OC Asks Masterpost

After a million years I’ve decided to answer Twisted Wonderland asks about my oc’s!

Sorry for the delay, but I wasn’t on the mood or inpired in the slightlest in the last couple years. I’m not active in the fandom nowadays but there are some asks worh answering for my oc archive (that I will set up someday haha) and for those still want to know! Ofc I still love my bbys from NRC!

General

Not oneshots but a sum up of how my oc’s canonly meet Yuu/MC in the story

Ermine: Meets Yuu in Heartslabyul chapter. When Ace and Deuce chase Grim around the school, the group find Ermine being harassed by Savanaclaw students. Before they can have some sort of answer, Ermine flees saying he has no time, looking visibly distressed.

Nahal: At the Savanaclaw chapter. Nahal is around complaining about Leona’s general behaviour, until Yuu and the others find him talking with Jack. He later joins to help stop Leona’s plan.

Rossain and DeShawn: At the Savanaclaw chapter. When Cater helps them to look for Magishift players in other’s dorms, Rossain and DeShawn are introduced as Octavinelle players, as well as first years and the rivalry relationship they have. They try to harass them and Rossain tries to flirt with Yuu. At their negative, they get mad and Grim scratches DeShawn’s face.

Gilmo: At the Octavinelle chapter. Gilmo is seen to be around the Mostro Loungue when Ace and Deuce are forced to work. He introduces himself politely to Yuu as Octavinelle’s advisor.

Malik: At the Scarabia chapter. He speaks to Yuu the first time they stay at the dorm calling them “Man cub” then he mysteriously warns them about Jamil,

Virginie: At the Pomefiore chapter, as part of the VDC group. He is introducing having a rivalry with Epel during the whole week and being mad at RSA students.

Kero: At the Pomefiore chapter. Kero accompanies Ortho to the VDC audition and as a confrontation with Ace. Deuce introduces him due to them being clubmates.

Cornelius: At the Ignihyde chapter. Yuu mistakes him for Malleus at first, but then they realize they are not the same person. He mysteriously introduces himself as “the dethroned king” but then says it’s a joke. He gives them insight about what his family knows about Styx.

Dr. Tusk: At the Hearstlabyul chapter, introduced after Riddle is taken to the infirmary and explains the overblot effects.

Dion: At the Scary Monsters event, when he gets lost and Yuu finds him at the school surrondings.

Theodore: At the Pomefiore chapter, as he attends the VDC to support his school. He is seen with Chenya when Yuu meets him.

Ermine: He is actually thankful for Yuu for helping out in dealing with Riddle’s terror reign, but reminds them every time he has no time to hang around. He isn’t probably fond of Grim, as the monster makes him slip his “herald” persona, all calm and collected, easely, leting everyone to see his more frustated and short-tempered personality.

Nahal:  Constantly reminds Yuu of studying properly and how important is the academic aspects of the school. He would be the same with Grim, but a bit more severe. They would clash a lot and Grim would find him too uptight and annoying.

Rossain and DeShawn: They tried to harrass Yuu and make use of them for the Octavinelle dorm first, with Rossain flirting with Yuu and DeShawn threatening Grim for being a cat. They would probably still try to tease them around for hanging out with Ace and Deuce.

Gilmo: He thinks of Yuu and Grim as other of his dear grandchilder. He politely invites them to Mostro Lounge everytime they meet and “to be good” to Azul.

Malik: Calls Yuu “man cub” and generally treats them with indifference, though it’s clear he is interested in them one way or another. Ignores Grim as much as he can because he finds him too lowly for his attention.

Virginie: Treats Yuu as he treats everyone else, in a condescending way because he has that kind of personality. But he warms up to them after the Pomefiore chapter. He still thinks lowly of Grim and considers him a vulgar creature.

Kero: They didn’t have the best start, with Kero thinking they are talking at Idia and Ortho’s back, but Kero opens to Yuu pretty quickly and considers them a friend, talking to them whenever they can and inviting them to stuff around the school. He has a dislike to Grim tho, and still threatens him with “eating” him.

