SUKUNA X READER ROOMMATE AU

decided to write this on a whim and i think it came out pretty great! part 2 is here

part 3 will be a prequel to 1 and 2!! I hope you guys like this one hehe

tags: energetic cutesie bubbly reader, fluff, college roommate au, reader and sukuna have a little study date, fem reader but could be read however you want hehe!!

“Hey princess! Get back here and finish your laundry. Also, don't put all your damn clothes on the kitchen table.” Sukuna shouts from the kitchen. You immediately tell Nobara you'd call her back later and go back to take care of the chores you forgot momentarily.

“I'm sorry ‘Kuna. I got distracted!” You rush to the kitchen and when you see your big grumpy roommate, you get on your tiptoes and give him a kiss on his tatted cheek. You quickly grap the remaining clothes you've folded and rush back to your room.

When you get back to the kitchen, you make Sukuna's favorite beverage as an apology. He loves black coffee with just one Splenda at the bottom, completely different from your favorite. Which is sweet matcha or a strawberry boba drink. You love sweet things, but Sukuna doesn't. You do, though, appreciate each other's differences.

You knew he would also need a few cups of coffee to study for the finals you both had to get through. Sukuna would tell you that you don't need to take care of him to get him through these stupid exams, but you wanted to. You have a massive amount of energy that gets you through these exams. You don't even need coffee to get through an all-nighter, Sukuna however does.

“Hey, ‘Kuna!” You head over to his room and knock on the door that's already a bit ajar. Sukuna grunts signaling for you to come in. You see him with a few textbooks on one side of his desk and a few pens and papers on the other.

“I made you something!” You set the coffee on the far end of his desk, being careful not to spill it.

“Let me know if you need anything else, ‘Kuna! Love you!” You begin walking to the door when Sukuna grabs your arm to stop you.

“You forgot something.”

You gasp, running through your mind again to catch anything you forgot to do during the day, but you couldn't. Oh no! Is he mad at you? You really couldn't handle it if Sukuna got mad at you.

“My kiss, dummy.”

Oh! So that's what he was talking about. You always give Sukuna a kiss on the cheek, when you greet him, during the day, and just basically whenever you feel like it. You giggle and quickly press a kiss against his tatted cheek.

When night time came, you weren't even that sleepy. You wanted to check on Sukuna. You didn't want to pull an all-nighter this time. Besides, you ace your exams best when you study for them right before.

You head to Sukuna's room to see if he was there, but your roommate was nowhere to be found. You thought he went out to get some snacks, so you waited for him in the living room.

He comes back not only a few minutes later, with some energy drinks for him and some hot chocolate powder and chips for you.

“Oooh, what do we have here!” You reach for the chips but Sukuna slaps your hand away.

“Don't touch.” You pout, but he quickly grabs a large bowl and dumps the chips in.

“Do you want me to help you while you study? We can do some practice questions together.” You offer while you grab a few doritos and shove them down.

“I don't need help.” Of course he would say that. That's your Sukuna, so deep set in his ways. (That he doesn't even feel the need to work through.)

“Pleaaaase!!” You beg with chips still in your mouth and it comes out muffled.

“Princess, I'd love it if you were to help me but you'd just get me distracted. You know how that ends.” Sukuna smirks at your pouty face.

“Noooo!!” You shove more doritos down your throat. “I will witerally be so sewious!!”

Sukuna chuckles at you. You're way too cute for him. Since you're so insistent, he decides that he'd be your study partner. What's the harm in it anyway?

“Fine. Try not to get chip crumbs on my papers.”

“Yay!!”

“I didn't take you for someone to be good at English instead of Maths.” You tell Sukuna.

“It just comes easier for me, princess. I love reading poetry.”

“Oooh that's so sweet! That makes you look more handsome to me than you already are.”

Sukuna chuckles at your bold flirting. “If you keep talking to me like that, I'm going to make you give me more than just a cheek kiss.”

Your stomach flutters at how sexy his voice sounds at times. You imagine him saying something like that to you in bed. But more dirtier and filled with desire. You hope you aren't blushing, but you definitely were. You didn't realize you were just blankly staring at Sukuna until you caught him smirking.

“Let's just get back to the material.” You let out a pathetic whine. Sukuna's laugh is rich and throaty. You hated it when he teased you because you couldn't resist it. You clench your thighs that are glued to your chair. This moment is even worse than when you first saw Sukuna shirtless.

Hours pass by, and you fall asleep on your study papers, lightly snoring. Sukuna tries to pick you up without waking you, carrying you back to your room.

You look so beautiful when you're asleep, Sukuna thinks. He could watch you just doing absolutely nothing for hours if you look so at peace.

