OVERVIEW
I need to increase my movement and health - Although I want to lose weight, my goal is to become healthy at any weight. I want to be strong and able to endure whatever life throws at me.
GOALS
Completed 1 month of Daily Tasks
End the month by completing a whole ‘week’ of tasks in one mega workout before moving to harder variations.
SPECIFICATIONS
I will stick to the plan, even if I feel like the workout is too easy. All too often I will start something and then end up giving up as it’s too hard. By sticking to the most basic version, I will increase my chance to complete Project Persistence. 
MILESTONES
Monday
WALL PUSH UPS - 3 sets of 50
Tuesday
KNEE TUCKS - 3 sets of 40
Wednesday
WALL PULL UPS - 3 sets of 50
Thursday
JACKKNIFE SQUATS - 3 sets of  40
Friday
SHORT BRIDGES - 3 sets of 50
Saturday
TWIST HOLDS - Hold for 20 seconds on BOTH sides
Sunday
I’d like to use Sundays as rest days, but I’m also aware that I can turn a rest day into a rest week. On Sunday I’d like to try some easy YouTube yoga, or a stretching routine.