Cornelius: He likes Yuu and Grim alike. He might be percived as “odd” by them due all this talking about death while Cornelius consider them friends already. He is too unawaredly cryptic so it’s an interesting dynamic.

Ermine: Rabbit’s hole - Can open two portals that teleport the user when they cross them. Cannot control it properly yet.

Nahal: Morning report - Can convert his memories into physical documentation, like magical holograms. These are exact and accurate to the reality. He can only use it once a day.

Rossain and DeShawn - Not developed yet.

Gilmo: Your last chance - Lends certain amount of “magic energy” to someone else, granting them the ability to spend more energy or “fuel” than they naturally possess. The amount of energy landed will get back to Gilmo when the time (three days) is overdue, making the former person weak or extremely tired from the withdrawal. The catch is the payment bears interests, the more this magic energy is lend, the more he gets back. 

Malik: Tiger’s eye - Paralyzes the target when locking eyes.

Virginie: Mine me the gold! - He can charm, persuade, influence or make people (multiple at once) more reasonable to his liking, while the targets retain their concience and awareness. The effects wear off after a time.

Kero: Hell’s guardian - Can extract the “anima” of a person for a few minutes, giving them an extracorporeal experience. After the time is overdue, the person comes back to normal, completely unharmed.

Cornelius: Not revealed yet.

Dr. Tusker: Pink Elephants - Makes the target dizzy and disoriented, giving them hallucinations of their own imagination.

Cane Twins & Gilmo

This is a part of the Pomefiore chapter where they seem talking about being choosen in the audition for the money and fame instead of Ace and Deuce, as always, rivaling them. Since this does not happen and they lose to them, Rossain suggest this while the actual VDC group is rehearsing, as vengeance. This does not come into fruition because Vil finds out Rossain’s idea and punishes him with his Unique Magic, as a member of the Film club. It's worth to say DeShawn was not convinced of this plan and it’s played mostly in a lowkey comedic way.

Rossain is the one who cries, DeShawn is the one that gets scared, I have no doubt about this. I hope this help you out lmao

Translation: If DeShawn is Aro/Ace, does that mean he is not gonna fall in love ever? I mean, if he doesn’t feel any romantic or sexual feelings, he is not gonna fall in love. I want to see DeShawn shipped with someone.

DeShawn es Aro/Ace y eso significa que no está particularmente interesado en ninguna relación romántica o física. No significa que no pueda pasar, pero sería algo excepcional y eso tampoco cambiaría su orientación.

Translation: DeShawn is Aro/Ace and that means he is not particulary interested in any romantic or physical relationship. That doesn’t mean that it can’t happen, but it would be an exception and that wouldn’t change his orientation either.

Yes, he has cute moments! He is just a complicated teenager with a lot of repressed energy and behavour problems, but he holds very strong bonds, specially with Ross and Gil of course and he makes friends in the school. DeShawn is actually very excitable when facing a challenge, and he has the most fun when he is playing sports. He becomes a little kid with adventurous things and likes when Gil praises him for a good work, craving recognition form authority figures.

Rossain is actually protective of DeShawn (as the same way around) because he is fairly misunderstood by others. DeShawn is the only one Rossain is honest with about his inferiority complex.

He would probably snarl at him, and that would mean problems because Chenya would prank him to no end, and would make DeShawn very angry. The only cat-like person he respects is Leona because he gained that respect in the Magift club, just like Jack respects Leona after the Savanaclaw chapter.

Deuce and DeShawn’s relationship is not good at the start of the story, mirroring Ace and Rossain rivaly relationship too.

They are the “same character concept” so it’s natural they class. Both duos are first years in different classes, they are clueless students about the status quo of the school and slowly learn how to navigate it.

With Deuce and DeShawn specifically, they are rough kids with strong personalities and very sport competitive. They can be seen on the verge of fighting when provocked, in contrast with Ace and Rossain fighting with witty words mostly.

Both duos learn to see eye to eye with time, and they kind of become friends as the year develops. Deuce and DeShawn understand each other better than Ace and Rossain, who keep their complicated relationship longer.