Sukuna remembers when you two were in high school, you were a timid, shy thing. He wanted to take you away from that place and protect you. You were treated like trash. People would bully and torment you to no end, but he taught them a lesson. No one would touch what was his.

He's happy you are safe now.

He tucks you in bed and pulls a stray piece of hair behind your ear. He presses a kiss to your head and walks out the door.

He fell for you the moment your eyes met his on that afternoon school day. His cute little roommate.

It's Fluffy Friday!

ʕ⁠·⁠ᴥ⁠·⁠ʔ

You build a fort with snow, walls almost as tall as you, cold biting at your bare hands. Maybe you should've taken your winter gloves with you. It's too late now though as Hobie places his finishing touches on his side of the battlefield. The tip of his tongue poking out from his lips, brows furrowed in concentration. He's bundled up nicely compared to you, missing your gloves.

"Hurry up, Gromit!" Hobie pats the last bit of snow on his fort, hands already forming his first snowball.

"I'm trying!" Briskly trying to complete the fort, it looks wonky on the side. You huff in annoyance.

"Need help?" Hobie asks with a snicker, you glare at him across the snow covered field.

In retaliation, you hastily mold a snowball in your hand, hiding it behind the wall. It's not a perfect shape but it'll do. Aiming for his head, you throw it with a grunt. The snowball flies across, hitting Hobie square in the face.

"Ack!" Snow slides on his skin, wiping it clean off, revealing his mischievous smile, fiery eyes staring at you. "I'm going to destroy you!"

You screech, wide smile on your face as you duck away from Hobie bombarding you with snowballs.

It was a fight to the death, giggles and laughing sounding out in the cold winter air. Hobie gets numerous hits on you whilst you focus on precision, hitting him where it hurts. His fort tumbles down from your pelting, leaving him unprotected.

He gasps out in realization, you laugh triumphantly, arms at the ready to throw your arsenal.

"You cheeky–" Hobie gets cut off by your snowball smacking him on his temple. You laugh like an evil villain. "That's how it is, huh?!" He runs towards you at full speed, snow crunching under his footsteps. Hobie grabs a handful of snow on his way.

Your eyes grow wide, yelping as he grows closer, running for dear life. Unfortunately for you, your opponent has longer legs, he catches up to you in seconds. Feeling ice sliding on your back where Hobie pushed snow inside your thick jumper.

Yelling, you try to take out the ice from your clothes, jumping and wiggling about. Hobie guffaws on the sideline, clutching his stomach in laughter.

Finally getting rid of the snow in your clothes, you tackle Hobie while he's distracted. You two tumble in the snow, bringing your frozen hands to his cheek. He shrieks at the cold making you copy his earlier laugh.

"Why aren't you wearing gloves?!" He howls out, pushing you off.

You fall on the thick snow, giggling as he fists your jacket collar. Sticking your tongue out, you try to rile him up more. "I forgot it"

"Y'know you could get frostbite from that" He tries to scare you.

"Pssh, no, I won't" you roll your eyes.

"Yuh uh, then I have to cut your fingers off just to save your hands!" He takes your hand pretending to chop it off. That does it for you, gasping in fear of losing your fingers, how are you gonna draw without them?

"Noooo!" Sitting up, you rub your hands together in a futile attempt to warm them up.

"That's not gonna work, here" Hobie takes his gloves off, putting it over your frozen hands for you.

Heart warming at the scene, you let Hobie give you his gloves. "Thanks" he lets out a quiet 'sure', "softie" you continue, he flicks your wrist at your quip.

"You want hot chocolate? I have some at home" you ask, eyes twinkling.

"Sure, but no milk for me" Hobie stands up, extending his hand to help you up.

You take his hand without question, clouds puff out of your cold lips as you beam up at him. "Let's go then! I have tiny marshmallows for it"

Hobie follows you with a wobbly smile.

You wrapped your legs around his waist and hid your face in his neck.

"You're alive." You sobbed.

You had missed him so much. He was your rock.

He stayed with you through thick or thin.

He rubbed your back soothingly. "It's okay l'm here now aren't I?'

"You're not allowed to leave me again." You mumbled.

"You left me first tho?" Sukuna teasingly spoke.

You whacked the back of his head.

"Hey asshole, don't joke about that" He cursed out in pain.

"Still the same." He shook his head fondly.

"And you're the same old bast-" he hoisted you in the air.

"Noooo RYO im going to kill you," he tossed you in the air again.

"What were you trying to say huh?" He cockily questioned.

"Nooooo I meant you're my same old handsome boyfriend." You kissed his cheek. The tip of his ears was red.

"Are you blushing? Aww my baby kuna." You cooed at him.

