Note: I really wanted to post this, but I decided to make it into parts because there are a lot of characters to go through. Consider this part 1!

Recently, I’ve been listening to Twisted Wonderland English voice headcanons, and I agree with some but not others but that’s the point of headcanons. They’re always someone’s thoughts, and sometimes they fit perfectly! So, I wanted to give my headcanons for the Twisted Wonderland cast.

Part 1: Heartslabyul

Ace Trappola — Max Mittleman

Most known for:

Saitama in One Punch Man

Ryuji Sakamoto in Persona 5

Arataki Itto in Genshin Impact

I chose Max because I agreed with a few other headcanons! Max, during his performances as Itto and Ryuji, has a very playful and mischievous tone of voice and as Saitama, he can perfect a voice that’s nonchalant, a bit bored, and blunt which summarizes Ace as a whole. When thinking of Saitama, I remembered his scream when he punched Vaccine Man with one punch and got mad and when he told Genos to get to the point, and that could fit with Ace as he signed a contract with Azul and had a sea anemone growing out of his head and got crushed by a cauldron.

Deuce Spade — Johnny Yong Bosch

Most known for:

Vash the Stampede in TRIGUN (original from 1998) and TRIGUN: Stampede (2023 reboot)

Lelouch Lamperouge in Code Geass

Ichigo Kurosaki in Bleach

Personally, as a girl who loves both TRIGUN shows, I loved the way Johnny performed; as Vash in both versions, he maintained a kind and gentle voice while also being silly and giving out the best surprised shouts or nervous chuckles at the right moments. This would make Deuce very memorable as Deuce has a bit of Vash’s personality towards his friends but still maintains a little of his delinquency from his past and acts more of a tough guy when certain challenges arise such as when his opportunity to play in Spelldrive came, but after playing Ichigo, I doubt that would be an issue to give a rough voice.

Trey Clover — Alejandro Saab

Most known for:

Cyno in Genshin Impact

Izumi Miyamura in Horiyama

Yuri in Fire Emblem: Three Houses

This was another one I agreed with as Alejandro is the king of voice range! Trey is the calmest yet one of the firmest vice housewardens, and sometimes can go out of character a bit when it comes to brushing teeth. Alejandro fits this as I heard him play the most serious yet punniest Genshin Impact character, Cyno, who breaks character to break the tension in the room through jokes, but he is also capable of being a gentle soul who comforts like Miyamura or someone as calculating and diligent as Jing Yuan in Honkai Star Rail.

Cater Diamond — Kaiji Tang

Most known for:

Osamu Dazai in Bungo Stray Dogs

Satoru Gojo in Jujutsu Kaisen

Gengo in Naruto Shippuden

I won’t lie; finding Cater’s voice actor was difficult until I stumbled upon Kaiji who voices Osamu and Gojo, two playful and supernaturally powerful men with quips and mischief. When Osamu said thanks to Chuuya after telling him to go into enemy fire to die, I knew this fit Cater too well as Osamu, like Cater, is depressed but keeps a smile on his face with a fun, joking tone with any situation, and like Gojo, Cater is a bit flirty (not womanizer flirty). Although he might have a little more of a feminine sounding voice because it is canon in the Japanese version that he is bisexual, I'm sure it would still be fitting to have Kaiji as his actor.

Riddle Rosehearts — Billy Kametz

Most known for:

Naofumi Iwatani in The Rising of the Shield Hero

Ferdinand von Aegir in Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes

Josuke Higashikata in JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Diamond is Unbreakable

Not only was Billy Kametz talented with line delivery, but he brings out the personality of his character that playing Riddle would have been magnificent. It is unfortunate that he passed on, but I still appreciate his work. What really made me choose him for Riddle was his performance as Anai in the Sanrio anime Aggretsuko because Anai was one to get easily sensitive over everything, feeling as if he was being personally attacked because he didn't like how one of his coworkers phrased their words to him. Because Billy played such a stickler, his voice would have suited Riddle in better ways than imagined with other voice actors, especially when he gets upset or angry or even overblots.