Back at the Savanaclaw chapter, Ace and Deuce (with Yuu and Grim) meet the Cane Twins and there’s already some sort of ackowledgement between them because of join classes, but they never speak much. This time, they clash because the twins try to harass Yuu and Grim and assert some sort of position as “superior” to them.

Deuce instantly tries to protect them and DeShawn is very confrontational to him, because they both tend to resolve things throwing hands first. Nothing bad happens though, because Grim ends scratching DeShawns face. It represents this scene in the movie.

Ross and Gil are actually impressed that the Magishift club handles DeShawn so well, specially Ruggie for that matter. It helps that DeShawn is in a context where the sport lights his mood and makes him spend his high hyperactive energy, and Ruggie catched this the very first time DeShawn entered the club.

DeShawn respects Leona and Ruggie as senior classmates and Ross and Gil feel secretly relieved that DeShawn is actually in good hands and is making friends in something he really enjoys.

Malik

Malik is not very interested in other dorms (or other people, to be honest. He is a guy that likes solitude), but here’s some key moments of Malik regarding Octavinelle members! (+ Octatrio 2.0)

Malik didn’t trust Azul and the Tweels when they came to the Scarabia dorm in the same chapter. He saw them as intruders trying to benefit from the chaos the dorm was in that time.

Can and will easely push Azul into intimidation using his physical appareance (meaning brute force) if Azul ever tries to use him for his plans because he is not fond of Azul or the respect he has to Jamil, considering them the same type of two-faced people, which he hates.

Will feel completely overwhelmed with Floyd’s personality and his swing moods, because Malik hates chaotic tendencies.

Has a neutral almost friendly relationship with Jade thanks to being the only two people at the Mountain Lover Club. They seem to not interfere with the other’s desire much and there’s some kind of respect there.

He is in the same year as Gilmo, but Malik still calls him senpai, due to Gilmo retaking the third year currently. Malik doesn’t have much opinion on Gilmo more than judging him from having too many “kids” around him.

Won’t pay attention to the Cane twins, because they are not that worth of his attention, honestly.

In general, he is not a model senior for the first years, as he is very desinterested for other people and won’t really make them rely on him for anything, or even pay attention to them.

He sees Ace as pretty annoying. He doesn’t like that superiority and smart talk he tries to bring always.

He is more tolerable with Deuce, as Deuce easely shows respect for seniors like Malik, making him have better opinion of him.

Nahal is kind of funny to observe, as how mad he is always with Leona. Due to his good relationship with Leona, Malik pays a little more attention to him, just to kind of laugh about it.

Jack is another first year he can tolerate, but his unflexible attitude also irritates Malik.

The Cane twins are a couple of first years he would not even think about, too much of a problem.

Might think Epel is interesting when his true personality comes to shine, but really won’t think much of him.

Sebek is the best and the worst. Malik likes to see his loyal side to what he believies is superior but then be really overwhelmed for his abrassive attention.

Cornelius

Cornelius is a very taciturn individual and spends his time alone. He is calm, quiet and has this aura of mysticism around him, but funnily enough, he sees himself as an approachable person with a good sense of humor and very family oriented, even if others don’t see him this way.

He is rather romantic, loves the concept of gothic aesthetic; he is captivated by the ephimery of life and the beauty in death, which makes him be seen as a very morbid person. He just has a different conception about these subjects than regular people thanks to his upbringing.

Also very knowledge-hungry, considers “science” his hobby and loves to experiment and old magic artifacts.

Maybe not wear them, but it would be funny that he’d hold corsets in such high regard and be such a nice piece of fashion that everyone knows he’d talk how beautiful they are and, if welcomed, he’d offer them to try the ones he owns. Which may happen and it just another quirky detail about him.

I know this ask wasn’t that serious, but I’m taking the opportunity to say that I don’t really ship Cornelius with anyone else in particular! Not yet, at least.

