This remains one of my favorite moments in Cap comics. Billy really just burns the gag off his face no hesitation.

You know what's a crime?
Featuring one Doctor Freaking Sivana in the Suicide Squad game without even a mention of Captain Marvel, I would even take the character being named Shazam in the game.
But no, Sivana is responsible for giving Boomerang speedster abilities.

NO. 26 NO ONE LEFT BEHIND
Separated I Rope Burns | "Why did you save me?"
Of course Doctor Sivana crawls out from whatever hole he was licking his wounds in after what went down in Metropolis. Of course.
You have no idea how he fucking found you when you were nowhere near the lightning strike but as long as there are no little worms around you might be able to salvage this situation.
Your small body can't handle any more blessings right now (read: for the next few weeks, probably), but you have other tricks. Solomon's working his magic trying to figure out what the cuffs do besides eat your lightning. Achilles is beside you keeping your head clear. Atlas is still being a real one as the metal cuffs irritate your hand and your wrists.
And you've got to get out of here.
Wherever here is.
You can still speak. So either the guy's confident his invention can take what you dish out or he wants you to keep zapping them. Until Solomon lets you know which is more likely you'll refrain from shouting the Wizard's name.
Exits. There's a vent you probably won't be able to reach without divine intervention or a ladder. You're short on both at the moment but you keep it in mind. The door to wherever here is doesn't have a knob on this side but that doesn't matter. If you can free your hands you can probably fuck with the latch or go for the hinges that Sivana should really have thought to hide from you.
He took all your shit but you're willing to unscrew the hinges the hard way.
That's Plan A. Plan B is to keep summoning the lightning strikes at an angle and busting down walls to brute force a way out. You'd still have the cuffs on but even if there's a tracker in them, he'd have to chase you.
Plan C is using the Power of Zeus anyway and teleporting out of the cuffs. You really don't want to get to Plan C.

"HIS KNOWLEDGE IS MORE THAN EARTH-BASED, THOUGH. HE SPENT YEARS IN SELF-IMPOSED EXILE ON ANOTHER PLANET..."
PIC(S) INFO: Spotlight on Thaddeus B. Sivana, a.k.a., Captain Marvel/Shazam's greatest antagonist, from the "Justice" (2005-'07) maxi-series published by DC Comics. Artwork by Doug Braithwaite (pencils) & Alex Ross (sketch art/paints).
ORIGIN: "Thaddeus B. Sivana has fought Captain Marvel more often than any of the World's Mightiest Mortal's enemies. Just as the Joker, who mocks death and revels in the suffering and losses of others, is my antithesis, Sivana is opposite of Captain Marvel. While Captain Marvel is a being of magic, Sivana knows only the secrets of science, only what the intelligence of man can discover. He has been widowed twice, and the pain of those losses led to his becoming twisted and embittered against the very humanity he once invented and created for.
His knowledge is more than earth-based, though. He spent years in self-imposed exile on another planet, studying a race of creatures there, becoming adept in the secrets of that world. Perhaps his time there further twisted him into what he is. He has no physical power of strength, but he has developed a means to walk through walls by speaking a scientific formula of sorts.
More magic words, even if they are clothed in science. I wonder if Sivana is even aware how affected he is by forces beyond his control."
