Intelligente Stromüberwachung mit dem Shelly Plus 1PM Mini

Wie du mit dem Shelly Plus 1PM Mini deine Verbraucher überwachen kannst, zeige ich dir hier im neuen Beitrag. Dieses kleine, smarte Gerät kann nicht nur Verbraucher schalten, sondern auch deren Stromaufnahme überwachen.

Das Vorgängermodell, den Shelly PM habe ich dir bereits im Beitrag Shelly 1 #4 – Shelly 1 PM vorgestellt. Dieser kommt mit lediglich nur mit einer WiFi Schnittstelle daher, aber hat zusätzlich eine Schnittstelle für ein Addon, mit welchem du Sensoren verbinden kannst.

Wenn du dir den kleinen Shelly Plus 1PM Mini besorgen möchtest, dann findest du diesen für derzeit 16,07 € im offiziellen Shop (zzgl. Versandkosten). Lieferumfang Zum Lieferumfang gehört lediglich das Gerät sowie eine Anleitung in mehreren Sprachen, wie du diesen einrichtest.

Schaltung mit dem Shelly Plus 1PM Mini

Im Nachfolgenden möchte ich eine kleine Schaltung mit diesem aufbauen. Dazu nutze ich wieder mein kleines Brett, welches du ggf. bereits aus vergangenen Beiträgen kennst. Hier habe ich eine kleine Hutschiene sowie zwei Unterputzdosen verbaut in welche ich wahlweise einen Schalter und eine Steckdose verbauen kann. Zusätzlich noch einen Verbraucher in Form einer Lampe.

Für den Shelly Mini findest du unter https://shellyparts.de/products/single-hutschienenhalter-fur-shelly-plus-mini passende Hutschienenadapter in 0°, 45° und 90° Winkel. Ich habe mir diesen in 0° und in der Farbe Weiß gekauft. Der kleine Shelly Mini passt dort passgenau rein.

Schritt 1 - Anschluss des Shelly Mini an einer Steckdose Der Shelly Mini verfügt über ein Relais, welches wir über die Shelly Smart Control App / oder dm Webfrontend des Gerätes ein und ausschalten können. Hier haben wir lediglich einen Schraubanschluss zur Verfügung, welcher mit "O" f��r Output / Ausgang beschriftet ist.

Schaltung - Shelly Plus 1PM Mini mit Steckdose Schritt 2 - Verbinden mit dem Shelly Plus 1PM Mini über Webfrontend Der kleine Shelly Mini verfügt wie jeder andere Shelly auch über ein kleines Webfrontend, diesen sehen wir, sobald das Gerät über Strom versorgt wird. Wenn wir uns zu diesem verbunden haben, dann können wir über die IpAdresse 192.168.33.1 die Seite erreichen und dort das Relais ein / ausschalten.

Anzeige der Strom / Spannungsaufnahme von Verbraucher im Webfrontend Wenn das Relais aktiviert wird, dann können wir die Daten von dem Strom und der Leistungsaufnahme ablesen.

Einrichten des Shelly Plus 1PM Mini in der Shelly Smart Control App

Im letzten Abschnitt möchte ich dir nun zeigen, wie du dein Gerät in der Shelly Smart Control App einrichten kannst. Dieses ist durch die vorhandene Bluetoothschnittstelle sehr einfach, und wie du gleich sehen wirst in wenigen Schritten erledigt. Wichtig ist, dass du deinen Shelly mit einem 2.4 GHz WiFi-Netzwerk verbindest, in meinem Fall wurde das 5 GHz Netzwerk von meinem Handy vorgeschlagen, dieses musste ich dann manuell anpassen.

Zusätzlich wurde das Gerät auch noch von Amazon Alexa erkannt und somit kann ich diesen wie auch die anderen Shelly-Geräte per Sprache steuern. In der Übersicht sehen wir jetzt das neue Gerät und wenn wir dieses aktivieren auch gleich die Daten der Leistungsaufnahme. Hier fehlen leider die Daten der Stromaufnahme (Ampere) welche wir zuvor im Webfrontend gesehen haben. Wenn wir auf dein Eintrag tippen, dann sehen wir in der Detailansicht ein Diagramm mit den Daten der vergangenen Messungen (in meinem Fall noch leer, da ich dieses gerade erst eingebunden habe).

We honestly are still not sure what we're doing with the aliens in general, particularly the Stardroids. I genuinely wonder why they're a part of this series every time I think about them.

Piano does need to be rewritten into every single plot Forte is in, it won't really be easy but it's what she deserves.

Quint is still on hold because that stuff is tragic, but so far Challenger From The Future is a potential plot point we have that may attempt to resolve his problems. We just haven't touched it yet.

Constellation Droids and Rockman Strategy in general is still on hold, but Fan is available to be played if anyone wants her. However the Constellation Droids are independent of Ra Moon.

I hate almost everything about MM9 and this is no one's fault but I refuse to touch it at present, I'm just noting that now. I need an entire separate conversation for MM9 alone.

Week 1:The application of theory into fieldwork practice.

