Part 2 to power headcanons!
“Although not as common by the game’s events, there exists many magic disciplines one can learn. However this takes immense drive to learn and master, and high risk if misused. The upside is that unlike variants who are stuck with what power they’re given, magic users can decide which form of magic they want to learn and improve in. There's many different subjects from herbalism and healers, to elemental and transfiguration, to oddities like fecromancy!“

One of my fav patients died earlier which like, I know can only be expected when you work in palliative care, but also its really rubbish. Been in a really crappy angry mood since so I came home early and watched some greys anatomy to help me feel better whilst I did some diploma work. Then I had to stop because I didn’t want to think about bloody diarrhoea after eating a meal lol

If you regularly experience acid reflux or the more advanced version of it, GERD (gastroesophageal reflux disease), it is important you know common food culprits and figure out your triggers (see image 3) and start replacing them with healing foods (image 5). One of the best natural remedies for acid reflux is organic apple cider vinegar, which is excellent for gut health in general (image 6). Take care of your gut. It’s the root of your health!

What is Colonoscopy?
A colonoscopy is a crucial diagnostic technique used to look into the rectum and colon’s inner lining. It makes use of a colonoscope, a lengthy, flexible tube with a tiny camera at the tip. Real-time views of the colon’s interior are provided by this camera, enabling medical practitioners to spot and evaluate anomalies like polyps, tumors, inflammation, or other gastrointestinal problems.
How is Colonoscopy Done?
The method of a colonoscopy is well-trained and exact, and it is typically carried out by a gastroenterologist, a doctor who specializes in the digestive system. The team of highly qualified and experienced gastroenterologists available at Vedam Gastro Hospital considered as one of the Best Stomach Hospitals in Surat excels at carrying out this surgery. To ensure comfort throughout the examination, patients are typically given sedatives. The rectum is used to gently insert the colonoscope, which is then slowly progressed through the colon. The colonoscope’s camera tip delivers high-definition images to a monitor, enabling the physician to carefully examine the whole colon. If any polyps or abnormal tissues are found, they can be swiftly removed or biopsied while the surgery is being performed.
Is Colonoscopy Safe?
Colonoscopies are known to be safe, especially when done by a qualified medical expert. Although they are uncommon, complications could include mild bleeding, infection, or damage to the colon’s wall. Before the procedure, it is essential to discuss any worries or inquiries with your doctor. 3.Colon cleansing: To fully cleanse your colon, a specific laxative solution will be administered to you. To ensure a clear vision during the procedure, it’s imperative to strictly follow the offered directions.

Happy 38th anniversary to my parents! ❤️ To celebrate, tonight we had dinner at Ever, the new Michelin-starred restaurant by Chef Curtis Duffy and Michael Muser.
It was our first time dining indoors during the pandemic since June 2021 (remember that glorious two-week window after getting fully vaccinated and before the arrival of delta?). Since Ever opened in summer 2020, it was designed with pandemic safety in mind, including an immaculate HVAC system. Super important!
We’d been anticipating this for a long time: A few years ago I celebrated my birthday at Grace, Duffy and Muser’s previous Michelin-starred restaurant and passion project, and loved it.
Rather than sharing a photo of each [delicious] course (there were 10!), the one food photo I’ll share is of one of the desserts. Ahead of time I’d let them know my food allergies, one of which is kiwi. Well, turns out this dessert would’ve had kiwi, so they prepared mine with star fruit instead! (This might’ve been my first time eating star fruit too.) So thoughtful.
And something that amused us: In the restrooms, rather than the dining area’s music, they played an audiobook of Matthew McConaughey’s autobiography. 😂 Since we went at different times throughout the night, we basically each got a different part of his life story; my dad got McConaughey’s arrest. 🌿

Don’t tell anyone but I actually hate reading trials. But I LOVE when you’ve finally finished a presentation and you’ve got a cute colour scheme and you actually look like you know what’s going on. (Spoiler- I don’t!)