"Woman if you don't stop right now-" he grumbled in embarrassment.

Someone coughed, bringing you both back to reality.

You alanced hack and there was a white hair dude with a blindfold on and that spiky emo boy.

"Oh god. You mumbled and hid your face in sukuna's neck in embarrassment.

"They saw all of it didn't they?" You questioned, still mortified.

His whole body shook when he laughed.

"If you don't stop laughing, I'm going to hit you."

You threatened him.

He just burst into a fit of laughter at your threat.

You started weakly punching his back. "You're such an idiot."

"Damn woman stop it hurts." He groaned. You heard another cough. You squeaked.

"Um hi?" The weird dude with white hair and a blindfold spoke.

"Miss? Do you know who this guy is?" He asked.

"Oi, who're you calling miss? Don't speak to her. Don’t look at her and don't even breathe in her direction." Sukuna growled.

The white hair dude that introduced himself as gojo raised his arms in surrender.

"Wait a minute where is Yuji?" You asked. In the midst of all the chaos, you forgot about Yuji. You felt terribly guilty. You forgot about him. You felt like crying.

Sukuna's cheek grew a mouth and spoke, "I'm here nee-chan! Ryo-nii just took over my body to talk to you." You gasped at the voice.

"How?" You looked at sukuna. "Magic." He whispered in a low voice.

You whacked him again. "Ow." Both Yuji and Sukuna yelled. "What the fuck." You mumbled.

THIS. IS. WONDERFUL ❤️❤️❤️ *creates bookmark with gusto* I LOVE that you dug into what it might have been like for Gwen while she was under that enchantment! It was so creative to have her past memories blurring with glimpses of the present during the enchantment. I *felt* her disorientation, and it *hurt*. I felt so bad for Gwen all over again! 😭😭😭 That aspect of this story could have been a fantastic standalone one-shot in its own right, but noooo, you raised the bar and KEPT GOING and made it even better!!! I love that you showed Gwen and Merlin staying friends after Gwen becomes queen, and I love how she confides in him and how he immediately drops everything to go look for the offending piece of jewelry. The bit about Arthur’s incredulity at Merlin’s method of testing the enchantment was a great dash of humor, and I love that you fleshed out the concept of the enchantment to be something the others could experience so that they could truly *know* that Gwen had been innocent. And don’t even get me started on how much I love Arthur’s “Forgive me.” I love how he doesn’t think twice about humbling himself in front of everyone because his focus is solely on Gwen, consumed by the urgency of doing the right, honorable, and loving thing in that moment. “Stomach Ache” (1/2)

Reader moaned out in annoyance as she tries to hold up her daughter. The four-year-old twisted and turned, squealing as she tried to get out of her mothers hold. The girl was tucked under her arm.

“Noooo!!! I don't want to go, I want to go see Mommy too!!” the four year old screamed. Her fists clenched and hitting the air. Swinging freely.

“But you get to go see Nonno and Grandpa isn't that fun? Daddy's going with you and you get to watch them train at the dojo. It will be fun I promise.”

“No I want Mommy!!” she thrashed harder.

Reader rolled her eyes as she tried to push her bag up her arm as she tried to contain the girl. She knew the girl was going to be mad about the fact she was going out to see Sam. She shouldn't have mentioned it. She honestly didn't mean to bring up going to see her Mommy at work but she accidentally let it spill.

Dang her for having those big brown eyes like her Daddy.

Why did she have to have a love for big brown puppy dog eyes.

The little girl was quickly working her nerves up. This little scene had been going on for over twenty minutes with the girl begging to go see her Mommy at work.

Reader just couldn't do it today. Her schedule was just too hectic to drag the poor girl around town all day. She had multiple errands to run all day long and she couldn’t, she had to little time in the day to worry about being the girl with her every where she went.

And the fact that she felt sick also wasn’t helping the situation.

When Miguel said he could take her to the dojo with him to work she was thrilled. She would get to go see Daniel and Johnny and she would have the whole day with Miguel as well. Reader thought that might lessen the blow of not going with her that day. Sam forgot her lunch so Reader was going to stop by really quick to drop it off. It was only going to be a quick-second stop kinda thing.

“Miguel please come get your daughter. She’s attached herself to me and won’t let go~” Reader sang out.

Miguel rounded the corner just in time and smiled. Walking over to her he tried his best to shimmy the girl off of Reader. Her hands slapping at everything that came near her.

After a good minute or two Miguel was able to get the girl off Reader and into his own arms. He set her down and a split second later she was off running again. She flopped onto the couch and screamed into the cushions.

“Should I ask about that or?”

“She’s upset that I’m not going to taking her to drop off Sam’s lunch at the office.”

