We Cry Together
Jirou tried to hold it together for her partners. Turns out, she isn't holding it together very well.
 [Izuku/Momo/Jirou]
[Established Relationship, OT3, Polyamory, Hurt/Comfort, Aged Up Characters, Grief/Mourning]
It was a bright day. The sky was mostly cloudless and the weather was warm. There was an uncommon amount of bird song in the air, as if spring had come that day and they needed everyone to know about it. It was one of many days that Kyoka wished she could turn her quirk off and have normal hearing.
It had been hard enough trying to sleep under normal circumstances when she could hear everything around her. It was torture having to hide her head beneath three pillows and one blanket trying to pretend that she couldn't hear the restless tossing and turning happening in the other room or the pacing happening downstairs. To have the birds wake her up with loud chirping on top of that had been even more unpleasant.
She had been tired and on edge all week, but trying not to show it. No one needed her being moody, after all. No one needed to have her being disagreeable. Not now. So she'd kept to herself, kept silent, been sleeping in the guest room and staying out of the way as much as possible.
In fact, today would be the first time she'd spent more than ten minutes with her partners all week.
Izuku had been crying all morning. She'd tried to pretend that she didn't hear it, that it didn't make her want to cry, too. But sitting beside him in the limo and having to watch his body shake with sobs and having no where to go was torture. Momo had her arms wrapped around him, whispering comforting words that made Kyoka feel guilty and useless.
She wanted to hold his hand, or felt like she should, but just ended up gripping her own hands too tightly and wringing them together. Eventually, she turned away from the sight all together, staring out the window at the beautiful sky and singing under her breath, trying desperate to focus on the sound of her own voice to drown out everything else.
She wished it would rain. The sound of the rain would drown out all the other noise. Maybe a little thunder and lightning would help to drown out the sight and sound of Izuku sobbing. Then again, even when she closed her eyes and plugged her ears, she felt like she could still hear it, still see it. So maybe not even that would help.
It would be better than bird song, though.
"Kyoka?"
Kyoka flinched violently when she felt a hand on her shoulder, wide eyed as she found herself looking up at Momo. At some point the limo had stopped and her partners had not only gotten out but gone around to her side of the vehicle and opened the door.
Momo was staring at her with a soft, caring expression as she held her hand out. "We're here," she said gently. "It's time to go."
Kyoka felt paralyzed. "I..." Her throat felt dry. Hadn't she been singing not two minutes ago? What was wrong with her? She swallowed, trying to reach out to take Momo's hand and finding herself shaking. She pulled her hand back to herself swiftly, looking away. How long had it been since she'd done something as simple as take her girlfriend's hand? How long had it been since she'd spoken to them both? She cleared her throat awkwardly before saying, "I'll... I'll catch up."
Momo frowned and Kyoka hated the worry that she saw there. Even more, Kyoka hated herself for lying. She knew full well if they left her here she would not catch up. She would wait in the limo, curl up in a ball, and hum loudly until she couldn't hear what was going on around her.
"We're not going to leave you here," Momo told her, still gentle.
Something felt lodged in her throat. She couldn't bring herself to speak again, so she just shook her head. She couldn't get out. She couldn't move. She felt glued in place.
Momo looked over her shoulder and Kyoka prayed she wouldn't move. She didn't want to have to look at Izuku. Look at how heartbroken he was and be reminded of how she'd spent a week hiding away instead of trying to comfort him. God, she was a terrible girlfriend. She closed her eyes tight and shook her head frantically, mentally begging them to just leave her alone. To just go on without her and let her wait in the limo until it was all over.
But of course, that would never happen. Her partners weren't terrible and neglectful like she was, they wouldn't leave her alone if they thought she was upset. Why didn't she just stay home? She should have said she'd find her own way there. Instead she was clutching her hands together and trembling like an idiot at the idea of getting out of a car.
"Kyoka," the voice she'd most dreaded hearing spoke her name. It wasn't soft and concerned, like Momo's. It wasn't full of tears, like earlier. It was serious, stern. Izuku didn't use this voice often, not unless he was on the battlefield. This shouldn't be a battle. She shouldn't be fighting. They didn't need this right now. They didn't need her being difficult. "If you don't get out of the limo, we're going home."
Kyoka was shocked into looking up at him. That was... This was too important to just... leave. Izuku needed to be here, not babysitting her. "No, I..."
Izuku stepped forward and Momo moved to the side to let him through. He crouched down before her, eyes determined and still red from crying. He wasn't soft and gentle, like Momo. He didn't wait for her to take his hand. He reached over and pried both her hands apart, twining the fingers on both her hands with both of his. They were strong and steady, even with hers still shaking.
