What would sharing a bed with Graha or Estinien be like? (I was thinking more SFW cuddling stuff but you can make it spicy if you want)
A/N: Thanks for the request! No worries! I much prefer SFW!
Estinien
He will always have his arm under your head or pillow
he's always willing to give you space in bed
and he too also enjoys having space
that and you both have this having of moving too much in your sleep to the point the other person gets annoyed (if you two were cuddling)
but even when you two roll yourselves to the opposite sides of the bed, you always make sure to have at leasy one part of you touching the other
whether that is a foot touching foot or your knee is in his back or just holding hands
he will not protest when you snuggle up behind him and wrap your arms around him
he knows he has the body heat between the two of you
G'raha Tia
He's super cuddly
chances are, if you're wrapped in his arms, you aren't going to get out of them
you might have to wait til he gets up
everytime you try to get up, he groans in prtotest and pulls you closer
he would always ask you what side of the bed you want
if you have a specific side you like, he'll remember and choose the oppoite side
he has this habit of kissing your forehead before you go to sleep
when he sees you shiver or when you yawn, he covers you with a fluffly blanket

Cemetery Symbolism OC Questions
Tumblr media
A little list of OC questions based on Victorian Graveyard Symbolism (obviously some of the symbols mentioned here had more than one meaning, or a meaning which changed over time, it's not intended to be exhaustive, merely illustrative of some themes). I hope you enjoy the list!
Skull - Mortality.
Does your OC often reflect upon their own mortality? Is it something which they fear?
Does your OC have a "bucket list" of things they would like to do (or places they would like to see) before they die?
Who is the most significant person your OC has lost? Have they fully processed their grief? Or can certain things trigger a flood of emotions?
Is there a person who your OC cannot bear the thought of losing? What lengths would they go to in order to keep them safe?
Does your OC observe any ceremonies or festivals of remembrance? Who do they memorialise? How does your OC feel on these occasions?
Harp - Hope.
Is your OC an optimist? Do they tend to believe things will work out for the best? Or do they prefer to anticipate the worst, in order to be pleasantly surprised if it does not occur?
If your OC could make one wish to change the world for the better then what would they choose?
Has your OC fulfilled the hopes of their parents or their community? How do they feel about these in retrospect?
To what does your OC cling to in extremes of despair or danger? A faith? A mission? Or something else?
Does your OC galvanise hope in others? How do they encourage or rally others when they fall to despair?
Heart - Devotion.
Does your OC inspire devotion in those around them? What form does this take? Adulation? Romantic attachment? Ferocious loyalty? Or something else?
Is your OC particularly pious? Do they follow a religious faith? Or did they once have a faith which they lost? If they are not religious then how do they feel about those who are?
Does your OC have an irreverent sense of humour, even (or especially) about the things which are important to them? Or do they treat such things with great solemnity?
Is your OC particularly patriotic? What does their country or other place of origin mean to them?
Does your OC remain loyal to those they love, regardless of the rights and wrongs of any given situation? Would they support them even if they were in the wrong? Even if they committed a serious crime?
Cherub - Innocence.
Is your OC particularly knowledgeable about matters of the flesh? Are they easily shocked or scandalised? Or are there relatively few fetishes, positions, or unusual uses of implements of which they have not heard - or possibly even attempted?
Does your OC swear in day to day conversation? Or only when they are startled or angry?
Did your OC have a sheltered upbringing? Did anyone educate them about sex and relationships? Or were such things not discussed? If their family did not give them this information then how did they find out?
Does your OC adjust their language or behaviour around children? Are there some topics they avoid discussing in front of them - like war or death - because they would prefer to shield them from such things until they are older?
What is something your OC has learned that they would rather never have known?
Tree - Knowledge.
Does your OC have much in the way of academic learning? If so then how useful has this been to them in their adult life? If not then are they ever jealous of those with more formal education?
Does your OC have a particular area of interest or expertise? Do they enjoy sharing this interest with others? Or is it something they prefer to keep private?
Does your OC learn from experience? Or do they seem doomed to repeat the same mistakes time and time again?
Do others see your OC as particularly intelligent? Or are they considered average, or even somewhat lacking, in intellect? How accurate is this assessment?
How well does their partner, sibling or other closest person in their life know them? Are there secrets they keep even from them?
Urn - Penitence.
What is the thing about which your OC feels most guilty?
Does your OC believe that a person can be redeemed even if they have committed heinous deeds? Or do they maintain that some crimes can never be forgiven?
Does your OC find it easy to admit when they have wronged another person? Do they find it easy to apologise?
Has your OC ever been punished for a crime or been compelled to do penance for a perceived sin? Did they feel this was just at the time? Has their view changed in retrospect?
When your OC has hurt or offended someone they care about, how do they tend to make it up to that person?