“But she loves going to see Johnny and Daniel.”

“Well clearly today is a I want Mommy day…”

Reader groaned before covering her mouth. Her stomach was on the frieze all morning now and she hated it. The minute she got out of bed that morning she knew something was up. Her stomach felt all kinds of bad. Luckily she had yet to actually throw up anything, even the breakfast she had.

Miguel quirked a brow as he looked at his wife. He watched as she gagged a bit but slowly pulled her hand away from her mouth. She took a slowly breath out of her mouth and calmed down.

“You feeling alright? You look a little pale in the face there.” He kissed her cheek as he gave her a small side hug. She sighed into him and closed her eyes from a split second. Her brow knitted as she gathers herself.

“I’m fine, just woke up with a bad stomach ache, I’ll be ok. I’ll take something for it later if it’s not better when I get back later today.”

“Did I make Mama sick?” A small voice said from the couch. Their daughters little head picking out from the side of the couch. Her big eyes wide and a frown pasted on her little face. Reader laughed a little. She knew the girl was upset by the tone of her voice.

She clearly didn’t care about what just happened a few minutes ago and was now worried about her Mama not feeling good.

“No baby you didn’t make Mama sick, she hasn’t felt good since she got up. I will be fine, please just go have fun with your Daddy at work. That will make me feel better.” She smiles as the girl gets off the couch and runs over to her. She hugs her Mama’s leg before trying to kiss at her hip.

Reader can’t help the small giggle she lets out as she bends down and kisses her cheek. The girl does the same back and then laches onto her Daddy’s pants leg.

Reader is quick to say good bye before grabbing the forgotten lunch from the fridge and her car keys. She pulls out of the driveway and heads off toward Sam’s office.

It was about a twenty minute drive do to traffic but she finally makes it there in one piece. She parks and heads into the small office building. The building is a bit quiet and the lobby is almost bare of clients. Reader greets the normal receptionist at the front with a small smile. The older woman up front smiles and waves her back, pointing back at Sam’s office door.

Reader walks back and gives a small knock to the door before Sam’s voice calls out from the other side with a small “Come in!” that was muffled by the heavy door. Reader opens it and walks in.

She’s greated by Sam typing away at her computer. Her eyes glued to the screen as she looks something over. Her fingers bang on the keys as she types away. She looks up for a brief moment before stopping what she’s doing and completely turns around. She grins and gets up from her plush chair. She comes from around the office desk and gives her wife a small kiss on the lips.

They both have small smiles on their lips as they stare at each other for a good minute.

“You forgot this at the house and I thought I would stop by and bring it to you.” Reader shakes the small bag full of food containers. She sets it on the desk as Sam eyes it for a moment before looking back at her.

“Thanks babe, I didn’t even think to grab it. Thanks for being it to me, lunch would have been crap if you didn’t. I don’t think I could do take out again.”

It’s almost as of the word “take out” was a trigger because a moment later Reader was gagging. Maybe thing about food when she was feeling so sick wasn't such a good idea. A bit of vomit filled her mouth but she was lucky enough to not actually spew it out of her mouth. She quickly swallowed but covered her mouth. Tears prickled at her eyes. Sam’s eyes widened as she watches.

“Shit are you ok? I know you said you weren’t feeling good before I left- you didn’t have to come down here just to bring me lunch if you were so sick you would vomit.” Her voice is laced with worry as Reader shakes her head.

“I’m fine I promise. It’s just a little nausea that’s all, that was the first time I actually had anything come up so far. I just have a few things I have to do before I go back home.”

Her wife doesn’t look pleased at all with the answer.

“If your don’t feel any better by tonight then tomorrow we call the doctor and get you a appointment. We don’t want you getting a stomach bug or something.” Her eyes are filled with seriousness. Her lips pouted.

Reader pulls her hand away from her mouth and gives a half hearted smile. Her wife was a little to protective some times. Even over the smallest things like a small stomach ache.

“I love you~”

“I love you too but you're not going to get out of going to the doctor if you try and lie to me later when we get home and you still don't feel good.” Reader rolled her eyes before Sam gave her a small kiss to the cheek.

Reader waved at her before leaving her office and making her way out of the lobby. She left the building quickly and went back to the car.

She threw her bag into the passage side seat and shut her door after sliding into the driver's seat. She rested her head on the steering wheel for a few minutes with her eyes closed. Her stomach bubbled and twisted. She slowly lifted herself from her slumped position and laid back in her seat. One of her hands ran over her face as she let out a shaky breath. She hadn't felt this sick in years, at least not stomach-wise.

She relished in the silence of the inside of her car before a small chime and short vibration sounded out, echoing in the ones silent space. She looked over to her bag, dug into it and pulled out her phone.

