La soledad es buena pero necesitas a alguien que te diga que la soledad es buena. Honoré de Balzac No es lo mismo estar solo que sentirse solo. Estar solo se elige. Sentirse solo es percibirse como vacío, apático, vulnerable, aislado o seducido por una tristeza que hace mucho ruido. Un ruido que nos apabulla.

La soledad puede ser la maestra que nos ayuda a conocernos pero no hay que dejar que se acomode en el sofá de casa y se vaya apoderando de todo lo nuestro. Nos ha de servir para alimentarnos, para reconfortarnos, para hallarnos en ese tiempo y en esas cosas que solo deseamos compartir con nosotros mismos, ese estado privado para nuestra alma y nuestro corazón. Esa intimidad que solo a nosotros nos pertenece y es una forma de demostrarnos el amor que nos tenemos. La otra, la oscura, la negativa, la que nos aparta de todo y nos entristece desde lo más hondo de nuestro ser... Esa... no es buena compañía porque ella es la que nos elige. Hay que darle con la puerta en las narices y no escucharla ni atenderla, al menos no por demasiado tiempo ya que tiene la habilidad de aposentarse sin que nos demos cuenta.