"We go out there together or we go home together," Izuku told her. "We're not leaving you again."
Again? She didn't understand. They hadn't gone anywhere. They'd been with her all week. The confusion must have shown on her face, because Momo moved closer again, resting her hand on Izuku's shoulder.
"We tried to give you your space," she said softly, "because we thought it would help. But all we really did was leave you alone all this time." She reached out slowly, so slowly, so different to  how Izuku had been, and brushed her fingers across Kyoka's cheek. She only realized she was crying because Momo brushed away her tears. "I'm so sorry, Kyoka."
"Sor..." Why did words keep getting stuck in her throat? She shook her head in fierce denial, closing her eyes so she wouldn't have to see the beautiful day around them or heroes starting to walk past wearing all black. "Why are you sorry when I'm the one that... the one that failed you." She could feel the tears slipping out of her eyes this time. She hated it.
Izuku squeaked her hand. "I know I've been a big baby all week, crying over everything. It's no wonder you didn't want to be around me."
"That's not..."
"Kyoka," he interrupted. "Look at us. Please."
Slowly, she forced her eyes open. Momo had moved closer and was kneeling beside Izuku now. Her eyes were watery, but Izuku's, oddly enough, were completely dry now. He always had been good at holding it together for others. Had always been a rock when she needed it. It never ceased to her amaze her when she knew how much of a crybaby he could be.
"You don't have to be strong for us, Kyoka." Momo moved to take one set of their hands, pulling her and Izuku apart so that she could thread their hands together. Momo was holding one of hers and one of Izuku's, smiling at them brightly even as the tears spilled down her face. If Izuku was the rock, Momo was definitely the light, the sun. Kyoka wondered where that left her. "It's okay to be sad, to be hurt. It's okay to want to be alone, to not know what to say. But don't... don't pull away from us. It's okay if we all cry together. There doesn't have to be one of us that's the strong one."
"You don't need me being..." She wasn't sure what word to use here. 'In the way', was what she thought. Something told her that they wouldn't take that very well though.
"We always need you!" Izuku said immediately. "No matter what. Don't you forget it!"
Momo moved closer. Kyoka felt herself on the verge of objecting as her girlfriend got on on her knees, but Momo used the leverage to get closer, laying her head on Kyoka's lap. "We love you, Kyoka. We love you so much. It doesn't matter if you want to sleep in a different room because I keep tossing and turning, it doesn't matter if you can't tell us... can't tell us how upset you are... We love you..."
Momo was crying now. Kyoka was stung by the fact that she didn't know whether or not this had happened before. Had Momo been crying this week while she'd been hiding and trying to drown everything out? What else had she missed?
Izuku moved closer as well, pressing his forehead to hers. "It's okay," he told her. "Just let it out. It's just us here, it's okay."
Kyoka could hear the tears in her voice when she spoke. "We'll be late."
Izuku actually chuckled at that, though he was sounding watery again too. "Don't worry about that. Take all the time you need. All Might would..." Here he stopped and the pain in his voice echoed something in her chest. "All Might would want to know his students were taking care of each other, right?"
Kyoka smiled at that, even as she felt the dam finally breaking. Even as she felt the sobs starting to finally break free from her lips, she still managed a choked, "Yeah, he would."
Momo pulled them closer, hugging their hands to her chest. "Can you imagine if he saw us like this?" she asked with a tearful laugh. "He would break out of his own casket and shout 'Never fear, I am here!'"
"He might do that anyway," Izuku added with a small smile. He loosened his hand from Kyoka's, threading his fingers through her hair instead, holding her. "All Might's not here anymore, so I'll have to be the one to say it. 'I am here,'" he whispered fiercely. "We're here, Kyoka."
They spent the next twenty minutes crying together in the limo.
It didn't rain and the funeral didn't go on without them.

Breakfast In And Out Of Bed
Izuku tries to surprise his girlfriends with breakfast in bed. Too bad Momo is an early riser and Kyoka doesn't want to rise at all.
[Izuku x Momo x Jirou]
[Established relationship, aged up characters, OT3, Domestic Fluff, Fluff, Polyamory]
Requested by @skeptical-skull This was a lot more appealing than I thought it would be and I was already pretty fond of the idea!
It was hot when Momo woke. The blanket had been pushed down to her knees, the sheets twisted around her feet. The room was still dark, but she could see the light waiting to spill into the room from behind the curtain. Her girlfriend was laying half on top of her, slightly drooling on her chest with her arms wrapped tightly around Momo's body. Kyoka swore up and down that she didn't drool in her sleep, but they all knew that it wasn't true.
