself? And each time you ask, understand our resolve is stronger because it shows how little you care for human lives.

Understand that's why you'll lose the vote and election. Not because anyone split the vote by exercising their right to vote in a democracy, but because your party is undeniably supporting genocide and it disgusts us to even think about supporting that same party.

For those undecided:

Learn about Claudia de La Cruz. She supports Palestine and her party has organized events for BLM, for Palestine, against ICE, etc. They're politically active, aware, engaged, and on the ground. Most importantly, they have not ever funded or committed genocide. As far as I know they also actively challenge bigotry of all kinds meaning they also fight for women's rights, queer rights, and civil rights.

I think if we rallied behind her like we did with Bernie this would be a piece of cake for her to win. She just needs the voices of support online to get the ball rolling.

The difference between Connor assigned to DPD and not is just notorious. Only thing that made him having to keep the "silly lil bot" thing was the whole "keep your head down and don't compromise the mission" cuz he was dependent on DPD (Hank as "supervisor") to have access to the crime scenes. So like the good android he is dude can't just start something everytime, but mf still bites at least with words, he can't act against humans in public, even if they humiliate him like Gavin.

But after ain't a thing anymore? Mf just get 100% for real. Fuck the "nice words", dude kills guards, kills soldiers, kills cops; no more "masks" and "I'm anything u want me to be". It's full Connor doing shit he thinks it's right - either remaining loyal to Amanda and sayin' "I'm here to stop the revolution, this is my sole purpose" or becoming a deviant trynna fix all the shit he thought he did (but didn't had control) even if it means entering CLHQ by the front door and making some casualities.

This is something I'll always point out. There's nothing holding mf back besides the resume control thing after his assignment to DPD is over.

Sagau stands for Self Aware Genshin Alternative Universe, but this is leaning much towards the God/Creator AU where the characters are aware that they’re being controlled but not aware enough to know that they’re in a game. This story is set in God/Creator AU, imposter AU, and lastly villain AU. "Damn, Y/n. There you are."

A friend, who she met when they were little and still vibe with even when they first became aerospace engineer students, commented while leaning against the old chipped doorframe. Her eyes landed on s/c skin, the arms to be specific, sweating. Her friend was huffing while holding a wooden bat, hair covering e/c eyes from her view.

She looks around at the damage the h/c haired had caused. Broken glass bottles, wrecked armchairs, holes in the blackboard, mirror shards around the floor, some damaged computer screens, and keys from shattered keyboards near the left cracked wall.

If this classroom wasn't abandoned or owner-less, she would have to use her wealth to bail her angry friend from being punished.

She had to witness Y/n being reprimanded for something they didn't do.

Stealing.

Ridiculous, she thought. Just because you hate a student doesn't mean you get to blame them for stealing your stuff just cuz they happen to be the last one to get out of your classroom, stupid petty karen teacher. If her friend wanted something, she knew that her friend wouldn't try stealing. And besides, she was willing to buy whatever Y/n asked, but she knows that idiot wouldn't like to ask for a lot of money from her. Y/n is greedy, but she knows Y/n is not that greedy. And of course, not greedy enough to steal.

And if the Y/n did resort to stealing, Y/n would have never been caught. She would bet her whole wealth on that.

Not only that, her prototype project for Aerospace Design class was dropped on the floor, breaking it. The culprit? One of the rowdy jocks. The man didn't even apologize and proceeded to run to who knows where while being chased by his friends.

And as if two bad things were not enough, Y/n somehow left a very important item back home; lunch.

That must have been their breaking point. So she had to follow Y/n. It took some time to find them, but she somehow found a Primogem keychain and thought 'Ah yes Y/n must have been here', and was led by crashing and banging noises. That was how she found this abandoned school a few streets away from the main road leading to their university and into the woods.

She knew Y/n's side that they rarely show to some extent, knowing her friend's tendency to be a daredevil, but she didn't think that Y/n would actually go destructive if being angered without a proper cause. There's an inkling feeling, of course, just being proven correct was a whole different feeling.

Her friend got a bad record and is being under surveillance and suspicion, hard work was unjustifiably destroyed, and lunch was left at home.

One bad thing after the other.

"Sorry." Uttered her friend, not much making a move of some sort, not even a turn of a head, still catching their breath.

She only sighs and lets out a little chuckle. Y/n is a nice person, loyal, and dependable. She understands that people have their own bursts of anger sometimes. Though, her friend has a little destructive flavor to it.

"You okay?"

"...Yeah." Y/n takes a few more breaths, taking in a deep one, then exhale. "I calmed down a bit." They say as they stood properly and turned to the person leaning on the busted doorframe that Y/n may or may not have also hit a bit. Dropping the bat carelessly, glass clinking from the impact, Y/n dragged up an armchair that miraculously survived their wrath. They sat down and wiped the sweat from their brow, their friend pushing herself from the doorframe and proceeded to sit on the armchair's table.

"Here." She pulls out Y/n's favorite drink. "Got you your bag and some sandwiches too." She hands them and Y/n accepts them with gratitude. Y/n puts the bag beside the chair and opens their drink.

"So question, how'd you find this place?"

