Obtainability: Limited to the support point shop as a promotional memoria.

MLB Effect: Attack Up [10%] & Magia Damage Up [10%]

Effect Definitions:

Attack Up increases the equipped character’s base stats, meaning that its effects are calculated before buffs/debuffs are considered. The effect caps at 100%.

Magia Damage Up increases the damage done by a Magia or a Doppel.

TLDR: A decent free memoria that will go well on magia-focused units. This can be equipped on support.

Review: Honestly, not a bad little freebie memoria. There are better free welfare memoria to equip in the game, such as Kyubey Knight, but this is a good addition for any player who is lacking in the memo department.

It goes without saying that this is best used on a unit who plans to use either a Magia or a Doppel. Note that it won't increase your mp gain, so you'll either want to use an additional memoria to do so or plan ahead of time that the equipped unit will be able to use that said Magia/Doppel.

Its stats, while not outstanding, are still rather nice as well.

Whales won't find as much use for this memoria but for unlucky free-to-play and for newer players, this is a nice little freebie.

The attack didn't do as much damage as he'd hoped, but at least he managed to set it on fire.

It would also appear he gained enough EXP to level up! Not as much as he would've gotten from knocking it out, but EXP is EXP, after all.

#rat rambles #oc posting #her name is marci and Im still fleshing her out but basically shes another kid who largely grew up in the middle world palace #she and loonie were close as kids and she also had a big crush on midas but she and loonie drifted apart overtime and midas well. yeah. #shes never liked loonie and midas' mom which only worsened as midas began his plan and his mom tried to plead ignorance #this is the source of most of her and loonie's conflict as loonie had always loved it's mom a lot and basically idolized her #so anytime marci would be even vaguely critical of her it would become very defensive #it never got too bad during the early years but after midas and mascot killed their mom and vanished it quickly became way worse #marci was mourning midas and loonie was mourning its mom and neither were willing to budge on their hatred of the other's loved one #eventually they very hesitantly comprimised to agree to disagree (aka just avoid the topic) #but the damage had already been done and the two had drifted very far apart #they initially tried to move forward but as loonie got more and morw frustrated with the whole situation it started actively avoiding marci #which she took note of and while she was upset abt it she tried to respect it #she swiftly lost that respect as soon as she learned abt toon's existence #in her eyes toon was loonie's replacement for her. and well she wasnt necesarily wrong. #this ultimately lead to marci lashing out at loonie and the two getting in a big fight which escalated to violence #loonie felt genuinely hurt by marci lashing out like this but it also couldnt properly fight back since she was yknow. right. #so it ended up backing off and very very vaguely appologising #it was a Very passive agressive appology tho and it was basically a moment of both of them looking at eachother and realizing that they had #long stopped seeing eachother as a friend #anyways then toon delevopes a big crush on marci which complicates things even more lol

Sage Tip: Haima snapshots heal buffs

You can boost the strength of Haima by using it when heal buffs like Krasis and Physis 2 are active! All stacks of Haimatinon will be buffed, even if the heal buff falls off before a new barrier is applied (this is called snapshotting). In dungeons, take advantage of this to give your tank a really healthy shield with Haima.

Panhaima works the same way. Combining Physis 2 and Panhamia creates a large shield for your team and can be a good way to handle heavy multi-hit mechanics.

#ffxiv #ffxiv sage #final fantasy xiv #idk if i'll make a post about it but haima basically puts a 'freeze' on tank damage and allows you to catch up on the healing a bit #so in dungeon pulls it's an ability you want to use at around 50-60% so that you can rely mostly on passive healing to heal the tank #this is often when i pop soteria and so usually kardia alone is enough to heal the tank.. maybe toss a druo if needed #when used this way haima is a really good way to stall for time so your resources can come off cooldown #healingwithcake #hwc:sge #i cant really tell u WHY haima snapshots but my guess is because the barrier is tied to the haimatinon stacks #so since those are applied up front they all get buff #(also happy new year! last tip for the year and will be posting more next year ^^)
