“You’re hiding under the blanket because you’re blushing?” - Eisuke Ichinomiya [Request]

“Calm down. It’s okay. Everything’s alright, Yuki,” I sigh, handing her another tissue.

“Bu-but,” she wipes her eyes, which doesn’t do much good, really. More tears are ready to flow down her cheeks the moment they get dry.

I roll my head back, trying not to sigh for the nth time.

“Jack is dying! Poor Rose!” she blows her nose into the next tissue I pass her with full sound effect. 

“It’s a movie, for god’s sake,” I tell her, trying to help her realise that Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet are very much alive. It’s just characters they are portraying in the film, anyway.

Whose idea was it to watch Titanic?

“I’ll get you ice-cream,” I say, standing up.

Anything to get away from this god forsaken movie.

My plans to be free from the over-emotional scenes are stopped mid-way when I feel Yuki grabbing to the end of my shirt sleeve, stopping me.

“Please, stay with me?” she looks up at me with her big, brown eyes, a layer of tears lining them. She knows me too well. She knows I can’t, and I won’t say no to that face.

“Alright,” I say, giving up. I sit down beside her, my eyes focused on the screen while my body tries not to cringe.

I never understood the reason behind all the tears women shed when some love interest dies. I don’t think I ever would understand even if I tried, really.

Noticing her trembling form beside me as she tries to hold back more tears from spilling, I gather her up in my arms, pulling her close to me. My lips form a faint smile when her body relaxes beside mine, almost immediately.

Hmm, maybe Titanic isn’t so bad.

I place her head on my chest and place a kiss on her forehead, calming her down. Her hand grabs mine, and she intertwines our fingers.

“I’ll never let go,” she looks me in the eyes, repeating Rose’s words, catching me off guard.

“Pass me the blanket,” I say as I pull the blanket over myself, covering my face. She’s too damn adorable.

“Way to go ahead and ruin the mood.” She mutters. “And here I was, trying to be romantic.”

“I’m cold.”

“Want me to warm you up?” she smirks, pulling the blanket off of my face in one go.

“Hey!”

“Wait.” she pauses.

Oh no.

“You’re blushing.”

“I’m not.” I pull the blanket out of her grasp, covering my face with it again.

“You’re hiding under the blanket because you’re blushing?” she laughs, only causing the warmth in my cheeks to deepen.

“For the last time, I’m not blushing.”

“Aww, ‘Suke is all blushy-blushy.” She grabs the blanket, trying to pull it off.

“Well, you asked for it,” I grab her wrists and push her down so that she is under me.

Ah, how the tables have turned.

“Now who’s blushing, hmm?” I bend low, my nose grazing her neck, my breath fanning her collarbones.

“Eisuke, I-”

“Yes? You what, Yuki?” I whisper, my hands moving down to caress her waist, the movie forgotten. “I’m listening.”

“This isn’t fair…!” She mumbles, turning her face away in a feeble attempt to hide her rosy cheeks.

“It isn’t, hmm?” My lips move on to her collarbones, leaving tiny pecks here and there.

Her blush reaches her the tips of her ears, and her eyes close, enjoying my advances.

“Is this romantic enough for you, Yuki?” I ask, looking into her eyes, smirking as she averts her own, embarrassed. "Now that I think about it, maybe I will take you up on that offer to warm me up, huh?"

She looks down, trying not to show me how much of an effect my words are having on her.

“Yuki,” I call out her name, making her look at me. Heh, she doesn’t need to swoon over actors when I’m right here.

“Yes, Eisuke?”

“I’ll never let you go.”

MSB in Love365 is kind of mess, tbh... Play the PSD guys and they feel like they're airdropped out of nowhere. The additional guys (like Makabe, Eiji) also have that sudden feel to them? It feels like MSB is originally made for gree, I think, that's why the transition doesn't feel as smooth in the paid version. As for kbtbb, it's because they're mostly cashgrabs, imo :o (don't kill me kbtbb fans)

so true!! goto’s only makes sense after you’ve already read his gree route (and fallen in love with him lol). tbh sometimes i find the pacing of some of ishigami’s hlitf routes almost have that skippy msb feel. i never ended up playing makabe but played eiji recently and i was like ???? am i missing something? 

even hayase’s is weird which is so strange to me bc it’s literally a reboot that i think happened after the love 365 switch and hayase is part of gen 1 of the reboot so ??? my theory is that his character may have been introduced halfway through another main story (e.g. subaru’s) with you already getting to know him a bit, which is when his own route would then kick in? after the first couple of chapters it was fine, but yeah the opening was really confusing and i wish it had carried on straight from the prologue. 

also i agree, kbtbb is voltage intl’s biggest cashcow (also why they keep getting vip room events lol) but like... they have so much content already that no longer contributes at all to the main timeline or even the same UNIVERSE as the og title, and i would argue it barely even contributes to relationship development bc honestly most of the relationships and characters maxed out already in terms of development so it’s just repetition of the same dynamics... like how many times can we see eisuke get jealous and/or pissy and then drag her off to have sex and then secretly be all soft about her internally... please let this title have a break haha (don’t kill me either pls fans)