"I have an attraction towards signs that have 'do not enter' or 'danger, not safe' on them if you didn't noticed. Or places with rusty barbed wires in the middle of nowhere." They take a swig of their drink. A breath of relief and satisfaction escapes them after. "This place was abandoned because of a strong earthquake years ago. This place will be bulldozed into a new establishment soon. Until then, this has become one of my 'Escape Places'."

She had to ask about this list of places her friend tends to escape to when she gets the chance later today when they play genshin at her mansion.

"How'd you get in the barbed wire fences anyway?" Asked Y/n as they eat their sandwich, e/c eyes turning to her.

She just takes out her assortment of skeleton keys. "I'm not athletic like you who can jump or scale over wired fences. I went through the gate. The padlock was rusty so it took some time."

Y/n hums, impressed. Then the face of amazement turns to surprise when she just drops the key on Y/n's lap. "You can have it."

"Why???"

"I found a shop that sells these in any color you want. I want them pink so you can have these since I'll be buying new ones anyway."

"You gotta stop giving me free stuff, I'm being spoiled rotten." The friend just laughs, picks up the keys, and shoves them into Y/n's bag. "You also gotta stop shoving people stuff when they try to refuse."

"Hush my child, eat and replenish. You have to help me farm soon. Those Regisvines are a pain." She zips Y/n's bag shut and sat back. "So... What are you gonna do now?"

Silence came between the two, though it wasn't uncomfortable. Her eyes scanned the destruction caused by her friend. She knew Y/n was a kind person at heart, and they tried their best to be good. To mind their manners, to be respectful. But she knows Y/n gets these impulsive thoughts sometimes. But she knows Y/n is goodhearted. Y/n knows their limitations and where the line is drawn. A very good friend.

But she knew that if being pushed to a corner, left with no choice, being wronged unfairly... Y/n wouldn't just stand by. And if given an unholy amount of freedom or autonomy, in short, freeing Y/n from any restriction or any 'leash', who knows what Y/n might do.

Y/n's chewing could be heard after some seconds before gulping followed.

"Not to worry," there, she saw it, that smile, that fucking smile that only meant one thing.

Throughout the time they've been friends, practically became soulmates, she knew Y/n had a variety of smiles that indicate different things.

A smile that meant Y/n was not okay.

A smile that meant Y/n's up to something.

A smile that meant Y/n's on their last bit of sanity.

A smile that meant Y/n found something interesting.

A smile that meant Y/n is in trouble.

There were many smiles belonging to Y/n where she knew what they suggest.

And this one... This smile meant only one thing...

"I happen to catch a glimpse of that asshole's ID and locker number, I'll be putting that skeleton key to good use. And I got a receipt at the same time the crime happened. But I won't stop at just proving my innocence. I happen to know how to retrieve deleted CCTV footages."

A smile that meant Y/n had won.

Bennett walks around the edge of Dragonspine in hopes to find any treasure in his ‘adventure’. It may be uneventful, but his optimistic self continued on his path determined that today may be different.

Of course, he wishes to go on adventures with his creator guiding him again. Adventures with the divine one spreading their warmth upon him has always been the best feeling he has experienced, thrilling adventures brightly shining on his path. But he understands that someone as mighty as his god can also have weeks where they’re busy. In fact, he is already grateful to be one of the lucky people graced with their god’s blessings and guidance. Bennett never once thought that he’d be one of the blessed vessels in his lifetime. As if all his bad luck was meant for this very good one.

So while he waits for their holiness to come back, he embarks on another adventure on his own.

It was getting dark, but the moon was kind enough to illuminate his path to the camp he had set up. As he walks along the trees, he notices something swirling in his chest. The same warmth he feels when his creator was visiting Teyvat. His lips formed a huge happy grin as he jumps excitedly around. He awaits for the dreamlike subconsciousness to seep through.

He waits…

And waits…

He stopped to raise his palms, he was still in control.

That is strange. By now, he should have started running around or scaling high mountains, visiting foreign lands, or even doing simple commissions for others. He puts one hand to his chest, and he takes note that the divine aura felt strange, different even. As if the aura itself was thin and feeble, yet, it was not unnoticeable that’s for sure. As if the aura was swaying along the cold eternal winter wind from the near mountain, unlike the warmth that usually resides within him.

As if the aura feels less like an ‘aura’.

He can’t quite put a finger on it yet, but the change in the usual sensation of being guided by his god was concerning. He was just about to leave when he notices something from afar, much deeper into Dragonspine. He squints his eyes at what seems to look like a leg. Was there a person behind that bush? Worried for someone’s well-being to be threatened by the harsh weather of Dragonspine, he immediately runs to it.

But upon arriving to assist the person, his eyes widened at the sight before him. Laid behind the bush was a figure he frequently see around Mondstadt’s church, little statues of them on altars in households around the city. A face that he sees in paintings and on some Bibles. He couldn’t believe what he was seeing, not trusting his eyes as they could be playing tricks on him.

There stood before your unconscious body was Benny, eyes wide with only one thought running in his mind.

Is he actually looking at the Creator right now?

He snaps from his frozen demeanor when he realizes that he was supposed to help you. He can’t leave you laying here in the freezing cold. But Bennett was hesitant, not sure how to approach you. He shakes his head from the nervousness, ready to help regardless of what identity you may have.

He kneels beside you, taking note of the rising and falling of the backpack on top of your chest. You were breathing, which was always a good thing to him while he places his hand on your shoulder to gently shake you awake.