The transition from online learning back into fieldwork, is quite a gradual one, as currently we are in an adjustment phase. I, myself am returning into fieldwork after a year. Although, I had a great amount of theory and time to understand it at my disposal, the correct administration and adaptation of assessments comes from interactive learning in the field.

The first day is normally said to be the hardest with regards to practical’s, but in my opinion its not the actual work that makes it hard, but rather the fear of the unknown. From meeting a new patient, to deciding which assessments to do and treatment to plan. It's always a fear meeting a patient for the first time, whether they will be friendly  or difficult, and that plays an important role in your relationship with the patient, which in turn impacts how they respond to therapy. 

In terms of assessment and intervention, I did not complete any formal assessments, but rather observed and built rapport with the patient. Observation is an important aspect of assessment, as it gives a functional aspect to your assessment findings, it helps you identify which areas of the patients life will be impacted, as well as which client factors are limited. This is important as client factors form the basis of treatment planning, thus they need to be accurately measured and understood how they form part of patients functionality.

Although I am currently not confident in administering all my assessments, I will seek assistance from my supervisor as well as my colleagues. In order to plan appropriate treatment sessions, my assessment findings will need to be accurate and integrated into functional performance.

The feedback given by the supervisor, focused on administration on the assessments in a specific order, to obtain more integrated findings, seeing how one impacts on another. It is essential to do research into patients diagnosis to obtain a broader understanding of it, how it impacts his function, as well as which client factors are impacted, thus we can identify which assessments to focus intensely on. Another important aspect is review of the session, this will give you an idea of how to improve your principles of treatment, as well as focus on what client has difficulty in, and grade the following session accordingly.

For a long time he’s been perfecting incredible ice-skating techniques he found and even created on his own on the polar ice flats but considering how his audience usually consist of huskies, polar bears and seals, he doesn’t get that many reviews. To him, the fact that his dazzling moves have been locked away at the North Pole and never witnessed is a crisis on the scale of global warming which is most likely due to his lonely life. Tundra Man eagerly awaits the day when he can show the world his exquisite skills and yeah, he does all while doing his job to boot.

Before he found his passion for ice-skating, Tundra Man was very quiet. No one would even notice him if it weren’t for his size. This became a concern for his creator Dr Mikhail Sergeyevich Cossack as Tundra Man showed no display of emotion and felt empty. After he found his passion for ice skating and modified himself soon after that, his personality did a complete 180, throwing everyone off guard. He became flashy, flamboyant and he loves to show off his moves. However he’s not like Gemini Man with the loving-himself and all and cares for his friends, family and fans to the very depths of his core. He still cares for the environment and is concerned for global warming which clearly explains why he would murder Burner Man at first sight if he had the chance to.

Tundra Man gets along really well with his family, calling Mikhail his dad to which Drill Man’s partially responsible for. He’s the youngest out of the whole line of DCNs and Pharaoh Man, Ring Man and Skull Man are quite overprotective of him, especially after what happened with Wily. While doing his job he would contact his family and friends to both see how they are and to ease his loneliness. Should there be a chance that he’s with Freeze Man, Chill Man or Ice Man and you would see them interacting.

Tundra Man frequently interacts with the other robot masters he met during the maintenance checkup at the call hub after the being repaired and reactivated. He’s his usual self there.

hello, love! boosting self image is hard, but i do have suggestions/things i have done that helped me!

first, let me tell u—we’re the same size! i can wiggle into an 8 if i want, but honestly 10 fits the ass better & i prefer it!

let me also tell u that i’ve been a size 16 & still felt fab. fat & fab✨

why? cuz no matter the size of my ass, i know what i’m worth.

where does that come from? well a number of things

but the thing that really sticks w/ me is that i give more to my partner, family & friends than a cute face. a slim form is appeasing to the eye but what the fuck else rly? lol. i’m not here to just look pretty. & that doesn’t make me money. i am abt my money for sure.

but beyond that—i’m smart & kind & i like to be helpful. ppl value this so much more than eye candy. at least ppl who matter do.

i have spent explicit time reviewing the good things abt myself (these are like drills; u can write kind things abt urself on ur mirror in lipstick—it’s fun & it’s a good reminder!)

on top of this, i have a support team that won’t let me forget how killer i am, even when everything else is telling me (screaming @ me) otherwise.

so what do i suggest to u?

identify ur killer attributes. drill them into ur own head. accept that every day is a new day (& a new struggle). understand that it’s a journey, not just a destination. convince urself of the truth: skinny doesn’t mean good. & it damn sure doesn’t mean better ok? that’s a boldface lie.

surround urself (or recruit 1 solid cheerleader) who can hold u down.

but most importantly? become ur own advocate. u’re the front line, ok? tell urself the things u’d want someone u respected & trusted to tell u. & protect ur fucking energy.

if u find that u’re around ppl who don’t support u, who don’t make u feel pretty, who don’t gas u up? get rid of them. limit ur time w/ them.

protect ur blossoming self image @ all costs.

u’re this gorgeous garden so don’t just let any ol’ asshole tread on ur grass, u hear me? u’re fucking beautiful & u deserve to FEEL that way. period.