For Shio Question Day!
Which of the Scions does Shio dislikes the most, and why?
Inversely, which one does she dislike the least—or finds them the most tolerable, and to what extent?
Tumblr media
Which Scion does she dislike the most? It's a tie, between G'raha and Urianger, both for the same reason; they've proven themselves to be fundamentally untrustworthy people who cannot be relied upon to tell the truth, and therefore are unworthy to have as co-workers, battlefield allies, planners, or acquaintances, in an ideal world.
As for which one she dislikes the least, it would be Arenvald. Arenvald has never manipulated her, lied to her, shown a disdain or disregard for her safety, wellbeing, or personhood, and has consistently attempted to aid her. This shouldn't be a high standard, and yet, amongst the Scions, it is.

Where was your character during the Final Days in Eorzea? What where they doing and who were they with? How did they feel? Was there a point where they might have turned into a Blasphemy but didn't?
At Radz-at-Han during that cutscene
(spoilers)
When that kid turned into a blasphemy and got crushed by one. Soma froze, and for a moment, thought of her own kids, Elias, Malin, and Rayne, what if that's already happened where they are? What if they have turned into blasphemy's and she wasn't there to protect them? and for a moment, Soma was overtaken by the fear and just the anguish of the thought of saving all these people but not being able to save her kids, her family. That is her biggest fear.
The safest place for anyone to be is by the Warrior of Lights side, but her kids aren't here, and she can't tell if that's a good thing or not from time to time
Soma only snapped out of it when the Satrap died and told her to help his people, protect them. But after that, a small part of her is just, always thinking about it.

Would your OC ever be confident in making the first move? Or do they prefer to wait for the other person to do so? If they are in a relationship then who made the first move in that instance?
In his former noble life when he could only ever see intimacy or romance as a means of fulfilling his duty, Hemlocke would always be the first one to make the move/set out to woo if he thought his house could benefit from it.
Now that he's left that life and doesn't have those sort of restrictions, it would depend on the person, situation and if he believes the other felt similarly back in turn. As long as the feelings there (no matter if it be lust to deeper affections) are sincere, Hemlocke doesn't want to find himself in a place of pretending with others in that regard like he had to in the past.
--
As for the doctor - if the mutual feeling was there and the moment felt right, Arazul definitely would be confident in making the first move. No matter how quiet he seems, he's ruled by his emotions to easily getting whisked away in the moment. The only issue with that is he doesn't take the time to consider if the person would be really right for him or vice versa.
Thank you for the ask!! <3

For one of the more unknown npc's, that I admit a none wol might not have met, but I will take my chanses ^^ The npc ask for: Montichaigne Mongrignois
A chance well taken! Farron does know Montichaigne somewhat well.
When he wound up in Sharlayan to study botany in the strange, new world he found himself in, Farron would spend his days down in Labyrinthos with the gleaners or aiding the botanists. Afterward, he would end his days in the library well into the night.
On one of those nights, an elderly, kind elezen wandered up to him when he was nose deep in a book and they got to chatting. Of course, Farron didn't know who he was or his importance in Sharlayan. He was just excited someone had offered to help him learn!
So, like clockwork after his shifts in Labyrinthos, Farron would meet with Montichaigne in the library to be tutored. He learned a lot from the man and managed to brush up on his reading skills as well. He really treasures the time he got to spend with the nice, random old man that took him under his wing, and he hopes to get time to visit him again someday.
Thank you for the ask! I love Montichaigne so much as a character so this one made me giddy to answer. ♡

Corrain and Raubhan!
This one is hard to put into words, but I'll try!
Corrain doesn't know Raubahn as well as he does Aymeric or Kan-E Senna (WHM things and being a de Fortemps, you know) but of all of the city-state leaders, Raubahn is the one he views as something closest to the kind of familial role model he finds in Artoirel, Haurchefant, and Edmont. Of course- it's not *quite* like that. Raubahn is a Syndicate member of Ul'dah, after all, and later helps to lead Ala Mhigo to freedom, he's not precisely parental or familial in any way shape or form to Corrain.
And yet- of the three city-state leaders, it's Raubahn who's one of the first to treat him as someone breakable - someone with limits. He's the one to show up when Corrain is struggling out of the still-exploding wreckage of Castrum Meridianum with an unconscious Thancred and several burns and carry both of them to the Conjurers for treatment. And then he actually scolds Corrain for trying to push himself afterward - tells him to rest, and that he's done enough. And that leaves an impression on Corrain. Raubahn is the first of the city-state leaders to tell him that he's done enough to help.
And- well. Since he's the first (aside from the Scions) to say that and then actually follow it up with sternly telling him to "go back and rest, lad. The chirurgeons can only do so much for that burn on your arm at once, and I'll not have you up and about after you've done more than anyone can ask for already," well- Corrain kind of has a soft spot in his heart for Raubahn afterward. Even before the Bloody Banquet and the way he leads the charge in Ala Mhigo, Corrain remembers this, and when Raubahn tells him to rest, he'll actually listen (to some extent).
He has a great deal of respect for Raubahn as a leader and warrior, but also as just- a veteran of life that treats him like a younger colleague, and looks out for him along the way.
Maybe something more similar to a mentor, perhaps? I think that may be the best way to word it.
Thanks for the ask!!!

