PAC/ What makes you so attractive? 🌼

Hi my loves 🥰! This time I have a PAC for you with both intuition with tarot and oracle cards. This time I will write down your cards as well but with the oracle I use to see your vibe might be some translation confusion because those cards are in Spanish and some have different names in the English version. Elige la técnica que quieras practicar. Hay muchas técnicas de meditación, visualización y autohipnosis que puedes probar, según tu objetivo o preferencia. Por ejemplo, puedes visualizar un lugar tranquilo y agradable, como una playa o un bosque, e imaginar que estás allí. O puedes visualizar tu objetivo, como aprobar un examen o conseguir un trabajo, e imaginar que lo logras. O puedes usar afirmaciones positivas, como “soy capaz” o “me merezco lo mejor”, y repetirlas mentalmente o en voz baja. Lo importante es que elijas una técnica que te guste y que te haga sentir bien.

Practica con regularidad y paciencia. Como cualquier habilidad, la meditación, la visualización y la autohipnosis requieren de práctica y paciencia para obtener resultados. No te desanimes si al principio te cuesta concentrarte o si no notas cambios inmediatos. Con el tiempo, verás que te resulta más fácil y que te aporta beneficios para tu salud física y mental.
