You had been known for the underground gambling ring that you had started, every villain that needed money came to you, they knew that you had it but most villains don’t make back the money that they take so you get a new henchman everytime. There were only a few people who ever paid you back; they consisted of All For One, Redestro and Overhaul.
Shigaraki was the next to sit in front of you with a need for money and a promise to conquer the world “do you know how many people have sat in front of me promising to take over the world?” You asked.
“I don’t care.” Shigaraki answered.
“Good.” You smirked as you leaned your elbow on your desk, your hand pressed against the burlap sack pulled over your face and fastened around your neck “but a word of advice: the people who paid me back had no interest in the world, they had smaller goals.”
“I don’t care what other people did.” Shigaraki glared at you and smiled.
“Even if one of those people was your master?” You asked.
“Are you going to give me the money or not?” Shigaraki asked.

“I want my money back but in case you can’t get it back to me I want insurance.” You explained as you leaned forward, you flipped a switch under the table, a roulette wheel came up filling the space that was the floor of your office behind him “let me explain how this works, this is just like standard roulettes, you bet on a number if you win then the insurance is a 1 for 1 and you can choose whether you give me, land, property, men whatever you have to your name, however if you lose then you payback double and I choose the means of payment.” You explained.
“Do you know what you want?” Shigaraki asked.
“It’s much more fun I confess when there are lives on the line and each of the members of your league have proven that they are strong enough to be of use to me-”
“You think that we will serve you?” Spinner asked.
“Spinner, if he doesn’t pay me back, you won’t have a choice.” You answered as you gestured behind you, one of your shadow guards stepping forward. “This was a man who believe that he was going to become the bigger than All For One and while he was good he wasn’t good enough, he fell quickly after his rise but in order to rise he asked me for money so when he fell I was there to collect, he lost his bet but had no interest in finding out my price… Too confident.”
“Is there a point to this story or are you just talking?” Dabi asked and you rolled your eyes.
“My point is I took him for myself, that was the price, you see my quirk allows me to take the shadow of anyone that I want.”
“What happens to the people?” Shigaraki asked.
“It’s kinder to kill them, then leave them wondering.” You answered honestly before standing from your desk and pointing to the roulette “still want my money?”
“Is there anywhere else that we can get the money that we want?” He asked.
“I wouldn’t know, any competitor of mine would be smart to stay out of my way and far from my eyes.” You answered leaning back in your chair.
“Then I’ll take my chances, I love a good game.” Shigaraki said and you looked at him and nodded.
“Well then with your permission I'm going to do my stuff, make your bet and spin the wheel. We’ll see where you fall.” You smirked as you gestured to the table where the shadow dealer waited for them to finalise the deal.

i have been subscribed to La Vie En Rose for a some weeks now, sorta as a reminder to read it, I remember being very excited upon finding it but never actually having the time to read. THANKFULLY i had time on my hands this weekend, and let me tell you, I AM SO HAPPY I DID, so so so happy.
You had me GIGGLING, sometimes i even had to stop reading and look around just to say “yall read this too?” to my empty room. I AM SO BEYOND PLEASED WITH EVERYTHING. Particularly Elain, sometimes i feel like people just breeze over her upbringing and how it would interfere with her choices (specially before the cauldron), but you did such a delicate, intricate study of her character, like, i could see how much patience and care you put into understanding her as she is and still turning it into your own thing to fit the narrative and IT TURNED OUT SO ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! and do not get me started on Lucien. You just seemed to have found and built yourself a house on that sweet spot of him being witty and duty ridden and a rake but also a traumatized sad character with a lot of baggage, but still funny and smart and willing to help. It’s such a thin line to walk and you just flew through it. IT IS SO SO SO SO SO GOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! every little dialogue, all the jokes the banter i was like!!!!!!! OMG??? HOW IS IT SO GOOD???????????????
I have not read the accompanying feysand piece, but i got the gist of what was happening pretty easily (though now i think i might as well just read it too, i bet it’s just as beautifully done). Anyway, not enough for you to have nailed the characterizations, THE PLOT IS ALSO GOOD AND SUPER ENGAGING!!!!!????????? I like to think that if ur Kiri's s/o you always have to avoid going pass a pet store whenever you're on a datr with Kiri.
Almost everytime he'll bring out the puppy eyes n ask for a dog.
(even tho he prob have way too many at home already)
I’m such a cat person but imagine him picking a big dog because he wants one home to protect you when he can’t be around because of work? Or like to keep you company when he’s on long missions and he knows Mina, Sero, Bakugou or Denki can’t be there to check on you all the time.
And maybe getting the dog happens by accident? Something like you said just walking by a pet store on a date- but maybe he volunteers at a shelter because you know Red Riot is always doing selfless things like that at childrens hospitals, old people homes etc. And he just finds the perfect dog and brings him home, or brings you in to meet him or whatever?
And it’s like it completes your cute little family. And you have so many like “family” photos with you both and the dog? And when he comes home in the evening you don’t even get a chance to greet him until he’s already on his back with the dog on top of him slobbering all over him? Like their bond is just adorable?🥺
Or maybe he knows you love cats so he gets you a kitten? And the dog is literally SO protective over them (you know like how they get with babies/children?)