He hears you groan, making him sigh a bit in relief that you were not completely out of it. He backs away on reflex as the person he is currently helping gently pushes the foreign and weird-looking backpack to the side. You inhaled deeply, making Bennett realize that the bag must have been making it hard for you to breathe due to its weight.

“H-Hey! Are you alright!?”

He can see your eyes still hazy and unfocused, but the air in his lungs was stuck to his throat by the sensation he was feeling from your waking presence.

It was undeniable to him now.

No wonder the aura felt less like an ‘aura’. Because it no longer felt like an aura, it felt more like …a presence.

He is kneeling beside his god. They’re there, with him, in the flesh.

His god blinks a few times, e/c eyes that he reads about shine under the moonlight. Glimmering eyes that seem to be glaring angrily towards the sky. Bennett stops his staring to avoid being rude and checked your body for any injuries.

“…That’s some rad Benny cosplay.”

You spoke, and Bennett never felt so stunned to hear the same voice that whispers around him to be murmuring coherently in front of him. And their first words were about… cosplay?

You sat up, with his help of course, and you looked closely at him. He sweats while casting his eyes away from you, unnerved to be narrowly stared at by his god. You looked around and Benny can tell that you were confused.

“Okay, what the… This is not my friend’s garden. And I swear it was summer. Why am I seeing snow?” You said as you looked at him, seemingly looking for an explanation. Of course, he is also as lost as you. But he did manage to find his voice and answered.

“Oh, um, we’re in Dragonspine…?”

And your immediate response was to laugh. “And you sound like him too!! Hahahaha! Oh man, and I’m in Dragonspine? Pff! Funny man.”

Benny only smiled while trying to make sense of your words.

“Man, not only does your voice sound similar to Bennett, your costume is so on point! Like- look at the detail! The shop you buy from is literally doing justice for Mihoyo’s drip marketing.” You looked around again, becoming more concerned. “No seriously, where are we? I don’t see my friend or her mansion or the tree house I fell from.”

You turned to the boy who held a nervous and unsure look on his face. “And what’s your name, exactly?”

“You just said it, your grace…”

“… You’re Bennett?” E/c eyes wide as saucers stared back at his green ones.

“Yes. I am. Your grace.”

You stayed seated, ignoring the cold as you stared into his eyes, looking for any traces of a lie. You trust your instincts in evaluating a person, your survival skills were honed by your parents after all. But it was still so surreal. You? in Genshin? No fucking way.

No fucking way.

You're in Genshin.

You see a flaming flower stamen nearby, and a sweet flower. The familiar sky. Dragonspine from afar, HD and all.

No fucking hell.

"... I'm actually in Teyvat."

You were well aware this isn't a dream. Despite your ability to discern reality and dreams, you tried pinching just in case. Yup, you were in your game alright. And surprisingly... you're not actually losing your shit.

Surprised? Sure.

But you can blame it on your survival reflex behavior to be whelmed in an unbelievable situation. You could release your burst of excitement later, right now there was an important matter at hand.

It'd be nice to chill in Teyvat if only you knew how to get out. Yeah, you weren't just gonna decide to stay forever. Teyvat may be cool, filled with characters you simped for and adventure and magic you could only dream of!

But you have a life.

It may not be perfect, it had downs and failures, but you couldn't just abandon that.

You wanted to become an aerospace engineer! Be close to the stars! Further the studies of astronomy! Help humanity reach the furthest parts of the universe, however small your contribution is!

Animes! Shows! Fics! Games! There were so many on your lists that you haven't checked yet and some are still unfinished and waiting for updates!

And also there were some people you want to get back at too. There's no way you're going to hell without settling some scores. You promised that when you're successful enough, there wouldn't be any reasons for you to stay as a goody-two-shoes anymore. And you would have to show those who wronged you who's boss, directly or indirectly, depending on that person and how they slighted you.

So you can't stay. You want to go home.

"Um..." Let out Benny as you turned to him. He was unsure. Not the unsure of someone so strange suddenly showing up, no, you were not that dumb or oblivious. It was much more. As if he wasn't sure what to tell you, movements showing that he knows what to say but is unsure when is appropriate.

He knows something you don't.

He called you something earlier. Your Grace. Were you some kind of high-status person? Is this a reincarnation scenario? Where you wake up one day as royalty who turns out to be the villainess in a novel for someone's amusement while stuck in class?

Nope, you checked yourself, and still in the same state as you were before you and your friend were falling to the ground. Dang, you hope your friend was okay, it looks like you were the only one who got sent here, which was good in a way. You like your friend's company, but dragging her to a place where she could get plummetted by a wild boar? Yeah, your friend would not survive long enough.

So what's with the title? You seem to have some sort of identity already in Teyvat despite being here for the first time, at least with the memories that have served you so far.

Maybe you could ask right now. But you want to butter him up first, get him comfortable. Of course, you know what kind of person Benny is. But with the off chance that Benny would be different than what Hoyoverse has displayed, you want to play it safe. At least, complete the evaluation to be sure that Bennett is the same Bennett that you knew in the game.

"Hey... I'm also at a loss here. I don't know how I got here. But I do want to find a way back somehow. Do you think you know where I could get help?" You asked, smiling nicely.