A notification popped up from Miguel. She unlocked her phone and clicked on the new message. A smile tugged at her like as she read the short message saying that Miguel and their daughter made it to the dojo safely.

She tapped on the photo that popped up not even a moment later under the text.

It was a picture of their daughter doing a little pose that she was copying from Daniel who was beside her. She was giggling as Daniel showed her how to stand in the new position. Johnny was in the background behind them, arms crossed and looking pissed at Daniel. Clearly jealous because he wasn't getting the little girls attention.

The happy feeling only lasted for a few minutes before a new notification from another app popped up.

“Having issues? Possible forgotten check in? Please review your calendar to fix issue.”

Reader felt the color drain from her face as she stared shocked at the notification. Her eyes wide and mouth wide open.

“Shit-”

anyone want 2000 words of originshipping headcanons??? you're getting them anyways.

edit: this wasn't showing up in the tags for a while so i had to take out the links. they'll be in a reblog

getting together

they met briefly when steven was 15 and wallace was 18. wallace was Going Through It tm and taking it out on some rando. steven stepped in, beat wallaces fully evolved pokemon with his two first stages, completely humiliating him in front of a crowd

this spurred a whole mental breakdown character arc for wallace but steven forgot about it like 2 seconds later lmao

very "you took everything from me" "i have no idea who you are"

unfortunately for steven he was forced to remember bc wallace had already been gym leader for several months by the time he got around to the sootoplis city badge

steven only managed to eke out a win through mega evolution because wallace was maybe going a bit too hard for a gym battle, even an 8th badge one

still, wallace apologized for that and their other meeting and they became friends

loose friends. they only really started to talk when steven became champ.

steven was baffled. he'd never had a human friend his age before but he really enjoyed being around wallace. wallace absolutely did not understand rocks but he never made fun of steven for spending hours infodumping

around the same time steven became champ, several others his age became part of the league and suddenly steven had multiple human friends his age???

he really only ever met with winona when with wallace, but he got along famously with sidney and phoebe despite their differences

quickly he realized how he felt for wallace was different than for sidney or phoebe but brushed it aside as the difference between a friend and a best friend

around then wallace started dating winona. wallace did nothing but talk about her those first few months and steven eventually realized he was angry at those convos bc he was jealous. it took another few months for it to click that he was jealous because he liked wallace romantically

decided then and there he would never ever make a move because wallace was happy with winona and planning a future with her

even once they broke up, steven didnt want to try anything because wallace was incredibly upset over being dumped and didnt want to ruin the friendship. plus, the thought of just being a rebound made him sick

wallaces romantic feelings only developed after the breakup. steven was his steady rock (pun reluctantly intended) and they became closer than ever after it.

he only realized steven liked him from sidney, brawly, and phoebe who made a joke about them dating. wallace was like haha yea that could be interpreted as crush-like but stevens always been like that

and they stared at him until he realized what that meant and went oh shit

wallace had always found steven hot but it was in a water is wet sorta way. like yea. wallace had eyes. but he thought it over and came to the conclusion that he wouldnt mind dating steven. itd been enough time after winona that being in a relationship seemed nice.

wallace tried flirting with steven for over a year (and not subtly at all) before deciding fuck it and being direct by kissing him.

steven had brushed off all attempts bc there was noooo way wallace would ever like himmm. the kiss made him rethink that though.

through the flirting phase wallaces feelings of sure why not grew into much more genuine romantic feelings so the kiss came from genuine frustration over steven casually brushing off his feelings

it was a mess figuring everything out but they decided to try dating

everyones response was finally lmao

other

wallace loves using classy petnames (darling, sweetheart, beloved, my love, etc). he will also make up some truly stupid and long petnames when hes in a teasing mood. steven...isnt quite to the point of saying "fellow associate" but he isnt too fond of pet names.

mostly, his romantic words tend to be comparing wallace to gems and rocks. if it were anyone but steven wallace would be very >.> about it, but it is steven so he finds it romantic. somehow. he's not quite sure how either, but its steven.

they're each other's favorite battling partner. at times, their battles seem more like dances because they and their pokemon all know each other so well

they're always trying to find new tactics to surprise the other. at this point it's getting difficult but theres nothing better than the surprise on the others face when one whips out a new move or strategy designed specifically to counter the other. it's a sign of love and how theyre always on each others mind.

eventually, when they move in together its to sootopolis. the city is incredibly important to wallace, and while steven likes mossdeep he doesnt mind moving

he still keeps his house there but its mainly just storage for his rock collection

wallace is aghast at having a house that never has any occupants besides rocks and dirt but steven doesnt see a problem with it

he's not sure how wallace will react to learning about all the penthouse suites and villas in other regions his family own that are occupied only once every few years.