Malleus and Cornelius are very distant relatives but they remain having an uncanny similarity. Their families were united many many centuries in the past, but Cornelius family lost the royal title and branched out, progressively getting closer living to other species aside the fae. Malleus is more than aware of this, but never treated him differently. They have a very cordial relationship, with similar likings, and Cornelius ackowledges Malleus status and calls him accordingly.

With Lilia is very different. It’s rather one-sided with Lilia not being comfortable with Cornelius presence, but Cornelius is also aware of this and tries to distant himself from them as much as they can. This is due thanks to bad blood that happened in the past, but neither of them talk much about it. Cornelius respects his but does not take responsability for his family mistakes. Lilia does not raised Cornelius and doesn’t want much to do with Cornelius family branch.

Both Cornelius relationships with Sebek and Silver are based on the normal premise of “juniors and senior”. Cornelius tries to take care of them in the absence of Malleus and Lilia, and is kind of responsable with them if they are not around (Like in the Scare Monster Endless Night event). Neither Sebek nor Silver knows much about him aside him being distantly related to Malleus, but they respect him (aside them wondering of why Lilia does not like him)

He is more similar to Lilia in this. His family is much more in contact with modern technology as nowadays they live more in that context, even if they are seen as “obsolete” and “prefering traditional ways” by other people. He knows certain technology and is used to it, at least in a similar way as Lilia, but maybe that’s why he is much more interested in old artifacts his family still hold dear, as family heirlooms. His favorite type are cauldrons.

Dr. Tusker, Dion & Theo

I think Tusker takes his job very seriously and children are his vocation and top priority, no doubt. He would feel bad for those he cannot help more from his field and try to further them in the direction they can be properly helped, always looking for alternatives to make their lives better.

He would also follow the protocol for people having panic attacks, which he thinks is the first thing to do to avoid potential overblots in the school context. He promotes a lot of healthy habits because of this and that’s the reason he is such a flexible person regarding students and their well being.

Tusker and Crowley are in friendly terms. They both have a similar personality regarding taking things lightly and not as serious as it should, so they usually see eye to eye in most cases. Tusker confronted Crowley’s decisions when he accepted to go with Styx in the Ignihyde chapter though, as from Tusker’s side the organization hurted students and they should’ve been taken accountable for that.

With Crewel, the situation is complicated. They are neutral to friendly most of the time, but they have history together. They are former students from NRC and also classmates. Crewel may state they weren’t that close back then and Tusker will say they were best friends, but they had a good relationship back then nonetheless. They act professional as coworkers, but always let slip a level of implicit trust between them that probes that they are in fact, good old friends (or maybe more)

Trein was, in fact, Tusker’s professor when he was a student, so Tusker tends to hold a respect for him that he doesn’t have to others. Trein is also still able to make Tusker “behave more maturely” if he’s too losely in his job, probing that the old dynamic is not so buried.

He has much more of a neutral relationship with Vargas and Sam, but they work together just fine, as Tusker is actually a friendly person.

Dion is comfortable around the NRC staff as he practically knows them since he was a baby. Crewel and Crowley are the adults aside Tusker he trusts most, though he is opening slowly to Trein as well and starts to refer him as “grandpa”.

It is purposedly left to interpretation, in the meaning that is not actually anything specific about what happened. I think the story of a single parent with a child could resonate with a lot of people (like with me) in a a lot of different ways and I like that it can be in a certain way true to anybody that stumbles across his story. Tusker would just say “All that matter is Dion now”

I like to picture Tusker is actually representing Dumbo’s mother. He’s caring, and protective in the right way, and sometimes he cannot be with him as much as he would like, but he is still for him.

Not headcanons exactly this time but here it goes.

Ace and Deuce are first years, but they are familiar with the rivality NRC holds with RSA. They would ask him what he is doing there in an inquisitive way (Ace more than Deuce) but not be very confrontational, which surprises Theo.

Nahal would be lowkey jealous of Theo for assisting RSA, his prefered school and first choice. Unfortunately, thanks to Leona this was not possible, so he is now in the rival school. Nahal would ask any sort of things to Theo about RSA, and be visbly still bothered by his broken dream.