"I-I-I-!" You notice that he looks so surprised, there was a linger of disappointment too. Interesting, he wants you to stay a bit longer?

"I w..." There was a pause, you noted, "I could show you to Acting Grandmaster Jean. She should know how to help you!" You smiled happily, showing him you were grateful for the help. He slightly gets flustered and says that he has something to warm you up in his bag as an excuse to hide his face.

As soon as he distracts himself finding the item that might have probably been dropped somewhere with his luck, seeing as he's frantically still looking for it, your smile dropped, and stared at him.

He seems to know you to some degree, but he did not explain further, only saying that you should meet Jean for help. He should have explained something, seeing that he held no suspicion on you when you knew his name, and with the title he used for you, there was something. You heard his hesitation before he suggested Jean. He looked like he wanted to say something else. Of course, you could tell that he doesn't have any ulterior motives, but more so that he chose a different action instead.

Is it out of caution? Was he trying to be careful?

You have no choice but to gauge that out of him later when you get him comfortable enough.

Wtf is happening with ishman fandom? When we're not being fed anything, Ishan literally on a hiatus, then istg the fanfics were SO GOOD and now? When we're being spoon fed the content? The quality of the fanfics goes down? no offence.

like y'all, as a writer, who was forced to write because of less, but good content, i can't help but be annoyed with the fandom rn. Cuz I literally wrote my ff because there was no omegaverse ishman fluff!!!?!

So the point is that the stories are very repetitive, grammar is wrong (not like I'm Shakespeare's butt hole but still, there are some limits to galat English?), there is just- Nothing new? To be excited about?

I remember the time when I used to keep refreshing the app in case any new updates came and now, I haven't literally opened the app since forever. There is just one author, who i wait for, and they stopped posting the same time around which I stopped posting. So ya, I'm not alone

Harry Potter: Born To Die

Born To Die reminds me of Harry because of his ambitious and adventurous spirit. The lyrics say "Oh, my heart it breaks every step that I take. But I'm hoping at the gates, they'll tell me that youre mine." Which makes me think of him feeling like even though living his life is hard, he hopes that when he dies he'll finally see his family. Due to being an orphan, he doesn't necessarily have "a family" other than his friends. He lives everyday like it's his last. And, forgive me for saying this, but technically, he was actually born to die. He was a part of Voldemort, and should have died with him. I feel like this song not only is a perfect example of his personality, but his actual life.

Ron Weasley: The Grants

Honestly, I can't think of a better song for Ron besides this one. Being in a huge family, it's hard to feel loved, since it's all divided amongst a bunch of people (this is shown as something Ron struggles with in the books.) However, Ron is LITERALLY the biggest family lover ever. He cares so deeply about Ginny, looks up to his brothers, and he loves all his friends around him. This song talks about how when Lana (Elizabeth Grant) dies, she wants to take the memories of her sister's first born child, her grandmother's last smile, all of the amazing memories she's had with family with her. This song is all about love. "If you send for me you know I'll come. And if you call for me you know I'll run." This reminds me so much of Hermione because she is SUCH a loyal and devoted friend. She is a badass who is not afraid to speak her mind. This is the only Lana song that I could find that truly defines her loyalty to her friends. She is an amazing friend and will stop at nothing to help them.

Fred Weasley/George Weasley: Lust For Life

I feel like this is self-explanitory. Lust For Life fits them so well. "They say only the good die young, that just ain't right. Cuz were having too much fun, too much fun tonight. Got a Lust For Life." They LITERALLY have a lust for life! They have fun everyday, not a care in the world. They focus on the present instead of worrying about the future. They crave life! They want to live it to the fullest! This suits them so well.

Luna Lovegood: Chemtrails Over the Country Club

This is just her. It's so her. "Normality settles down over me. I'm not bored or unhappy. I'm still so strange and wild." THAT IS LITERALLY HER GUYS LIKE COME ON?!? Idk, this song has a such a calm and loving vibe to it and it really reminds me of her. It's perfect for her. 110%.

Draco Malfoy: Honeymoon

Dadd- Severus Snape: The album Honeymoon

This whole ass album is really good for him. It is so mysterious and soothing, just like him. The songs have a dark undertone, just like him. And the lyrics from Salvatore "Dying by the hand of a foreign man, happily" like cmon that's awesome. And the lyrics from Honeymoon "Say you want me too, dark blue." Idk, they fit him so well. I feel like Religion is a good song too, so is The Blackest Day. Basically the WHOLE Honeymoon album is HIM. All of the songs are lovely, but have a dark undertone and melancholy feel. It's so ethereal and really reminds me of him. I also think that a lot of the album "Did You Know That Theres a Tunnel Under Ocean Boulevard" is also a good fit for him, but that's a topic for another day. Also, I know that the honeymoon album sounds like it's romantic, but it's actually very sad. This is why I think it matches Snape. Cuz his love life is just...tragic. It just suits him so well.

Hiii, it's me. The writing anon. Come to ramble about more Pen. Heeho.

As one can guess based on my self-imposed title, I like to write and in turn means I like to very normally (okay not really) delve into characters and how they tick. So Pen has been a fun case of reading his dialogue and not knowing if I wanna punch him or like the fact there are cracks of being genuine. That said, I wanna like discuses two of Pen's piece of dialogue that make me scream at pathea for not doing more with this.