communication is their main struggle as a couple. it wasnt so bad as friends, but wallaces habit of thinking he knows best and stevens habit of ignoring any negative emotion tend to go poorly together.

generally a low pda couple. they can get very handsy in private, but steven is uncomfortable with most pda. wallace isnt a shithead (and also likes keeping his private life private), so he keeps things to simple gestures and petnames.

steven was super nervous about telling other people when they started dating. he knew most of wallaces family but only as wallaces friend and was terrified things would change or they'd be suspicious of him potentially breaking wallaces heart like winona had

nothing major changed. lisia started calling him uncle steven, and juan and beverly gave him a light shovel talk, but that was it.

tbh the worst announcement was to his dad. joseph congratulated them, then immediately asked when they were going to get married and give him grandkids.

steven just walked out of the room.

their main joking argument is acceptable date locations.

steven thinks caves are the perfect date spot. wallace does not and would prefer literally anywhere else.

(he still goes on the cave dates)

steven is the one to propose.

they started thinking about it separately at around the same time, but wallace knew that steven was going to be particular about anything involving stones and metal and left getting a ring (and therefore proposing) to him.

steven was indeed very particular. he didnt hand craft the rings himself, but he did mine the material and give it to his familys go to jeweler alongside a very specific design

their wedding is surprisingly low key. the ceremony is rather small and done in the traditional sootopolitan way

the reception is larger but still not too large or exuberant. a compromise between them.

steven wouldve just gone to a courthouse and done it that way but he knew a party meant a lot to wallace. wallace meanwhile knows steven isnt a fan of huge crowds and parties so he did his best to tone it down and make it more personal.

wallace did basically all the planning. it was his dream wedding. steven said yes dear to any request and assumed it would be flawless (it was)

more of a night in kind of couple. steven isnt a partier and wallace tries not to be anymore so most of their dates tend to be very low key.

steven is a serial blanket thief. wallace usually doesnt mind until its winter

both of their teams get along very well. cradily and armaldo in particular get along well with wallaces water types

steven, stemming from years of pining, is more likely to get jealous if he sees someone flirting with wallace but doesn't dwell on it for long.

wallace meanwhile knows steven doesnt like flirting and that sort of attention so theres little jealousy on his side.

it takes a long while for them to have sex.

stevens ace so its just....not something he feels or gets. plus there were other emotions related to being trans and having sex, plus plus he'd just never done it before and was nervous from that. he knew wallace wanted it, but it took a long while for him to even be comfortable being naked in wallaces presence

wallace isnt ace, and has a decent sex drive, so he was a bit frustrated and took a lot of showers lol. he didnt push steven and more than understood his hesitancy, but oh boy did he want it.

they eventually do the do. it's not something they do a lot (steven is rarely in the right kind of mood for it) but they do it often enough to satisfy wallaces cravings.

they rarely argue. wallace tends to instigate more of the smaller squabbles since he's naturally more confrontational, but they tend to be mundane things solved in minutes

most of their serious arguments revolve around the future. the most commonly reoccurring one is about kids. wallace is very close to his family and 100% wants kids, biological or adopted. steven 100% does not. it takes a long time for them to come to any agreement.

steven is the dad who caves at the barest hint of puppy dog eyes. if wallace isnt there he *will* be persuaded to have dessert for dinner every night.

wallace, having helped raise lisia, is immune.

conversely, steven is the dad who is stricter during punishments. wallace can be persuaded to knock off a day from a grounding but not steven.

both absolutely spoil their kids rotten. all the toys and electronics and clothing they could ever want. possibly a bit too indulgent, tbh

steven is dad/daddy, wallace is baba

the kids have wallace's last name. steven has a strained relationship with basically the entirety of his family so it was a no brainer to put wallace's surname on the birth certificates.

in raising them, steven is something of a stay at home dad. he works with researching mega stones and mega evolution and a lot of it can be done from home. wallace is champion alongside his guardian duties so hes out more often.

wallace very much makes sure to spend a lot of time with his kids though. his dad being gone a lot for work was something he resented as a kid so he tries not to spend all his time working.

steven took emmy going to school the hardest. wallace had practice with lisia, but steven had barely spent more than a few hours away from emmy until school

names were the absolute biggest argument between them. steven wanted a rock name. wallace refused to name a kid malachite.

emmys name (esmeralda) was a compromise from juan. emerald, a gem, but in paldean as an actual name. it satisfied both so they went with it.

steven gave her the nickname of emmy. he based it off of emerald. wallace just sighed and went with it because it was cute.

mica and lapis were all steven. they originally had other names picked for the twins but wallace got stuck doing champion duties while steven was in the hospital. mildly delirious, highly emotional, and incredibly angry, steven went with completely new names just to spite wallace.

wallace cant even be mad. and as far as rock names go, they arent too bad. at least it wasnt malachite.

cradily and armaldo are the most overprotective of steven and wallaces pokemon. when it comes to children, they see their trainer's kids as their own and it hits something ancient in them making them a little more aggressive than usual

milotic is second. they are her little creatures. she will dragon tail anyone who looks at them wrong.