8. Is your character suspicious of new people?
Of course she is. And with good reason, considering the circles she's run in and the things she's seen and experienced. She's more likely put limited trust into a scoundrel than those who present themselves as good and pure. Too often, she has found, their professed purity hid far darker things, such as bigotry, hypocrisy, or unyielding philosophies to the detriment of others. (As an aside, she also is suspicious of any Inn she comes across that isn't run by the Adventurer's Guild heads. They have always been a front for something else.) She prefers her associates to have a bit of tarnish, a smudged soul, to anything highly polished. Thank you for the ask!

Every family adheres to some level of tradition when it comes to the holidays; eg, elf on a shelf, Startlight light looking, carolling, etc. Does your character participate in any of these? Is it because they enjoy it or more out of tradition/force?
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Rivienne and Laceloux were born under the cool shade of the Shroud's boughs, however, they are of Ishgardian lineage and do not forget such especially during this wonderful holiday, and make their appearance within the snowy, stone walls of the city to ring it in with several orphanages in the area, especially now that the Firmament has been completed.
Taking after their late mother's tradition, not because they were made to, but because it is what fills them and others with mirth.
It is not strange to see them often visiting with wonderful new treats made by the lady of the woods, warm attire she commissioned, and books from her library that seek new homes, lest not forget the siblings share of spoken tales of their vast adventures for curious younglings aspiring to explore the realms within this star.
For Kikyo, I went into a little explanation here about her own Starlight tradition, though it is fairly new to the young lady of the East, who has only come across the holiday recently in her years.

What’s their relationship with their parents like?
Allienea Shepard loved her dad. More than anything else in the world.
Oronea Shepard was the head priest of the small thavnairian island community of Cronera, who found baby Allie washed up on the beach one night after a terrible storm, taking her in as his own daughter.
While the Cronerans luddite, isolated lifestyle resulted in Oro being a bit conservative, he nonetheless encouraged his daughter to fulfill the great potential he saw in her.
Then, on the day of the calamity, as the empire sacked cronera to sate the ego of one spurned garlean general, Livia Sas Junus shot Oronea Shepard in the back of the head, execution style, right in front of Allie.
She still sees his face sometimes when she closes her eyes, smiling gently through the blood as the gun cocks behind him, his last words searing into her mind.
"Allie...don't be afraid."
Allienea Shepard loved her dad. More than anything else in the world.

14. Of the Scions, who are they most worried for?
Varies from expansion to expansion. Stormblood was mostly Lyse, given the loss of Papalymo, her abandoning her sisters identity, and the difficulties that she faced in Ala Mhigo and Doma. Alice made a point of supporting Lyse and making sure she KNEW she had her back.
Shadowbringers started with Ryne, who Alice pretty much INSTANTLY adopted as the newest member the moment they met. Much like with Lyse in Stormblood, she made a point of supporting the girl whenever possible. Later on, as Ryne found her footing, she was briefly mostly unconcerned about her teammates, besides the fact that Urianger was obviously running a cunning plan of some sort, and those never go the way the planners expect. And all through the expansion, there was a general concern for Tataru, stuck back at the Rising Sands unable to help.
Endwalker, while there were moments of concern for her fellow field Scions (In particular, she was ready to storm Sharlayen and kick Fourchenalts ass on the twins behalf before certain cultural issues were made clear to her), they were all in a well enough place she wasn't worried about them too much.

