Final Fantasy VII Remake Caps - Full Game

Free for anyone to use, no credit needed but appreciated if you do!

These are all uploaded into my Google Drive, which you can download as full folders. As a warning, there is a folder in here for a late game character reveal and is very much a spoiler, so please be aware.

In the folder linked below, you will find screencaps from FFVII remake. Most of the caps are 3840x2160, and all are 4k or 8k resolution. I did minimal curating, so there may be blurry shots, derp faces, and repeat expressions, but outside of those, there are still a ton that are usable. I did keep some of the caps from the demo rather than the game to bypass the credits from the beginning, primarily with Aerith, so those caps are named differently than the rest. Also, Cloud, Tifa, Barret, and Aerith have been divided up into multiple sub-folders so downloading them isn’t taxing on anyone’s internet.

FF7R things that are good, part 3

Spoilerish things, new characters, etc. Don’t click if you don’t wanna be spoiled. 

LESLIE I don’t know what happened or what your deal is. You’re the FFVII side character I never realized I needed. Leslie, are you OK? Will I see you again? Please marry me

Kotch and Scotch, especially as Coliseum MCs.

Andrea Rhodea. His philosophy. His dance. Without a doubt, one of my favorite parts of the Remake so far. I even enjoyed the game mechanics of this.

Miss Cloud’s outfit. I got a really snazzy one, following Mme M’s questline. The tiara! The choker! 

The unbearable lightness of Cloud Exhibit A: his dancing. Look there is something I can’t quite find the words for in how Cloud deals with this. It’s like... I think Cloud is the real femme fatale of this game. The naked flame that virtually every character is drawn to for whatever reason. I like to think Andrea Rhodea saw that quality and illuminated it. I’m going to be parsing this sequence for a long time. It might even drive me to write something Cloud-centric. I’ve never done that before, so chalk that up as a Big Remake Success. 

The look and feel of Wall Market. Yes. That works for me. I’ll add, even though this is not a Thing That Is Good: I wish we could backtrack into these environments more. Everything has so much forward momentum so far. I hope at some point we can come back to these places. 

Jules is another wonderful addition/transformation. 

The feud between the weapons vendors. 

Madame M. I wish I’d been able to afford your luxe hand massage. 

The restaurant that seats one person is officially one of my Favorite Final Fantasy VII Things, whether OG, Compilation, or Remake.