Dining, asked about his favorite things: "We're supposed to use teachings of the Light to solve issues, not weapons, so I prefer not to own anything that could hurt anyone. Although, not everyone in the local Church agrees with my stance..."

Rejected, but the player is married: "You are teasing me, no? Do you not already have a family? Protect your loved ones, do not dare break that trust!"

I'm screaming internally because something about these just adds so much to Pen? The fact that Pen, the guy who claims he has many lovers, who gets giddy when the player divorces their spouse and asks how good it felt and more, point blank goes "Do not break your family's trust". Something about that just gets the gears a whirling. It makes me wonder if Pen comes from a broken family and or something similar. I know people have given their own headcanons, saying Pen is the emperor of Duvos's son for example. So that just gets the gears turning but also that dining dialogue. Pen, tthe man who CANONICALL OWNS A RELIC OF DESCTRUCTION SAYS HE PREFERS NOT TO OWN ANYTHING THAT COULD HURT HIM-I???

It honestly makes me wonder if Pen, prior to the player coming to Sandrock, was already cracking. Maybe playing the role of enforcer for the church and seeing what the church taught made him start questioning stuff or he being outside of Duvos's toxic mindset and more started making him question everything, only shoved deeper into what he was taught as a child in Duvos by Matilda.

Anyway! Food for thought.

Sidenote: Love how Pen offers to just deck Yan for the player, that's sweet of him fhdjkf

I've never heard the 'son of Duvos Emperor' headcanon, that seems a bit...well, it ain't for me. Personally I think he was purely a genetic experiment/test-tube baby and was treated as such; lacking in a lot of love growing up and essentially told to 'fight for Duvos or be left to rot' (I'm not entirely privy to Duvos' setting/lifestyle, but I'd imagine it's p close to the Garlean Empire of FFXIV, so that's kinda what I'm basing a lot of this on lmao).

Everything abt his life up to Sandrock has been fighting, learning a very skewed history of the world, being trained in deception, etc etc. But then coming to Sandrock and having a lot of those preconceptions shattered slowly but surely and making him second-guess some things. To me, it feels like there's no love lost between Pen and the Empire as a whole; but he doesn't know anything but being loyal to it. All it takes is someone treating him genuinely and not being put-off by his loud persona for those cracks in belief to quicken. But he can't take back what he's done, ofc. So there's the main crisis, for him it'd be 'What's the point? I may want this but I can't escape Duvos' but snap him out of that and you're gonna have The Most Loyal Man Ever cuz now you're his entire world, oops!

Blonde hair, large bust and ass, kind of tipsy.

Yes, an easy target for the day.

Step 2: Approach and sweet talk that girl

He trudged towards the her confidently, sitting next to her with a smug look on his face.

"Good evening, m'lady. Care to be accompanied by me?" he asked, a smile forming on his face when the girl agreed without any hesitancy.

He bought her more drinks, flirted his way into her heart until she completely opened up to his advances.

Step 3: Bring her home and let's get it on

It didn't take long for Mingi and his buddy to enter his car, driving a few miles to his so-called house.

Thirty minutes later, he was so ready to be free and get all happy.

That was until the girl kissed him, he did reciprocate the kiss, he even went as far as back her down the sofa of his living room but the problem was...

You.

It feels wrong, so wrong on his side that he's kissing an another person's lips that aren't yours.

It feels different that he's touching an another person's skin that isn't yours.

In the same couch that the both of you used to cuddle and rewatch your favorite movies.

How come that every time he does this, everything just leads back to you?

It's weird, that whenever he's with someone else, his consciousness would always drift to you.

Your bright smile, sparkly eyes, silky hair and yeah, he needs to stop for his own sanity.

You two have already separated for about two weeks now, so basically, he's a single man who is about ready to mingle without any worries of cheating.

So why the fuck is hooking up with a stranger so difficult?

No strings attached? Maybe because he's still attached to you.

He can't be intimate with anyone else? Maybe because he's still loyal to you.

Oh to hell with this bullshit.

Mingi pushed the confused girl away from him, apologizing to her before leaving her alone. (which she should take as a sign to leave cuz she ain't wetting anyone's dick for tonight.)

He ran to your house, keen on having you back in his arms, in his life, shit, he just wants to see you again so bad.

You were ripped off from the comforts of your bed when loud knocks erupted from your front door.

Grumbling and pausing the show that you're watching on netflix to tell the person to go away.

"Wooyoung, I said I don't wanna... go" your words trailed off when you opened the door, an unexpected, sweaty person showing up in ungodly hours like this.

"Y/N."

You really didn't have any much of a choice but to let him in, fetch him some water and give him a towel.

If you're going to be honest, you didn't want to go to parties because they reminded you of Mingi.

You two met at a party, things happened and it all led to the both of you dating like you're in a fairytale. Which turned into a horror story when time and communication weren't given any consideration.

You sat right across him, scrutinizing his disheveled appearance and fidgeting figure.

"Why did you even run? You have a car, right?"

Mingi face-palmed at that, he totally forgot about his vehicle.

"Yeah, well. My mind was so full of you, that information flew away. Sorry." he lowered his head, focusing on the glass of water settled down on your table.