You weren't just a simple peasant from monstad. You where from a different world too . Like aether , a dear friend of yours . Even if you didn't had a vision you had some power . Like traveling trough the world and sometimes you had visions of the future .

After aether decided to explore and try to find his sister you decided to say at monstad in case she would come here too .

Of course , monstad is a synonym of the anemon archon . Barbatos. And even though you never met him , you did read some of the book talking about him and what he did . What an interesting archon .

Like aether at your arrival you caught the eyes of the bard clothed in green . Curious he did became friend with you before doing it with aether .

Soon that friendship grew . Even tho you didn't knew where it could lead you .

And there you are . At the tavern of Master dilluc, drinking with aether and Venti .

Venti: ooh aether , how can you not have Fallen for YN yet ?~ he is soooo sweet ~ I could eat him up right there ~

And the drunk bard started kissing your neck , and before going even further you where already red and aether grabbed you pulling you away from venti .

Aether: enough venti , you are drunk

Venti: gosh you're so jealous! Is it because he read ton of books about me ?~ gosh aether you're so jealous ~

Ofc he was not . The bard was only trying to annoy him . And he succeeded. Because not long after the blushing mess you where was in the arms of the archon .

Venti: let's leave jealous aether alone ~ and let's have some good time okay dear ?~

You nodded still in shock from that sudden behavior. And not even a minute later you where in your apartment with the drunk bard kissing your neck and undressing you . Once you where in boxer he smiled happy to see you that red and kissed your torso .

Personality: Naomi is a calm, yet shy girl who strives to do the right thing. While she tries to appear social and confident she doesn't know how to express herself. She tries to help anyone in need help no matter what the situation calls for, which causes her to be in constant fatigue. Though she isn’t known for expressing herself she is a huge horror fan, and only some of her friends and teammates know that. She is a bit dull, but her teammates don’t really mind that, and try to help her open up.

Eyrn Russo / Cure Copper

Age: 16

Nationality: Italian American

Birthday: June 10th

Height: 5'4 / 162 cm

Personality: Eryn is a very energetic person, with an eye for perfection. A very narrow-minded person, Eryn refuses to look at the bigger picture and only will when it’s a convenience for her. She is somewhat judgemental even though she doesn’t mean it most of the time. She’s extremely sociable trying to befriend anyone she can, and most of her friends would say that she’s a polite and easy-going person.

Alex Wright / Cure Étincelle

Age: 16

Nationality: Caucasian

Birthday: August 17th

Height: 5'9 /175 cm

Personality: Alex is a straight- forward and sociable guy. Out of everyone on the team he’s the most arrogant on the team. He has almost blown his cover multiple times just to get more attention, but thankfully one of his teammates is there to shut him up. He is also the most impulsive by causing the team to lose a handful of battles. He’s very friendly to everyone he meets just like Eryn, but tries to get closer to people than her.

pear blossom -> a series of words uttered under shooting stars, promising a lifetime worth of companionship. oh how the syllables seemed trapped on the tongue, knowing that not all dreams could come true.

aconite -> intolerable. aggravating. any word along those lines could be used to describe the other. it wasn’t until one realizes that the blood on their hands belongs not to themself, but the person who suddenly stopped their quarreling fights, that not all words had been used.

blue salvia -> a shaky breath, the first one since the flowers had been nurtured to full bloom. and yet one could have no regrets, even as the thorns continued to prick and the petals began to wilt.

forget me not -> soulmates, bound by fate and created by the universe itself. perhaps a mistake, a flaw in the system, could be found amongst the blood stained hands.

daffodil -> a single one, graced by fingertips that shake with the sobs racking their body. it’s quickly followed by the scene of one hacking into their hands, despising the image of their lover with another.

red carnation -> clocks ticking, running out of time. they can practically hear death knocking at their door, beginning to pray for just a moment longer.

red tulips -> the aches that come from wishful thinking, and the longing for something more than what had been given. perhaps just a few words would be enough to change the course of what fate has brought upon them.

purple hyacinth -> the world in which used to be viewed through a kaleidoscope dimmed, faded in the vision one utilized to see. what brought upon it? the wheezing breaths leaving through cracked lips, or the undeniable fact that the reciprocated feelings from their lover was no more?