Momo hugged her closer, pressing a kiss to Kyoka's forehead as she tried to shift her over and off of her. Kyoka moaned a little in her sleep and wrapped herself around the nearest pillow without waking. Momo smiled at her as she got out of bed. She untangled the sheets and pulled them up to Kyoka's waist, then she folded the blanket at the foot of the bed.
She slipped out of the room quietly. The calendar on the back of the door reminded her that they all had the day off today, so there was no need to rush as she went through her morning routine.
The scent of bacon was in the air and she followed the smell down the hall. She could hear Izuku's voice singing from the kitchen, loudly, poorly, and it made her smile. He was singing along to one of Kyoka's songs, but he didn't know all the words. She was laughing by the time she walked into the kitchen.
Izuku spun around to face her, his face red. "M-Momo! I, uh..."
"You haven't learned the words to this song yet?" she asked. "You listen to it all the time."
"Don't tease me," he replied, turning redder.
She laughed, stepping forward to place a kiss on his cheek. "You're up early. I thought you'd want to sleep in. You've been working hard lately." She crossed the room to begin setting the table and he turned back to the stove.
"I wanted to surprise you," Izuku said. "I was gonna make you both breakfast in bed but someone had to ruin my plan."
"Sorry. You know I'm a morning person." She doubted Kyoka would be getting up anytime soon, so she only set the table for the two of them. She poured herself a glass of cranberry juice and orange juice for Izuku. "This might be better, though. It'll give our night owl more time to sleep in."
"Yeah, but she's a lot easier to surprise," Izuku said. "I was hoping to get you this time."
She laughed as she sat at the table. "You'll have to get up earlier than this to surprise me."
Izuku took her plate from the table, shoveling food from the pans and putting it on her plate. He filled her plate with eggs, bacon, and waffles topped with whipped cream and strawberries. "I hope you like it."
"I'm sure it'll be great," she told him. "Your cooking gets better all the time."
He loaded up his own plate, sitting it across from her before going back to retrieve the syrup and handing it over to her. "Your cooking is still better than mine, though."
"Only a little." She drizzled the syrup over her waffles, cutting it into triangles before taking a bite. She hummed happily as she chewed. "It's really good, Izuku."
"Thanks, Momo."
They didn't talk much, listening to the sound of Kyoka's singing coming from the speakers of Izuku's phone. This was one of her older albums, but Izuku listened to it enough that she was fairly certain it had to be his favorite. She couldn't believe that there were still songs that he didn't know all the words to.
"So, we've all got the day off today," Izuku said. "What do you wanna do?"
"Well, there's some cleaning that needs to be done," she mused.
Izuku frowned at her. "No way. We're all off for the first time in months and you want to spend the day cleaning?" he asked.
Momo blushed. "It was just an idea."
"I have a better idea," Izuku said. "We all stay in bed and watch bad movies and cuddle. Kyoka will back me up on this."
"We should at least go out," she argued. "We haven't gone out in ages." She stood up, collecting both of their plates and taking them to the sink.
"Now you're thinking," he said, pushing out his chair. "What do you wanna do? Movie, shopping, romantic dinner..."
"Kyoka would hate that," she laughed. "If you even hint at something romantic, she'll turn red and hide in the closet until your next off day."
Izuku joined in her laughter. He came up behind her and wrapped his arms around her waist. "Fine then. It can be just the two of us. We'll let Kyoka stay here in bed and I'll make her jealous when I send her pictures of us having fun."
"You can be so devious sometimes," Momo said.
"Like it?" he asked. "My girlfriend taught me."
They laughed again. Izuku slid away from her to get another plate, sliding the last of the food from the pan for Kyoka and places the dishes in the sink. "Come on, it's still warm. We can wash those later, let's take this to Kyoka."
She relented easily, going to the the fridge to pour another glass of orange juice. Izuku left the music on as they retreated down the hall to their bedroom. Kyoka was still fast asleep curled around the pillow.
Izuku put the plate on the night stand and climbed onto the bed. He wrapped an arm around her and pressed his lips to her ear to whisper. "Kyoka, time to wake up."
Kyoka hummed and buried herself in his arms.
Izuku smiled down at her. "Come on, wake up," he said softly.
"Leave me alone, Zuzu," Kyoka said sleepily.