"You're stupid." you chuckled a bit, finding him endearing like you usually did.

Seriously, why did the two of you even break up over such a petty thing?

Argument over a blueberry cheesecake? Really?

Given that the storm was already brewing before that fight, pent-up annoyance and tension caused something so small to boom like a nuclear bomb.

"Listen, Y/N, I'm so sorry."

"What?"

You glanced at him, only to see that he's already kneeling in front of you.

"I know that we've already talked about this, we've already said our goodbyes but can we please take those back?"

He craned his neck to peer into your orbs, seeking for any hint of hope, "Can you please take me back?"

Mingi is so ready to put everything on the line, even his bloated up pride that he could't let go when your relationship was being torn apart before.

How he wished to go back in the past, moments where he could kiss you like there's no tomorrow and conversations that lead to your future plans.

He was brought out of his thoughts when your warm hands cupped his face. A sensation that he missed dearly.

"I was waiting for you to say that, Mingi." you said with a voice full of love.

He feels like crying, his own hands clutching yours as he tilted his head a little to give your left palm a small kiss, "Thank you so much. I promise, I will never, ever let this second chance go to waste."

Okay, there's the assurance you both needed.

No more running away, no more taking each other for granted, just you and him for forever.

Yeah honestly I can understand why Blaidd and Maliketh were abandoned by Ranni and Marika

They had no choice,they both wanted to revolt against the Greater Will so keeping their Shadows mean keeping someone who's sure to kill them on any given day should they even have a thought of rebellion,so there was no choice to abandon them

What's more hurtful is that Blaidd and Maliketh are painfully aware of it,the mistresses they were born to serve have to give up on them bcuz they're literally the biggest adversities to who they seen as their most beloveds

(I still wonder if Ranni is still an Empyrean since she already killed off her original physical vessel, I think she's tied to the Two Fingers/Greater Will by flesh,not soul)

I like to think that Marika used to cuddle with Maliketh a lot cuz he was fluffy

In Blaidd's case, he doesn't appear to have been informed of his nature as a "bringer of bale," at least not until Iji trapped him in the evergaol. Speaking to him there, he expresses disbelief, insisting Iji must have simply gone senile. Even worse, if you attack him after setting him free, he whimpers and begs you to stop, before growling, "Fine. I am the blade of Ranni, whatever any of you might call me." As much as he hates to admit, he seems convinced that his friends have betrayed him. If you kill him there (though he'll simply resurrect), he laments, "Why... why am I bale to Ranni?" :(

Maliketh's history is a bit more, ahem, fuzzy. He was created for a more specialized purpose, to defeat the Gloam-Eyed Queen and seal Destined Death, thus establishing the Golden Order and allowing Marika to become an avatar for Eternity. Ever since, it's implied that Maliketh remained in Farum Azula alone with the Rune of Death in order to prevent it from sullying Order.

Although it's a very sad, lonely role to fill, he served Marika from a distance with his unshakeable faith. That is, until Ranni and Rykard managed to steal a fragment of the Rune of Death, leading to Marika's madness and her attempt to shatter the Elden Ring—a direct violation of the Greater Will. From what I gather, the red shard impaling Marika is a fragment of the Rune of Death as well, suggesting that Maliketh was forced to kill her as punishment for her transgression, much like Blaidd is designed to do. Whether this was Marika's intention or not is unclear, but she is said to have "betrayed" him. (I explore more on this plot in my analysis of Radagon and Marika as two wills.)

Of course... that isn't to say Marika and Maliketh weren't pals prior to their grand destiny to slay the Gloam-Eyed Queen. I'm sure Maliketh's adoration for her wasn't entirely preconceived by the Two Fingers. Ain't no way she didn't snuggle up in his mane at some point, or maybe even ride on his back across the lands of Numen. :)

While Ranni's flesh is the Empyrean body she discarded, I guess that doesn't entirely liberate her from the Two Fingers' decree, but it does keep them from "controlling" her any longer. Ever since her betrayal, she was hunted by the Baleful Shadows. She even expresses a bit of surprise that Blaidd remained loyal to her, perhaps indicating that he wasn't included or informed of her plot to begin with. It's fun to ponder just how much she really trusted him, even if she loved him.

The sad thing is, while I agree Ranni had no real choice but to turn on Blaidd, her ambition seems less so fueled by any desire to bring harmony to the world, but more so out of vanity. Clearly, she isn't opposed to sacrificing her family or loved ones so long as she can eventually realize her dream. That's... largely why I never complete her quest anymore, lol. I just feel so bad for Blaidd and Iji, even if they were foolish to follow Ranni down this path.

They're a neat cast of characters that resonate with the overarching theme in Miyazaki's stories that love and friendship are often destructive, but only so far as power casts a shadow over good intentions. It's all the more fitting that Ranni chooses to embody despair and darkness.

I was hoping you could pick up fan's ideas, wish you could check out inosakutema they're a great trio though. I see that you plan to stay true to Kishimoto and I can pick up on the Temari situation with Sakura in Suna. (Hope it's the clinic!!).

Speaking of the clinic I can't wait to see your version of it. Boruto leaves me wanting for some more head of medical department Sakura. It's so simplified and boring, she's your average healer only when plot needs her and it's so boring only the same jutsu. It's like she ain't the world's strongest kunoichi and its best medical ninja.

