Ragnarok SPOILERS

Laurits being Loki and Wotan being Odin was like WAY too obvious. But Irman being Freya? I LOVED IT!!!

Okay, now we have Thor, Odin, Loki, Freya and Týr.

I think Erik is Mímir, Isolde is/was Baldr. Wenche is/was either Frigg or Huginn/Muninn. Maybe Oscar is Frey or Heimdallr.

But the BIG question remains... WHO IS SIF???

Ragnarok (Norwegian Show)

It took me longer to finish than expected. I had too much going on and little time to watch the series but I finally finished watching episode 6 of Season 2. Can't wait to see what happens in Season 3.

This Norwegian series takes the Norse mythology into modern times, where teens are given the responsibility of saving the world from the Giants (a family of four that has lived in Edda for centuries). We watch Magne go through the transformation as he learns the mythology behind Thor and the Giants. I like how they have developed these characters. I thought Fjor's change would stick but it didin't. . . Laurits breaks my heart as he tries to find his place and finds himself betrayed from all corners. . .

I like Magne's inner conflict, how he questions the morals and actions of the ancient gods and how he doesn't see those actions as the right ones. He is conflicted and it takes him time to reconcile with the consequences of the responsibility he is undertaking.

Let's wait and see what Season 3 will have for us.

RAGNAROK

Magne, doğasıyla insanı büyüleyen Edda isimli bir kasabaya taşınmıştır. Kasaba normal bir Norveç köyü gibi gözükse de Edda, hiç de normal bir kasaba değildir. İnsanların gelmesi ile iklim değişikliği ile baş etmeye çalışıyordur. Buzullar hızla erirken ve insanlar uzun süren kuraklık dönemi ile baş etmesi kasaba halkını zor durumda bırakıyordur. Beraberinde gelen tüm bu sorunlar ile baş edebilmek için doğaüstü güçler ve kişiler ortaya çıkacaktır. Magne ise mitolojik Ragnarok hikayesinde vaat edilen güçlere sahip kahramandır ve ondan kasabayı kurtaracak olan Ragnarok’un kahramanı olması beklenecektir.

Magne kadar önemli olan bir başka unsurda Jutul ailesidir.

Jutul ailesi sıradan bir aile değildir. Edda nın en önde gelen ailesi ve tüm bu kimyasal atıklar ve buzulların erimesine neden olan bireylerdir.
