what is Phantom's relationship with Lanny & Neil?

Prefacing bits: Lanny and Neil are a little different in my AU overall even down to their names. Lanny's counterpart I had named Tahiris (Tah-ee-rees), the town's magick user and archivist. Neil looks only a slight different and older, I named him Conrad. Though they still take the same roles.

Tahiris found Phantom, released him from his oak prison, then took him in and did her best to explain what had happened while he was gone. Conrad had never really gotten involved until much later after Dream's disappearance because he didn't even know Phantom came back. He chose to grieve in solitude in the meanwhile. Tahiris still resents Dream for what happened even though he's long gone. She's more so Phantom's mentor for his magick during this time, as well as his savior from the tree's prison. (Tahiris swears up and down he smells faintly of fresh oak but he denies this. It's a silly joke they share.) Conrad eventually warms up to Phantom though, which helps a LOTTTT

I wanted to note that everyone looks very different in my iteration thats all O3O TLDR; Lanny and Neil were revamped into sort of new characters(??? i guess idk), Tahiris is Phantom's friend and mentor, and Conrad stays mostly out of the way and minds his own biz up until Phantom returns to life.

- his aura is more difficult to control so everyone around him must grow accustomed to it themselves.