I have a question about F!Jinx, when she finally escapes and (I assume) has finished cleaning house in the fighting pits; will she be in need of medical attention? And if so, is there any chance of her actually getting it?
I like to think that she winds up under the bridge, like Ekko did in Arcane, and is happened upon by Viktor or Caitlyn's father. I just like the idea that she reluctantly has to accept help from these kind strangers and that, in the long long run, it helps keep her somewhat grounded and maybe mindful of wrecking havoc when civilians are around because she doesn't want that kind strangers efforts to go to waste.
Also, I keep imagining her escape scene and Drowning Pool's Bodies comes to mind everytime 😂😂

Silco being taken down is the ultimate goal and it’s gonna happen, but his influence is literally everywhere xD Jinx is gonna have fun with that (whether or not she wants to do anything about the shimmer and chem baron issue is um controversial).
Pfft the idea of Jinx having to accept help even though she’s gonna fight it every inch of the way is hilarious xD I live for the thought. Her thinking about the few people who are nice to her as she goes around destroying shit and being like - what would they think about what I’m doing??? XD it’s funny to me.
That and her getting attached to Cait’s dad is god tier.
I could definitely see her ending up injured under the bridge pulling a seriously stupid stunt. If Caitlyn’s father comes across her he would probably recognize her as Vi’s sister. And Jinx is like - you’re the cupcakes dad?? seriously??? - and be like no it’s ok, I heal fast, just need to lie here for a bit (and may tell him to fuck off multiple times). But of course the man’s like no I’m not leaving this young girl injured, alone, under a bridge for anyone to find her.
I think Jinx would find his concern both annoying and hilarious. Because most people know not to worry about her and here’s this stubborn man who is insisting that he at least stay with her while she heals (even if she refuses to let him take a look at the wounds). Probably would use the time to try and pry info out of him about Caitlyn, but ends up just talking to him. She finds him extremely easy to speak with and she can’t help but compare him to Vander (or more so how Vander treated Vi). In this case, he would probably be the one to urge Vi to convince Jinx to see a medical professional topside.
Jinx would be extremely against going to a doctor in Piltover, but once Vi has established enough trust and good will with her, she would be able to get Jinx looked at. It would be kind of funny because I could see the doctor being like - how tf are you still alive???? Not to mention that the majority of Piltover is still largely unaware of what goes down in the Undercity (would be Zaun at this point in time) so seeing someone like Jinx who is so obviously enhanced by shimmer in a way they didn’t know was possible is kind of a shock. They can’t really do anything either because they don’t know exactly what’s been done to her and she refuses to submit herself for extensive testing.
If it had been Viktor? I think Viktor would have already gone through his “glorious evolution” and would have already been in Zaun permanently by the time he meets Jinx. He didn’t exactly have much time left by the end Act 3 of Arcane. He might have been the one to urge her to go to Singed (purposely or not), saying something along the lines of “who knows you better than your creator?”
Regardless she’s going to end up going back to Singed for treatment and check-ups. Don’t get me wrong, she absolutely hates the bastard with every fiber of her being, but he has also technically been her primary care physician since she was a kid and has intimate knowledge of her enhancements. It’s likely that something happened beforehand that pushed her to get help (whether it be the concerns of her friends or a health issue that crops up). After that she sees him every other month to check for any imbalances and other concerns.
(No one would know. It took a while for Jinx to even find him and it was difficult, even for her)

Thinking about what could be the worst to happen to stiles…
So either he has an accident with magic or maybe someone (Peter? His Dad? Deaton? All of them???) uses magic to make his body craving every little depraved thing. He gets hard from basically the smallest thing. But the thing is, his mind is still like before. And he hates it. He doesn’t want these reactions, he doesn’t want people touching him this way and he especially doesn’t want to crave it. And maybe the magic also controls his mouth, making him say how much he likes it and how much he wants and needs it. So he’s just trapped in his own body, not wanting this to happen, while his body makes him play with himself when he’s alone, loosening his hole in preparation for whatever is to come that day. Whoever did this to him loves sending him out on the streets like a total slut, pretending to be a normal prostitute but as soon as his clothes fall they can see the piercing and tattoos, can see the loose hole just hanging open (maybe a prolapse handing out a bit), his swollen belly filled with some animals litter, his nipples completely swollen and tortured, he probably can’t even get hard anymore because the took his balls, leaving only his tiny little nub of a cock (shrunken by the excessive use of multiple cock cages until it’s barely a few cm long and can only dribble a little pee every once in a while). And most people have the same reaction: surprise and disgust. February 1872 is perfect. I don't think I can say anything else, there's not much to say really-- you've already written it all 💟
It is just the right amount of everything and the perfect drabble before the final chapter. My heart swells with relief, delight, and love just--ugh, it's so so lovely 🥺💟 You are so right with all the hints and answers you've been giving us with your asks. Thank you for giving us this! But also like, it could go on (that would be hard for sure haha) and I do like to read some more chapters of MLT and mini drabbles the two's relationship bits and other side characters' stories as well? So I don't have a lot to say about this chapter (because as I said, it is just so perfect!) but I had some reactions on several lines while reading it because I think I'm in a rollercoaster ride with emotions with this one-- in the best way. Here are some (the whole drabble is amazing really) highlights that made me "scream" as if i'm watching an intense scene of a really good show while shouting at the tv haha:

I think this is the represents the whole feeling of OC with this chapter and onwards. Finally, she's speaking up for herself and being so brave and vulnerable at the same time. Letting herself be seen as vulnerable and standing her ground. I think, she's not just doing this for her and Jeonha's relationship but equally for herself too, as a person. Beautiful.
My breath hitched and I squeeled when she instantly confessed to the queen hahaha it's so intense haha