anemone -> it was as if a cruel joke were being played, perhaps even a punishment for confessions far too late. what could one do to mend the blood splattered petals when the solution had far passed the barrier between life and death?

pink camellia -> the definition of pining and cluelessness frustrating beyond belief, along with weeks flowing into months of decaying corpses blind to the other’s own suffering.

genshin as wof dragons designs I drew by @wings-of-impact ! plus all my brain thoughts about it under the cut

Let's start with Childe! Its the most resent design released by mod Anenome which I Did alter a tiny bit for my brain thoughts. I based the colors off of their drawing but obv it wasn't perfect. I tried to make the tail get lighter in color but I'm not sure if you can really see it all that well lmao. But!! headcannon time!! for Childe as a hybrid I think he's got cold scales like ice wings but like only barely, but it fucks up with his fire, so instead of being able to make flames the closest he can get is like smoke. So mostly it's an intimidation thing, but even if the smoke is Pretty Hot it doesn't do nearly as much damage as fire. Also! about his gauntlet; it was supposed to be black but I forgot to paint part of it and I had already cleaned my desk and put all my stuff away so I just used a silver colored pencil. It is shiny tho!

Next up! Albedo! He was actually the one i drew last, and it was kind of hard to figure out what little bobble from his og clothes to add. (like how childe has the shoulder cauldron and earring) His main visual characteristics (not lore) to me are his hair, his big boots, and his big Ole coat. None of which dragons really Wear. In the end I gave him his little drawing clipboard and the throat diamond. Also, I think we was probably made with animus magic, and studies it. What happened to his tail? I have no idea, but it probably has something to do with never wanting to hide his imperfections. For the bracelet from Klee, I couldn't decide whether it would be a peice of scrap metal she shaped for him, or a some fireproof fabric, but in the end I never had to decide because you can't see it LMAO. pick your favorite ;)

Now Ganyu! Her little blurb is going to be a bit short, mostly bc she was pretty straight forward to draw and I don't know her well enough to have any headcannons haha. Because I didn't color my sketch of her I couldn't do any horn details to make it look more like Ganyu. I had a similar problem to albedos design, because her notable design thing is just her horns. The bell and the rope on her vision were easy to add as accessories but I'm not sure if they really scream Ganyu.

Zhongli is next! I wanted to give him a nightwing scale pattern but a mudwing body shape to look majestic while giving him little glowing bits thst glow amber. I gave him the shiny scale by the eye to imitate his eyeshadow, and I think he has the power of mind reading but is like, sick of it. So the black part of his earing is the rock that blocks nightwing powers (I can't remember if it has an official name lol) I'm unsure about Anenome's world building for their designs but my thoughts on Archons are either that they are animus for each kingdom and they get their powers how Qibli did from enchanted artifacts (the nosis, the spell would be "whoever holds this gets animus powers" or something) or archons are just leaders, where its no longer a queen only world (or zhongli and venti are just queens, i think they can do it) If the archons are just leaders than animus dragons could be in Khaenri'ah, where they're are killed or cursed by the other dragons for their hubris. OR Celestia is the animus dragons. and how do the Pantala dragons fit in? I have no idea. I'm rambling. this au lives in my head rent free.

Okay last but not least Klee! I added her hat first because she needs it. then I wanted to do her backpack but I hit my first dilemma: dragons don't really wear things on their backs. It inhibits their ability to fly properly. But Klee's comically large backpack is a huge part of her charm for me, so I wanted to add it. I decided on big ole saddle bag type things on her haunches. Okay so, elephant in the room, if you've seen the wings-of-impact post about Kler then you know, she has fire scales! So how can she wear clothes? Well I actually just forgot, but I've decided that Tevat! Pyrrhia is actually cooler and sexier and has fireproof stuff for our resident arsonist. For headcannons, I think she has an unhealthy obsession with those cactus bombs and has to constantly be reminded that she Cannot touch them. She's been trying to make her own bombs with limited success, on account of melting the ingredients and not being allowed near gunpowder.
