REMEMBER, VIDEO GAME FANS!
You don't have to of played a game to be fan.
Perhaps you don't have the money for that $60 steam game, or you dont have a VR headset to play that one game you really wanna play. Maybe playing horror games aren't your thing, but it's easier for you to watch someone else play it.
As long as you're a fan, as long as you love the game or series, you are still a fan. NOBODY can tell you you're not.
Wikipedia defines a fan as the following: A fan or fanatic, sometimes also termed an aficionado or enthusiast, is a person who exhibits strong interest or admiration for something or somebody.
As long as you enjoy something, and it makes you happy, you are a fan.
I do a LOT of Cuphead art, but did you know it took me 5 months to finally be able to get the money to play the game and it's DLC? Yet everyone still loved my art, and I know literally the stupidest of fun facts about it.
I've ALSO never played FNAFs 3 or 4, but if you sat me down in front of the games for the first time and told me to uncover their secrets, I wouldn't even struggle; I'd know exactly where to look to find those stupid secrets, or those 8-bit minigames.
Enjoy games however you want, because people who call you a "fake fan" are just a bunch of idiots who want to make you feel bad for not spending $60 on that one game you can't afford, when Youtube can provide you with plenty of gameplay videos with no commentary that you can watch.

Mcyt with an s/o who's a voice acter for video game characters? They mostly do voice characters in horror games n stuff(like until dawn, where the characters are also modeled after the voice after if I remember correctly)