We all know Zenos has lost the ability to even have feelings, but what if he took interest in someone who found joy in everything they come accross? I'm simply weak for polar opposites. Btw, I hope Daisy has been enjoying her new home!
A/N: Thanks for the request! She is! ^-^ She's a spoiled little sweetheart.
~~~~~~~
If Zenos took interest in someone who found joy in everything, he would be curious
I don't think he lost the ability to have feelings, I personally think he suppressed them
Growing up how he did, he must have been lonely
and he would have been taught to harden his emotions
he is a member of the royal family after all
and god forbid he act like a kid
or he just ends up supressing his feelings himself
and maybe he didn't have anything truly to live for
his world being bland and colorless
until he meets them
the person who is so bright and joyous
at first he would have no idea why is he so enamoured with them
it almost drives him insane
but he must know more
perhaps they know
or are causing this
some sort of magicks no doubt
and he always makes it his duty to track them down and just observe them
highly out of the ordinary for him
but they don't seem to mind at all
as a matter of fact, they show him many lovely things
and over time, his world goes from colorless to color sloely fading in until it is full of marvellous color
no matter what he said that was negative or sad/depressive, they could always turn it around and see a brighter side
and it surprised him
how could they have so much joy in their heart when so much negativity exists in their own little world?
they were something else
a very special person indeed
his everything perhaps
and when the day came when they couldn't find the joy...
he tried
albeit he wasn't good at it, but he tried to find the little bit of joy that was hiding away from them
he didn't want them to frown any longer
they were his little light at the end of the tunnel, and he wasn't going to let their light snuff out
he would relight their flame any way he could
"My dear, let us look on the brighter side. You are not alone as you make sure to remind me. I will lend an ear should you wish to talk."
"What is it you always say, Y/n? Don't give up."
Mimble! For the friendship ask...how about the Fortemps? All of them...or whichever of them.
Tumblr media
Well Mimble's close friendship with Haurchefant is already very much part of his story, although Haurchefant's legitimacy as a full member of House Fortemps was certainly not fully accepted by the rest of society, or even the rest of his family.
Mimble was certainly conscious that he was imposing on the Count's goodwill, when he was offered shelter at Haurchefant's request and did his best not to cause offence or embarrassment to his host. He could also tell that the Count's legitimate sons did not entirely rejoice in his presence, but winning people over is one of Mimble's talents and he committed himself to the task of proving both himself both charming and useful.
In the current time, Mimble is still very close to both the former and current Count de Fortemps and is proud to include "Ward of House Fortemps" in his list of titles. When in Ishgard he will take constitutional strolls about The Pillars with Lord Edmont, setting the world to rights together. He also takes care to make good on his promise to support Count Artoirel as he would a brother, often helping to bring the young lord's thinking around to a lighter and more workable perspective.
He is also close to Lord Emmanellain, but where he encourages Artoirel to remember to enjoy himself and delights in making him laugh, with the younger Fortemps brother he does sometimes find himself in the unusual position of encouraging greater seriousness and a focus on responsibility. However, they are also known to have impromptu dancing contests at formal events, at least when nobody is looking, and Mimble certainly agrees with Emmanellain's views on the importance of recreation and entertainment.
For the music ask: do 8 shuffle/skips yeyeyeyeye
(Result: Here's a Health to the Company, by The Longest Johns)
A wide grin on her face, R'hia carries the mugs, carefully picking through the tables. The sound of singing rings from the wooden walls of the galley, the pounding of fists on the table marking the beat. Her steps sway in the peculiar gait of one long used to life at sea, matching the pitch and roll of the deck.
Reaching the table she was aiming for, she hands out the wooden mugs of ale with a grin, her own voice joining the chorus - off-key and harsh, but matching the tempo, drowned in a sea of sailor's voices - just the way she likes it.
texture: Does your OC favor any specific kinds of cloth or textures? Is there anything they can't wear or don't like? What sort of fabrics do they prefer?
Tumblr media
Loose fitting and light are what Craft prefers in his clothing. Things that won't keep him too warm, things that allow him freedom of movement.
There's nothing specific so long as the material hits those marks.
9. Do you have a specific lyric or quote which you associate with your OC?
11. What is your OC's weapon of choice? Have they ever actually used it?
17. What is the worst thing you have put your OC through story-wise?
You little lovable gremlin you 😘
9. Outside of XIV, there's not much I've heard that I can relate to Lyanna. Part of it stems from the fact that I'm trying to develop her more, rather than have her be "another WoL."
That being said, the more I think about it (and with how much I chose it during the MSQ), the line from the great Louisoix Leveillur continues to ring true: "For those we have lost. For those we can yet save."
It's a bit of a cop out, I know, but I like to think this had more meaning to Lyanna than she initially realized. She'd lost everything that gave her life meaning after the Calamity; that was a weight that carried with her for years, even during the events of the MSQ. It's only as she's striving to be this hero that she had never dreamed of being thay she realizes the truth in Louisoix's words: She does this for the family she lost... to save the family she has now.
11. Lyanna holds to the idea that the tools of war she uses are just that: Tools. She is the real weapon.
When it comes down to it. When she is stripped of armor, magic, and blade, and the only things that can save her are her own two fists... then that is more than enough.
Monks may use fist weapons, but that doesn't mean they are defenseless without them. And she's more than comfortable punching her way out of a fight.
17. So far, outside of the events of the MSQ, losing her family had been the most traumatic event to date. That said, I've been cooking up a scenario around the time of Stormblood where things finally come to a head... and they can be tied in a unique way to the Dark Knight's story.
Stay tuned... ~