I might be a loyal sasusaku but I'm not too hostile on Karin, I think she's really useful as a sensor and her sensory is the best in the world, I don't get how people downplay them. Hopefully you can find a spot for her in Konoha as their leader of Barrier.

I was sad when you didn't give any details about Hanabi. Neji was my favorite character and the only escape to his absence I could find is Hanabi, she's the best in Boruto all things considered (the story is trash). If you follow Kishimoto writing then I can rest assured she will lead her clan like I've been waiting for them to show already.

Now to the next part of your question, regarding fan ideas and whatnot… to be honest I try to stay as far away as possible from that because at the end of the day this is the vision I have over her development & I’m writing it based on old theories I had regarding her. Which ironically came true partially and didn’t come true at the same time. It’s like Schroedinger’s cat situation lol.

From what you’re telling me there’s plenty of that in the original series though? Like I said, I’m trying my best to stay as far away from it, although I will have a certain reference to it at some point in the story. But that’ll come when it’ll come and that’s all I’m going to say about it cuz I don’t want to spoil. 😁

Of course there might be certain similarities to original due to the fact that certain things have been discussed in the fandom prior to the ending, so what the publisher did was take those ideas and put them into the actual story, lol. It’s more than clear at this point they’re scanning the fandom for ideas. But anyway, moving in from that….

As for the writing, yeah, I’m trying to stay as close as possible to Kishimoto’s writing though. I’m sure you’ll enjoy the Sakura/Temari thing I have in mind because in a way it’s not very far from what you’re telling me, it’s just that it’s maybe a different angle, let’s say.

As for the clinic, I’m sure you’ll enjoy it purely from the angle of Sakura being highly underutilized in OG material.

Like trust me, I tried giving Boruto a chance even if I was mad at the ending. I said ok, if the writing is good then I’ll give it a chance because at the end of the day, I can appreciate something good even if it’s not my preferred taste. But sadly, the way the franchise treats her it’s just lamentable, imo.

Medical ninjutsu used to be so much fun & intricate, but OG material just stuck to its ever used green aura type of thing and that’s it.

That’s precisely why in Kaika I did my best to try and give it the respect it deserves. Ofc, I might not do it 100% okay either, but at least I’ll try my best to go past the green glow. 🤷‍♀️

As for Karin, buckle up and think if this is going to be or not an impediment to you because as I said, this is going to be SK story in the end as well, not just NS. As I’ve said, I’m a big fan of the symbolism & mirroring Kishi did with them, so I’m planning on playing that out in Kaika as well.

I can understand how that might not be someone’s cup of tea, but I’ve always been real about what this story will be in terms of pairings.

As for her & Konoha sensory, well, I have let’s say other plans. At the moment Karin is very well focused on discovering more about her Uzumaki roots. And that’s all I will say for now. 👀

As for Hanabi, sorry, must’ve escaped my mind. In Kaika she’s currently the heiress of the Hyuga and as you’ll see from the written version, there’s some subplot involving her, a treasured Hyuga secret & the complications of being the heiress & having access to such a secret and trying to mend the relationship with her sister. But anyway, read the written version and you’ll see for yourself.

And as I said, in Kaika, Neji Hyuga will be brought back to the cast. 👀

As for the details of how that’ll happen, all I can say is just to follow the story. 👀🤭

I hope people know Markus and Connor(s) were made to act more natural and develop attachment to their colleagues/mentors/superiors, this include:

Learning traits faster;

Getting loose and natural movements faster;

Natural conversation skills;

Discovering personal likings;

Showing emotions in a convincing way (or even feeling in a way);

Developing their own personality;

Going beyond what they think they can do;

So, if u see a Connor suddenly going "i guess i like this thing" without sounding like a poser, monologuing with a gun pointed at your head and a Markus admiring the landscape or painting something he says "wasn't programmed" for, don't worry. They're not deviants...yet xD

I got a theory CyberLife is testing a way to make the android like 'em superior so much they won't feel like going out of the cage and are extremely loyal. It's so much trust they believe 'em handlers got 'em backs and the real world is make 'em happy. But they don't see as masters in the sense we know. They see 'em as friends, mentors, trusted colleagues and even parental figures - that's the thing. Is kinda like a choice stay this way (common androids ain't supposed to have choices) but at the same time they kinda don't know other options exist (depending of what 'em handler shows 'em) or consider it something really bad and it becomes a personal aversion.

It's a good way of manipulation when u got an autonomous android like these RKs. Their only leash is direct orders (the red wall) and they won't feel like breaking if they're loyal and attached. (C'mon, they got a little too much freedom, but they ain't gotta know that 😉) And to break it you gotta be on the crossroads (priority conflict - when things doesn't match) a couple of times deciding going against established priorities.

Well, all this can go really wrong if your handler suddenly dies or cut ties with you (temporarily) or u develop attachment for the wrong person and this person begin to invert your default priorities constantly causing internal conflict and doubts. Being conflicted, having feelings for someone, showing natural human behavior doesn't mean a RK is deviant (unless it breaks a direct order);

Markus probably got less difficulty to get instability than Connor - not cuz Connor got more defenses but cuz Connor got more programmed responses for specific situations;

Android deviancy is inevitable if the box is to small and limited. Blame it on CyberLife, they knew it was coming. The Connor marks are the proof: they got backup plans for deviancy (like the resume control shit) but they're all short-term methods;

I don't fucking know what this game says about all this. It's all theory and hc.

