The government plans to collaborate with financial regulatory bodies to create a favorable environment, promoting sustainable and responsible development within Hong Kong's financial industry. In June of this year, the government introduced a new licensing regime for virtual asset trading platforms and is actively exploring regulatory arrangements for stablecoins. Moreover, Hong Kong is actively working to establish itself as an international innovation and technology center, as well as a hub for cultural art exchange between China and foreign countries. The convergence of art and technology represents a new development direction.
