* La parte più debole di me è la più forte.
Ho paura soltanto di quella fortezza costruita con l’esperienza che protegge l’anima mia, conscia che basti un alito d’indifferenza perché crolli tutto, lasciandomi nuda.

Inspiration and research
To help me figure out a sequence that works well, I have decided to revisit some research material on dance performances that I explored earlier in the project. Such as The First Touch by Fee-Gloria Groenemeyer, and Maya Deren: A Study In Choreography for Camera (1945). I have also looked at new material located on Films.Dance’s page.
PÁSSARO DISTANTE by Gabriela Mo
SAME SKY by Andy Hines
Same Sky, a dance piece of two dancers, explores the world in front of us, the differences amongst ourselves, and a likeness we see in others.
As I feel stuck on how to edit pieces together this week, I hope by analysing how film artists have portrayed and edited the material of the dancers together, I can form a narrative and flow of Julie that best speaks to her and her performances.