Jack wouldn’t really be into what others usually do, so he probably would help Theo in what he is looking for. Theo would thank him and get a better impression of the students there thanks to him.

The Cane twins? they would totally try to harrass Theo out of the school, or at least intimidate him as other NRC students would do, no surprised here. Theo is smarter than them though, and actually much more diplomatic so even if they are a bit scary at first, he would hold his lane.

Epel would be kind of conflicted, because he has been taught by Vil that the RSA students are their biggest competitors in the VDC, but Theo seems like a nice guy. So talk to him wouldn’t be that bad.

Sebek would be very judgmental, maybe more for Theo being human than a student from RSA, but Theo would find it pretty funny as he wouldn’t expect that at all.

Yuusa & Sa-kun

No, Sa-kun is most of the time his friendly and “normal” self most of the time, only hinting his dark side in very specific moments in which he gives this “odd” or “creepy” vibe that makes other wonder if there’s more to him that meets the eye. This means he never crossed any line with anybody.

Yuusa not having a mouth is mostly an aesthetic decision and also a visual play to break the 4th wall, making obvious they are actually in a cartoonish story where no logic actually plays, since others ackowledge this weird feature about them (among others) and still try to play it as normal, causing most of the time for them to break this 4th wall. Yuusa is a caricature of Mc’s and the alternative universe they are mc for is mostly a caricature of these type of stories!

Now, the unserious reply: Yuusa simply does those things and nobody questions how or why lmao

TL;DR: Don’t take Yuusa seriously, they are a joke.

Miscellaneus

For someone to start creating fanmade sprites for twst, there are out there a ton of tutorials about this since it became popular! I am not really the indicated one for this, but my tips like always are study the official art and try to replicate it step by step! Start with small parts and simple shapes, then pay attention to color and gradients. Shadows and lights are tricky so don’t worry, take your time and also experiment! That being said...

Thank you SO MUCH for ALL these messages!!!! The ones about you loving my oc’s, the ones about giving them hugs, kisses, calling them cute, saying they are your favorite, making lil headcanons about them, loving the ships and the art! Thank you so so so much for your support all these years, it means the whole world to me! I want you to know you are seen and appreciated and you are the reason I created so much for this universe and I will probably keep creating in the future as well. You are the reason artists create and share and build a community. So from the bottom of my heart, please know that I will always love to read you here!!

because I’d be a background character who lived in Stars Hollow and if that ain’t my dream tho. Like, living in a small, beautiful town with a family and being able to go to libaries and hang out in a diner with a grumpy man who demands no phones so you have to read your books and stuff

and going to those town meetings where people just yell at that one guy

or going to school and just quietly making fun of Kirk with other stupid kids and doing stupid kid stuff

Gilmore smiled sadly. “You know, it’s funny. No one ever asks me that.”

“No shit,” Kima said. “That’s why I did. And you gotta answer. None of that vague hand-wavy shit you always do when the focus is on your needs.” 

Gilmore laughed out loud. She was always so direct. “I love you.” 

“Same. Now answer the question, before I kick your thicc purple ass. No more trying to change the subject.” 

Gilmore took a deep breath and released it before answering. “I want…everything. I don’t necessarily want to keep it, but I want to hold it in my hands and see what it’s worth at least once. I want to be worshipped and adored, but not in a way that brings oppression or subjugation. I want to be adored in a way that makes people delight to see me, that lifts their hearts and inspires them to do what makes them happy. I want to be loved for who I am, not for my unique talents or this glorious facade. I want to be truly seen, by someone who wants to see me for me. Who can look at me with all of my flaws and imperfections and not flinch away.” 

“Well give a whole lecture why don’t you.” But when Gilmore glanced up at Kima, he could see she was teasing. “Hey, I gotta give you credit. You didn’t outright say, ‘I want all the gold and gems in the world’.”

“Darling, I’m a dragon, not a monster. Just because I’m driven by my very nature to hoard precious things doesn’t mean I want to hoard everything.”

Kima grinned. “Just the stuff that’s worth the most.”