The gang continued to rummage through the old boxes of stuff, talking endlessly about the outfits they'd wear and the strange holiday that humans celebrated. Gus was more than happy to know people dressed up as them, that humans celebrated witches and demons. They had their own day in the human world!

Hunter seemed to forget all about the earlier situation, ecstatic about the changes he could make to everyone's wardrobe. Only a few needed to be done of course.

He'd already finished his and Gus' the night before. Luz only needed help on the hem of her skirt and Amity with her cape and sleeves.

He had never really been used to physical contact so luckily Luz got Amity's measurements and vice versa.

That just left Willow.

Her outfit that she had presented to him left a few places for him to work on. But it just seemed so... plain. His mind was already at work for all the adjustments he could do and such as he rummaged through the tub of fabrics and materials.

He remembered Camila saying that he could easily become a fashion designer or open up his own boutique shop. Something like that. He had to give it to himself, he did do one heck of a job. A pretty amazing job.

"Ok. I'm all done. Where do you want me to stand?"

"Oh yeah!-" Hunter stopped rummaging, frozen in place as she presented herself.

She looked. Nice.

Not that she didn't always look nice- of course she did! She was always so pretty... Black. Not exactly her color, she could probably rock any color too be honest, but something about it made her peridot eyes pop even more with her dark hair.

Sure. Her school uniform was indeed a dark grey tunic and pretty much black but-

Ah. He was mind rambling again and Willow probably thought he was acting weird.

"Uhm. What all do you need adjustments with?" He asked, grateful he was able to get a full sentence out without stuttering or sounding like a girl.

"Oh well, you're the expert, so I was kind of hoping you'd fix it up however you wanted- well saw fit?"

Hunter glanced over the attire. He subconsciously put a finger to his chin, designer mode activated, and walked around the girl for inspection.

It was simple.

Add a longer hem, different color, maybe a darker black or green. Add a colored waistband so its not so dark.

But for that he'd need measurements.

"Hehelooksfinetomeyouregoodtogo!" He blurted out.

Willow frowned slightly, disbelief raised in her eyebrow she lifted.

"You really think so? I kind of don't feel like it's... me?"

Definitely not. You need more green. You're a witch but you're not dark and evil at all, you're life...

"Whaaaat? Noooo you're perfect!- I MEAN IT'S PERFECT Hehe" Titan he could feel his face burning now.

Willow looked confused for a second before a small smile graced her face. "If it has to do with measurements and stuff, i can do it?"

Wow. She was so smart and observant. She already figured him out. He groaned inwardly.

"It's not that i don't want to touch you- not that I do!" Unless it meant holding her hand or something... he thought momentarily. "I just. I'm not used to uhm. Well it's just-"

The plant witch then placed a hand on his shoulder ever so lightly, a knowing yet amused smile played at her lips. "It's ok Hunter, you don't have to touch me." Her face flushed slightly at that, "I just need your help walking it around me or well I'll show you. Where's your measuring tape at?"

"It's riiiiiight here" Hunter smiled gratefully as he picked it up out of his pile of sewing materials.

Willow then placed the end of it against the front of her waist and held it with one hand, holding out the other end to him. "Now i just need you to walk it around me and hand it back."

Hunter nodded. He grabbed the end of it and began his circle, ever so conscious of the wetness of her hair and the strange sweet scent that radiated off of her. He wondered what kind of shampoo she had used.

He knew Camila had bought quite a lot to go with their different hair types and dyed hairs. He wondered which one Willow used. This smelt different than the honey one-

"..unter? You can stop wrapping it" Willow giggled. "What you thinking about in there?" She asked, head cocked to the side as she poked his forehead playfully.

"Shampoo."

"Of course." He smirked as he sat down and got out the things he thought would do perfectly.

"Great! Imma go take this thing off and let you work your magic." She winked and ran up the stairs.

