When there have been this many movies with Godzilla and Kong, you’ve gotta find ways to keep things fresh. So how do you do that? Turn Kong into an old uncle and have the monsters suplex each other!

Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire has a few scenes that use extreme strobe effects. These include one where people are taking an aircraft through a portal (which is done when music starts playing), and one person having a vision of rapidly-flashing images after dozing off in a class. There is severe lightning during a rainy scene. Some glowing effects of characters and sci-fi objects create frequent and unpredictable strobe effects.
This film has a lot of action at extreme heights and speeds. Some of the action takes place in an environment where the dynamics of up and down suddenly reverse, and there are frequent shots where the camera rolls sideways in a very disorienting way.
Flashing Lights: 10/10. Motion Sickness: 9/10.
TRIGGER WARNING: There is extensive animal gore in this film, but none of the blood shown is red.

Godzilla x Kong: The New Empire (dir. Adam Wingard).
[It has] enough mindless, bombastic fun until it's not. Wingard wisely sidesteps the boring military or government actions with a more contained story with only minimal references to the greater interconnected Monarch universe that loosely ties everything together.
TL;DR – While this is more of a Kong film, I love that they leaned into the camp, but some hollow aspects held it back.