Gilmore shrugged humbly. “It’s subjective. What might appear to be trash to someone else could certainly be treasure to me.” 

“You mean like a certain half elf?” 

Gilmore swatted at her, playfully. “Stop. You’re so mean.” 

“Hey. I’d gladly take back my title of dumpster fire for the guy if he’d ONE time treat you like a person with feelings, and not his own personal therapy rock.” 

Gilmore shrugged, pretending it didn’t bother him. “He’s troubled, and he trusts me. I can’t be mad at that.” 

Kima leaned forward, almost threateningly. “Yes. You. Can.” She put her hands on her hips. “That little fucker never comes around here but he wants something from you. And what do you get in return? Nothing. Nada. Zip. Not so much as a thank you.” 

She clapped her hands on each of the words she said next: “Your emotional labor has value.” Kima gestured with her hands as she continued: “It’s not okay for him to demand it of you time and time again, much less for free!” 

Gilmore tilted his head. “Well, isn’t that what friends are for?” 

Kima got right up in his face. “Fuck no! Are you kidding me, goldie? Friends share each other’s burdens. They don’t just take take take with no thought for what the other person is going through.” She stood back and pointed at him. “Admit it. Generous as you are, even you have to admit that you deserve better.” 

Gilmore let out a laugh that was half sigh. “Well of course I do.” 

She clapped her hands again. “Then why do you keep letting him use you like this?”  

Gilmore shrugged. “Perhaps it’s my generous nature. Or maybe…” His expression grew pensive. “Perhaps I’m afraid I wouldn’t see him at all anymore, if I ever stopped.” 

“That.” Kima pointed at him and then hopped up on the couch to sit next to him. “That is the truest thing you’ve said today.” 

When Gilmore opened his mouth to protest, she stopped him. “Don’t say anymore. Just think about it.” 

Gilmore cradled his cup of tea, feeling somehow worse than he had in some time. “Hey.” Kima nudged him. “I love you, queen. You know I just want to see you get the appreciation you deserve.” 

She was right, of course. That was the worst part. If he was honest with himself, Gilmore wasn’t sure Vax’ildan had ever truly seen him. Or that he had any desire to. 

“You are…” Gilmore searched for the words. He did love her. Deeply. “...a good friend.” 

“You’re damn right I am,” Kima shot back. “Now help me think of what to get Allie for our anniversary. You know I’m no good with the whole mushy gift thing.”

“Ooo.” Gilmore smiled, brightening immediately. “Can it involve shopping?” 

Kima grimaced. “Oh, fuck me.” 

His smile widened. “You asked.”

twinsies

vex works full-time as a tech in an extremely short-staffed clinic, taking classes in the majority her off-time towards her full doctorate (she likes the sound of doctor vex’ahlia)

on good (light) days, she gets to observe surgery.

vax’ildan, through a great amount of luck (and a little string-pulling on vex’s part) managed to snag a “part-time” (it’s from 9-3, which is considerably light with respect to his usual fare) secretary position at the clinic. 

through significant will-power and his ability to convey specific points of exasperation to his sister through his file notes, vax doesn’t get fired immediately for backsassing irresponsible public animal owners

though there are a few close calls, to be honest

the rest of the staff was fully behind him, though, so at least there’s that

that said, he does occasionally get reprimanded for not holding his tongue when people picking up their animals ask The Dumbest Shit

vex hates cleaning endotubes 

vax will make excuses to bring files back into the clinic during kitten season. he insists there’s no correlation, but vex always catches him playing with the recovering, tipsy kittens.

bitching about terrible pet owners is a sibling bonding experience

vax marks all the intake sheets of the Problem Owners with a tiny doodled asshole so vex knows what to expect  (they have an asshole prediction bet ongoing and vax is right about 80% of the time)

vex fills him in on discharge, because he leaves right at 3 to go walk Trinket and then fucking sleep till Vex gets home.

his other part-time is at Gilmore’s bakery, from ass-o-clock in the morning until about when Vex wakes up. He barely has time to shower and change before heading to the clinic.

consequentially, he spends like 75% of his free time napping.