Izuku turned red, burying his face in her neck. Momo snickered, moving closer to them. She placed the glass on the nightstand beside the plate and climbed into bed opposite Izuku. She wrapped an arm around them both. "Rise and shine, Kyoka. It's morning now."
Kyoka groaned softly. "No, Mo..."
"Yes, Kyo," Momo replied.
Kyoka cracked open one with an unhappy whine.
"There you are," Izuku said. He leaned down to place a kiss on her lips and she buried her face in his chest.
"Izuku made you breakfast in bed," Momo told her.
"Cool, I'll eat it later," Kyoka said.
"Don't go back to sleep," he insisted.
She let out a deep sigh. "Fine." She pouted as she moved herself into a sitting position and Izuku and Momo mirrored her. Momo reached over to hand her the plate of food. "Whoa, what's all this?" she asked as she got a look at the waffles and fruit on her plate. "Why'd you go through so work trouble? There an anniversary I don't remember?" Kyoka didn't waste any time digging in, moaning in pleasure as she tasted the sweetness of syrup, whipped cream, strawberries, and waffle.
"I just love you," Izuku told her. "And we all have the day off today."
"Finally," Kyoka said. She angled her body so that she could lean into Momo, who wrapped her arms around Kyoka's waist and rested her chin on the shorter girl's head. "That means I don't have to get out of bed, right?"
"Well, Momo and I were thinking of going on a date," Izuku said. "You could come with us."
"Or I could stay home and sleep, have the entire house to myself, practice my new song," Kyoka listed off.
"You're such a homebody," Momo laughed. "You really want us to go out without you?"
"I'll be here for the good part," Kyoka told them with a grin. "In bed waiting for the happy ending."
Izuku choked on air, causing Kyoka to laugh hysterically. Momo blushed and pinched her girlfriend's cheek. "You're terrible, Kyo."
"You love me," Kyoka said confidently.
Izuku's face was entirely red. "How do you still always manage to embarrass me?" he asked
"It's a talent," she said as she took another bite.
Momo shook her head. She lifted the glass from the nightstand, offering it to Kyoka who took a large gulp before handing it back. "Is there anything you would like to do with us?" Momo asked. "Izuku suggested shopping or going to the movies."
"There's nothing good out," Kyoka told her. "I'd rather stay in bed and stupid horror flicks."
"Ha!" Izuku cheered. "Told you!"
"I never said you were wrong," Momo sighed. "Just that we should go out."
"And we can," Izuku told her. He reached out to take Momo's hand, pressing a kiss to the back of it. "If we leave our rock star home."
"I really can't persuade you?" Momo asked.
Kyoka sunk down further in her girlfriend's embrace. "All I want to do is stay in bed and chill." She took another bite, stretching out her legs. Izuku took hold of them and began messaging her calf gently. "You can watch movies with me before you two go out on your date. I'll clean up a little while you're gone, I know it's been bothering you, Mo, and then when you get back all happy and tipsy, you can trip into bed and let me take care of the rest." Both Momo and Izuku were completely red and Kyoka grinned at them again. "Good?"
Izuku coughed and looked away. "Um, s-sounds good."
"Momo?" Kyoka asked.
"Good plan," Momo replied, avoiding both of their eyes.
Kyoka laughed. "You guys are too easy!"
"You're one to talk," Momo told her. "You won't even go on a date because romance makes you blush too hard."
Kyoka frowned as she blushed. "Whatever."
"Whatever we do," Izuku said, "I'm just glad that I get to do it with you two."
"You sap," Kyoka said, jabbing him in the side with her foot. There was a smile on her face, though.
Momo reached out to squeeze Izuku's hand. "I'm glad that I have the both of you, as well."
Kyoka made fake gagging sounds.
"Accept our sugary, sappy affection," Izuku told her. He leaned forward to wrap them both in his embrace and pressed a kiss to Kyoka's cheek. Momo kissed her other cheek at the same time.
Kyoka wiggled in their embrace. "Get off me, you love loons. I'm trying to eat."
"You can't get rid of us that easily," Momo said. "You just have to suffer."
A small smile tugged at Kyoka's lips. She tried to hide it by shoving more food into her mouth, but they both saw and she knew it.

skeptical-skull replied to your post: Lovely followers, are there any OT3s you want me...
Dekumomojirou?
I’ve only recently had the idea of this ot3 in my head and I really love it, though I’m not yet sure what to do with it. Like, it’s super great from all angles, but I don’t know how best to start with them.
Like, should I write them in school or aged up? Domestic fluff or training? Beginnings or middles? There are a lot of options here and I’m not sure which to pick yet.
But! I completely dig the idea.
