Evil Bridgertons AUs have the potential of the siblings either being fiercely loyal to each other or they are all plotting each other’s murder at the dinner table. The tip of Anthony getting struck by the mallet of death, or Benedict’s precious pains have toxic acid mixed into them, or Colin’s favourite wine is poisonous, or Eloise’s pens’ tip are poisonous, or Francisca barely missing Gregory and Hyacinth dropping a piano on her.
Plotting murder is the family pastime that's why you can't kill the evil au Bridgertons with poison. They've developed a strong inmunity. It takes a shotgun or a pistol to do the job. All other methods of underhanded betrayal have already been tried by the Bridgerton on each other.
That's why if you want to do away with a Bridgerton the trick is to aim to cripple not kill. Those masters of chaos are always prepared to be murdered. Keeping them alive is what poses the problem once in a while
They play murder games with each other like a regular family bonding activity. And the only rule is to neither include their spouses or children in murder plots. Since all fortunes of any dead Bridgerton revert to the crown if the widow or children are killed. And the Bridgerton title / accumulated wealth must always stay in the family
Other than that anything goes. And all 8 of them always survive
I'm sure it's because nobody was really aiming for a kill anyway. Bridgertons love each other. A little maiming is fun among psychotic siblings right?

I know they’re probably going to shorten the timeline in Bridgerton and not get to the latter books (Francisca, Hyacinth, and Gregory), but god do I want them to do 1820s fashion. Like the 1820s-1830s is when fashion goes full bonkers, because you have to get to the early Victorian look with the wide skirts from Regency somehow.
Like the 1820s starts like this:
Tumblr media
More structure than the 1810s, but still a fairly high waist. A bit more extra than what we previously seen.
And this is closer to the end of the 1820s:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
We got large hats. We got ruffles. We got piping. We got some large ass sleeves. We got bunches of curls near your face. And it will only become more over the top in the 1830s.
And no one ever puts period stories in this wild fashion era and I want it.

for the 3 songs ask, could I get 3, 14, 20, an 26? If its too many then just take your pick :)))
Of course 🤗Love to geek out about music so will answer all of them 😈
3. three songs you were recently obsessed with
Waterloo because I recently watched Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again and adored this dance sequence.
We Could Form an Attachment from the Bridgerton soundtrack because I recently rewatched Bridgerton.
Doctor Doctor by Oh! Pep because the line "I kind of try but I don't succeed" hits me real hard.
14. three songs you want at your wedding
oh God do I know any songs that people like to hear at weddings
Home as covered by the Vitamin String Quartet, high-key because this played in the background of Cam and Mitchell's wedding in Modern Family and now it is the song I associate with true love.
Sir Duke by Stevie Wonder because there is no reason it's just fun and dance-able.
Don't Stop Me Now by Queen also because it's fun and dance-able.
20. three songs that remind you of the person who sends this one
Patricia by Florence and the Machine because low-key I discovered it on your Ophelia playlist and gasped at how perfect it was for Patricia Rakepick.
Ophelia by The Lumineers for obvious reasons.
To the Architect from the (500) Days of Summer score (also for kind of obvious reasons lol).
26. three favourite non-English songs
Volver a los diecisiete (to return to 17/to be 17 again) by Violeta Parra, which I heard in a movie about Violeta Parra while I was in Chile.
Caótica Belleza by Esteman and Natalia Lafourcade. I don't have a story or anything behind it, I just adore both of these singers a lot.
Qué Sería by Francisca Valenzuela. It was free on iTunes at some point when I was in high school and was the first time I had heard, like, music that I would listen to because it sounded good that happened to be sung in Spanish (if that makes any sense).

Bridgerton
Finally ended this series and all i have to say is the best is yet to come. I’ve read Benedict, Colin, Eloise, Francisca, Hyacinth’s book many years ago and loved them.
Now after watching the series i need to go read Daphne, Anthony, and Gregory’s book.
It’s a worthy read.