Pike never really tells the gang what she does, or how she met Grog (Grog introduced her as his best friend, no other details), but she works as a pediatric and is also shredded. 

The gang, on a rare visit to Grog’s place, realizes Pike had a short-lived but wildly successful pro-wrestling career after discovering a signed photo of her in the ring in his possession.

If Hannah Montana can manage high school and international music fame, Pike Trickfoot can manage medical school while also wrestling professionally. Sharing an apartment with her best buddy Grog, who actually turned out to be a great cook, helped.

Grog, who Pike helped exit the wrestling industry, lived with her for a time before finding his feet and getting a job as a bouncer at a local bar. 

Scanlan’s shitty band also used to headline at that same bar (that’s how they met). He mostly works alone these days, though, publishing hit covers on the interwebs. 

In this AU, because I feel like it, Kaylee is still Young but just barely younger than Velora, who is a little younger than in canon. 

Keyleth ABSOLUTELY works for the fictional equivalent of Save the Bay and nobody can convince me otherwise. Conservationist who gets to work as an educator on environmental science? Sign her the fuck up.

She also volunteers at the same shelter in her spare time (though in a different department - she likes the cats).

Percy de yolo is a student working towards his engineering doctorate, and doesn’t have to work part-time bc his family is loaded. Vex met him officially the first time when he in the process of was detained by UPolice for public drunkenness after Vex’ night class. Vex always saw him frequenting the university’s library, and found the two images impossible to reconcile. He was having a rough time, and he sincerely appreciated it (they don’t really speak of it). 

Gilmore, as stated, owns a bakery called Gilmore’s Glorious [Baked] Goods. Sheri is the sous-chef equivalent, and Vax works under her direction 

Vax’s employee discount is extended to Vex, at Gilmore’s insistence. She is very thankful for this. It means she gets breakfast.

Allura is an old friend of Gilmore’s from college and a physicist. She frequents his bakery often, usually with her girlfriend Kima in tow.

Cass works in Allura’s lab.

When you kiss Ermine, he stands still there, without moving at all.

He is too slow to process what just happened and his face is suddenly all red having the most surprised expression ever.

May even short-circuit a bit, the most flustered a person could can be. You almost see the steam coming out of his head while his ears bend down in shyness.

"I--- I- Ahhh, excuse me!!! ///////"

So yes, he totally panics. If he has the opportunity, he might flee, to your desmise.

You can always go after him tho, but he is pretty fast!!

Ermine likes you so much he barely can look at you after that, but he just can't accept it out loud or in an honest way just yet.

So he would look embarrassed and call you an idiot in an endearing way.

Nahal

He never expects to receive those type of attentions, so he would jolt right there.

His wings open and flaps them in an unconscious way while he looks at you like something really shocking happened.

He might become a stuttering mess and try to say "What was that for!?" and "Why you did that!?" but he just mesh everything together and doesn't say anything comprehensible enough.

You think he looks cute tho; not that he is shy, but like he tries very hard to find the reason under the kiss.

"A-re you teasing me? W-well I'm not going fall for such a trick!!"

You may be his crush but that must be the reason, and not that you like him back actually. It seems that even if you tell him directly he wouldn't believe it anyway.

Please give him time so he can realize this!

Gilmo

The first thing Gilmo does after receiving a kiss is to look at you a bit surprised, and then he would chuckle looking at you.

"Oh my, is that your way to say you are happy to see me? What a good kid."

Then he pats your head in the most sweet way, maybe even cups one of your cheeks with a gloved hand, and smiles at you like you are his precious little prize.

Somehow, they one who is kinda flustered here is you, and not him, the one that got kissed suddenly.

He looks so confident and takes it so naturally it's even kind of mysterious, but he looks really happy after that.

Gilmo may think is his turn and take you by your hand, in a very gentleman way.

You are not sure what is going to do, but he definitely takes the lead from there.

Rossain

He is not used to be kissed all this suddenly! Of course, he is the one that has the situation under control and paces it at his own will, so this is one of the best ways to surprise him.