Another example of the ORAS designs for the team admins being so much goddamn better!! GBA Shelly was just An Aqua Grunt With Longer Hair to me, but now? Now?! She's actually a distinct individual! She has Personality! And it Shows! Amazing glow-up! ...that's the proper context for that phrase, right? I, uh, have a history of not exactly being on the pulse of what the common lingo of my peers has been, and also have a tendency to make up my own weird phrases that make no sense to anyone else... XD

Anyway, in my ongoing attempts to fix my way of drawing black people (or characters who can at least be reasonably assumed to be black going by skin tone alone, I know this was still pre-Ryme so we didn't have what I consider to be the culmination of Pokemon's attempts at making black characters look like actual black people beyond just "skin is dark, okay done") so they have more distinctly black features, I tried to make her lips a little bigger, but considering she wears lipstick I couldn't do the tone difference thing quite like I did with Rosemary a couple pics ago. That and gloves again, can't attempt the palm thing yet still. ...yeah I know I didn't do any of this for Rice Pilaf, I legit forgot since I'd colored that well in advance before I started making this effort. I'm fixing that in the future for him tho, don't worry ;3

Also, more talking about this art specifically, check out that background! Or rather, what you can see beyond the subjects, at least. Love how the water came out!! I am so damn proud of it, looks like a proper raging ocean! And fun fact, you'll be seeing that again. Yeah, I figured it was more fitting to draw the Magma and Aqua peeps with a background befitting their themes rather than where you fight them (Aqua peeps in a volcanic background? noooo!), so I'm using the backgrounds from this and the Tabitha pic thrice because I Like Them >:3c

Chapter 2: The tuna

Smg4 surprisedly woke up earlier than usual, he gets up, dressed and get breakfast (bread with butter) and directly went to the “tuna”, on his way he saw a poster about the Supreme Leader that had been tagged by (probably) some teenagers.

He didn’t pay more attention than that and directly went to the area where the “tuna” was.

The old sushi restaurant who was here before was totally destroyed, actually, the whole quarter was destroyed, some people said it’s the gouvernement who burned all the street because someone was disobedient to them, but the band know it was wrong, it’s Bob who burned it when he burned the sushi restaurant.

Smg4 get in the restaurant and went to the cave, when he push the door he found some of his friends talking together.

🩵-Hi Smg4! You came pretty early today.

💙-Hi Tari! Yeah.. I don’t know why I woke up SO early

The fact that Saiko was talking to 4 with a sarcastic tone means she totally forgot about the discussion of yesterday.

💜-Oh come on Saiko, you know 4 usually wakes up at like, what, 1pm?

💙-Haha keep laughing guys, anyways, where is Boopkins and Bob? They’re usually the first to be here.

🩷-Bwaa, they’re probably fleeing from the police or something likes that.

🩵-Boopkins explained to me the mafia was kinda tense those times, he thinks a conflict between the gouvernement and the mafia that takes care of zone “B” will explode soon.

💜-Am I the only one who doesn’t understand what they mean by “zone”?

🩷-They never revealed it to any of us, and I understand them! I mean.. just imagine what the mafia will do to them if they learn that two of their employees have a friend who work for the police, so I don’t want to imagine what they will do if one day they revealed to us about those “zones”.

💙-Uhf.. I wish I could work with the mafia too.. I’d finally have some adventure in my monotone life.

🩵-I don’t think it’s a good idea to join the mafia NOW, Boopkins also told me that the gouvernement were arresting more people then before they suspect to be in the mafia, even if they don’t have any good proofs.

💜-It seems like they are scared of a rebellion..

🩷-Noooo do you think there’s some people who want to change power? I mean.. good for us! But..

💜-I’m only making supposions, but it’s kinda possible.

The silent grow, Smg4 decided to broke it.

The guys were silent again and if Boopkins and Bob didn’t arrive at this moment they would probably didn’t talk until the supreme leader resign.

Smg4 and Smg3 went to “Decorpseration”

(decoration + corpse).

It was the only store who still selling decorations in the whole Sima Ring, so everything was kinda expensive.

Smg4 did I quick look around him and saw people looking at him in a strange way.

Smg4 quickly nods and they went to his apartment.

Smg3 opened a drawer and was surprised to see that Smg4’s alimentation was only made of bread when he said he only had bread.

💙-Yeah…

💜-You’re such an idiot.. I’m gonna command something.

💙-OH NO YOU DONT. YOU KNOW LIKE ME HOW COMMANDING FOOD BECAME EXPENSIVE.

💜-I don’t care and didn’t ask. So, what you want? I’m kinda into some hot dogs, what about you?

💙-Take the same order as you.

Smg3 called the restaurant and the manager seems kinda surprised someone command food but whatever.

10 minutes after they receive their food and ate it.

During the I.G.B.P arc when Smg4 throw the USB, it fusions with the goo and made a creature half-human, half-technology and it took over the world in only 3 years, 7 years later it’s still in control and is called the “Supreme Leader”