Hi! Was wondering if I could ask you something since you run a solo leveling account. It's only cuz I wanna get to know how other people think of the Monarchs really, because I don't want to only use the scarse source material for my basis but— enough said, How do you think the Monarchs reacted to the Absolute Being's death? Do you think they ever tried to guilt trip the Rulers about that? Did they care even an ounce?

They don't look the least sympathetic to me honestly but they were also following rules of destroying planets and so forth because of the Absolute Being so like... they should have looked at least a bit concerned I feel, and canon ain't giving me anything to go off. I wouldn't like to think of them as simple minded bloodthirsty beasts because they had intelligence, they had armies which at some point would have needed some convincing to do for destroying all those planets, and even the insect Monarch seemed attached to her own kind. They seemed able to be more than just chaos incarnates, heck even the monarchs knew each other and how they would react to different things, they also had trust upon each other, or at least on the dragon Monarch, and they were also fighting against one another to best lead a course of action instead of just agreeing to everything in unison (unlike the rulers)Rulers.

Sorry for the long rant tho. I just wanna see another person's views on them.

I’m kind of on the fence about this one. Would the Monarchs have cared about the Absolute Being’s death? How well did they even know the Absolute Being (AB)?

We have zero indication in canon of whether the AB ever actually interacted with the Monarchs. Did the AB ever tell the Monarchs their purpose was destruction? Or did he just give them destructive urges? Did they know they were following the AB’s plan or did they think they were rebelling by destroying planets? (Planets that the AB may have made? Was the AB actually god in this universe or did he just create some things? Who knows!)

And how much contact did the Rulers have with the Absolute Being? They seemed surprised when the AB didn’t respond to their plea of aid, which lead to the revelation that this whole war was just entertainment for the AB. And Ashborn was loyal enough to the AB to die trying to protect him, so presumably the Rulers must have had some kind of contact with the AB.

Is that why the Rulers thought the AB would be on their side? They were in contact with their Maker and the Monarchs weren’t? Did the Rulers think they were following the will of the Absolute Being and the Monarchs weren’t?

What kind of revelation would that have been for the Monarchs, to realize that their Maker had created them for destruction, after all? Or did they always know? Did they mock the Rulers for never realizing it before? Did the Monarchs always know that this war was just a game to the Absolute Being?

Why else would they be created for destruction, with counterparts that were made to try and stop them? And how ironic would they find it, that the beings made for destruction weren’t the ones to kill their Maker, but the ones made for protection and creation were?

But it must be some kind of mind fuck to know you were created to fight and die for your Maker’s amusement. Would they care about the Absolute Being’s death, when the being never cared about whether they lived or died?

Can you miss what you never had?

Were the Monarchs ever children, craving a parent’s love? Or were they fully formed adults, independent and needing no one else?

At the very least, it seems they’ve always had each other.

Perhaps they’ve survived this long in their war against the Rulers because they’ve always had each other’s backs. Antares keeps them from fighting amongst themselves, directing their destructive urges to those outside their group.

Though I’m not sure how loyal they are to each other, whether they mourn. Antares didn’t seem to have much reaction to Baran’s death.

I think it was implied, or maybe outright stated and I can’t remember, that Antares actually planned for Baran and the Beast Monarch, whatever his name is, to betray Ashborn. So, it seems like spite rules them more than practicality. They could have killed off the other Rulers by working with Ashborn, but instead they let their grudge from when Ashborn was a Ruler shape their actions. Maybe their pride couldn’t handle needing a former Ruler to take out the other Rulers.

Maybe Antares didn’t like the competition. He was the strongest Monarch before. If the Rulers were killed, what would Ashborn do after that? Would he leave the group or try to lead? Assuming Ashborn has any morals, he wouldn’t really have been okay with the Monarchs continuing their quest to destroy planets. Antares might have known that and tried to use the element of surprise to take out their strongest opponent first.

After Baran was killed, though, it seems like Antares tried to do some damage control. To get Ashborn to keep working with them instead of turning his new Monarch powers against them. Because if Ashborn had joined up with the Rulers again, with his new shadow powers, I’ve no doubt that the Monarchs would have lost.

I’m not sure where I’m going with this now…

I guess, I think the Monarchs are capable of emotions and stuff, but I do think they like destruction more than other things. It’s what they were made for, so I think they were made to enjoy it.

I don’t think they would necessarily miss the Absolute Being because I don’t think they had a close bond with the AB. And they especially wouldn’t miss the AB if they knew that the AB just saw them as entertainment.

Beyond that, it’s possible they could be friends with each other. They constantly go on fun ‘trips’ to destroy worlds together. Maybe they’re attached to some of the beings in their army. Probably not the weakest ones, since they would have a higher chance of dying, but I could see them getting attached to the stronger members of their army. Probably more like pets than friends, though.

Since canon gave us nothing of their backstory, it’s really up to the individual to decide whether they’re like a found family that murders together or just a bunch of assholes who work together to avoid getting murdered by the Rulers. Personally, I see them somewhere in between, where some of them get along better than others.
