Some pieces I did inspired by the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Once & Aways special. I've aways been more a super sentai guy, but I watch the first seasons of Power Rangers and have fond memories of the late Thui Trang.

Okay so I had a thought.
We've all seen the third party take on the Megazord right, the "Lucky Cat Micro-Cosmos" Beast Lord that's clearly based on the FlameToys version.
The Pterodactyl is actually two Zords, there's updated design with the wings and guns, but the removable chest piece also forms the Megazord chest and a version of the original Zord.
Well, we've all seen that Amy Jo Johnson is working on her own Power Rangers Comic "The Return" and that it's got a new Green Ranger, Olivia Hart, Kim and Tommy's daughter.
I'd actually use the new Pterodactyl as an inspiration for her own unique Drago Zord. Make the upgraded Megazord design a MegaDragonzord variant.
In fact, it already combines with the Pterodactyl Zord, there's no reason it can't be integrated into the original Dragonzord to give it wings and I think, after seeing how the third party Megazord is engineered you could actually make a traditional MegaDragonzord and still have the wing upgrades with no extra engineering.
I'm just having thoughts, is all.

(Based on a discussion about an ATLA/Power Rangers crossover I had on Discord)
looks at @prying-pandora666
Aang: Hey, Azula. I'd hate to bother but...the Dragonzord doesn't look too okay.
Azula: He's a giant mechanical dragon. What would he have to worry about?
Katara: You're the Princess of the Fire Nation and the best firebender in the world. What would you have to worry about?
Azula: ...(sighs) Alright. Point taken.
[Azula finds the Dragonzord by itself in a valley]
Azula: Hey big guy! You okay?
[The Dragonzord looks at her like she's stupid]
Azula: ...it's about Burai isn't it?
[The Dragonzord looks a bit guilty upon the mentioning of his old ranger's name]
Azula: Look...I don't know what to tell you, but Burai's dead. He's not going to come back, and it doesn't do you too good by sulking about it all the time. Everybody's got dead people after all.
[Naturally, the Dragonzord gives an enraged roar about Azula making light of his grief.]
Azula: Listen I...(sighs, sits down). I'm sorry. It's just, I'm no good at this. The other guys are close to their Zords, but I couldn't even treat my own friends well before they got wise and left. What hope would I have?
[The Dragonzord calms down, feeling a bit ashamed about his loss of control]
Azula: I do get it. You lose somebody close and everyone tries to tell you to get over it. That they're not gone and that you need to honor their memory. Then you feel the only way to do that is to throw yourself into danger to make their sacrifice worth it. Yeah...I've been there.
[Azula thinks for a moment]
Azula: ...his name was Lu Ten. We weren't close or anything, but...he was the only one who didn't see me as a monster...well, that's enough about me then.
[The Dragonzord roars again, telling her that she shouldn't leave it there.]
Azula: Alright! Geeze! I wasn't happy that Lu Ten's sacrifice was in vain and that he died trying to serve a country that didn't care for him! Is that what you want?! We both lost somebody and we were told to move on!
[...]
Azula: ...guess that's one thing we share in common I guess.
[The Dragonzord nods in agreement.]
Sort of based on the original Kyōryū Sentai Zyuranger where the Dragonzord (or Dragon Caesar in that series) mourned the death of his original ranger, Burai.

It's funny how many ways the main MechaGodzilla depictions end up balancing out. Two evil against heroic Godzillas vs two defensive MechaGodzillas against destructive Godzillas, two on the 50 meter scale, two on the 100+ meter scale, two with useless non-tails and two with very articulated tails. Two I can draw somewhat ok and two I really struggle with.
I gave up with Kiryu at some point and just started throwing in my own metallic-ish details just to get done and I just don't like looking at the Monsterverse version and I think I might have accidentally ended up using a bad fan rendering for my main reference? Oops.
Also, I think some bootlegs might have snuck their way into my MechaGodzilla 50th anniversary drawings.

Oh shit this is amazing can't wait for this. Only thing some monsters don't fit the rangers.
I would of preferred Jason with a Gorosaurus. I mean it's a big fucking TRex it's perfect. Then give Kim Rodan instead since it suits her better again ties to her Dino and season 2 zord. Trini totally should have been Mothra it fits her personality better and very few mammals monsters to go around. Baragon sorry to his fans but to me it's one of those shit meme monsters. Trini deserves better.
But even so super hyped for this. I want Toys for these so bad. Hope Hasbro let's Neca make these.

Hey Ruby, I got something for you.
WE NEED DRAGONZORD POWER!!
Meet the Dragonzord!
Ruby: How does this thing work?
???: Call it with the power of the dagger!
Ruby: Huh? Who said that?
Dagger: I did! Simply blow into it like a flute!
Ruby: I don't know how to play flute.
Dagger: Don't worry; I do! Simply put your fingers where I tell you.
Ruby: Uh, okay... I... kinda have a rule about talking weapons.
Dagger: If you'd like, I can speak bird instead. Tweet! Tweet tweet! Tweet!
Ruby: ...
Qrow: ...Everything you have just said is one of the most idiotic and insane ramblings I have ever heard. Everyone reading this post is now dumber because of you. I award you no points, and may the Brothers have mercy on your soul.
Dagger: ...A simple wrong would have sufficed.
