Sims 4 High School Years TEENS!

Thanks to the EA Game Changer Program I am bringing you a truck load of teens styled with the new CAS items! 

Quick very honest CAS Review: Making these Sims was so much fun, I think the team did a great effort on the quality of the clothes, there is lots of variety and fun swatches (although I wouldn’t have minded more), however, I will say that a lot of them aren’t really teen appropriate. Most of the clothes seem über stylish for teens, some are pretty out there (for any age) and there are a lot of quite ‘revealing’ items that are cute but that in my opinion are more suitable for adults. Call me square but I wouldn’t want my 13 year old going out in a bra and see-through mesh shirt. So, the clothes that come in this pack definitely seem to be aimed at older, adult teens which is fine but it feels a bit like a missed opportunity. Also, when you put the ‘masculine’ clothes on a female frame it looks really bad most of the time and I don’t understand why this isn’t getting fixed. This shouldn’t be an issue still and it actually really bothers me, I should to be able to make female Sims and put men’s clothes on them without it looking horrible, period. And I’m sorry to say that I’m a bit disappointed with the hairs. There are only three ‘male’ hairs and even though there are ten ‘female’ hairs I don’t really like more than four of them. You’ll see more of the hairs in my second post, I did my best to utilize the majority of the CAS items. What I do like is that there’s four new aspirations and three new traits, I’m really excited to explore those in gameplay and the fact that we can assign sexuality to our Sims now is just so awesome.

SIMTIMATES KIT (Part 5)

As for male sims, we as usual have less items.. :/ I laughed when I discover the eggplant speedo (do we say speedo in english ? that’s what I remember but not sure lol). 

Too bad we don’t get leather texture and some straps... But yeah, I guess we have to stay “family friendly”

IN CONCLUSION... IS THIS KIT WORTH ALMOST 5 DOLLARS ?

I’m my opinion, no. Maybe because I’m not a huge CAS fan. It’s still great to have them but, in the other hand, its still pricey for a few clothes here and there. Plus, the purpose of underwears is to see them not that much, so it’s not profitable from an economic stand point. 

I still think these meshes are amazing and could be use so differently from CC creators. For example, its a missed opportunity to haven’t made the female bodysuit compatible with a pant (or more like a full outfit with pant included). 

You know me, guys. I’m aaaaall for honesty and to me, this kit is pretty for sure but it’s still not a must-have. I think its more something to buy for storytellers, console and cc-free players. For those who use custom content, you can still grab something similar for free.