It's even more effective if you are his crush, because of course he was being kissed before. Of course, they weren't people he was genuinely interested in.

So he is a bit wide-eyed, and you can see well how his freckles are tainted in red now.

But he is a smart player in the game that is dating, so he makes sure to react quickly to hide this kind of thing.

"Oh~? I see. If you wanted my attention that bad, you could have tell me so"

He really tries to look cool and not let see that it actually affected him more than what he wants to admit.

And even if he is a good actor, you could catch him if you know him enough already.

DeShawn

If you are able to kiss DeShawn, that already means he likes you so much that he even lets you touch him, as he is very iffy about this.

It might trigger some sort of response on him, but it's hard to say if it's good or not. In any case, he seems to direct his attention to only you. Which is... good.

DeShawn is not good at communicating, so you are not sure what he is trying to say with looking at you so intensely, maybe even physically corners you without even noticing.

His dangerous aura is always up, but now is something more there that you cannot tell what is it. It's sure he wants something from you, tho.

Both of his ears might drop, and while he is always loud and aggressive, he is trying his best to not look like that.

"Oi... are you sure you want to do that again?"

For once, his tone is not a threat (even if you could read that as one!), but an ask or a confirmation. Maybe this time he wants to expect it.

Malik

A surprise kiss from his crush for Malik may be like a sudden caress from their owner for a cat.

It's not like it's not wanted, but it bothers him that he didn't allow it when he wanted it.

So he may not take it too well at first, because that's not how things are suppossed to be.

But he may come back some minutes later because if you bring the mood you also should be responsible to keep with it, right?

"What are you waiting for? You didn't kiss me for teasing me, right? If that's the case, I should do the same then"

He is like a overgrown selfish feline, but that's kind of his charm after all.

He won't let you leave until he decides you received what you gave him, of course.

Kero

It may be a bit of a mistake giving a kiss to Kero out of nowhere. Not because he takes it badly, quite the opposite.

But that may make him too eager. Because he is intense.

If he likes you, and you can tell he does in how he follows you around and wags his tail every time he sees you (hell, he even pronounce your name like he needs to say it out loud), he is gonna be difficult to deal with.

You might just wanted to give him a peck because he looked really good, being focused for once, but that seems to awake the beast.

"Haha, what is it? You want to play with me? So mean! Then I want to play to!"

He just can't resist himself and will wrap you between his arms.

Probably the one that gives you more kisses than you gives him. Not because you don't try, but again, because Kero has too many energy and affection and he plans to use it all on you if he can!

(I usually don't do this bc I dont have time to check other oc's and I have a lot of kiddos, but since I know Adria already I will keep this short!)

Ermine would try to keep his distance as much as he can. He doesn't do good with delinquents and he tries not to get close to those that fight with others regulary or look scary, so he would surely afraid of Adria and run away if he can. If he serves him at the mostro lounge he would try just to ask for what he wants and not say much more. Adria surely will notice this bc Ermine is not subtle at all.

Nahal probably would try to lecture him if he sees Adria break the students rules. He may be short and considerable smaller to Adria, but he is much braver and his big responsability sense (aside being a know-it-all and wanting to show it) would make Nahal to confront him. He is most annoying that than dangerous so Adria can just ignore it.

The octatrio would like Adria. The twins would respect him but also friendly tease him because it would be fun. Ross wanting to look cool and teasing as a lik bro and DeShawn only wanting to fight him to gain his respect. Gil would treat Adria as one of his grandkids since he is part of Octavinelle, and treat him as a kid in the cute way haha.

Malik would probably not mind Adria. He doesnt like to be around with chaotic people (because it annoys him) and since Adria would probably not respect him as Malik expects everyone does, he will prefer to consider him an idiot full of nonsense and ignore him.

Virginie, tho, he would love to make Adria do things for him. He is tall and he is strong, so Virginie would think he is perfect for that. Maybe he tries to flirt with him a bit to be playful, but he is "the mean princess girl" so he night throw a little tantrum if he is ignored lol.

Kero would think of Adria as a cool dude to hang out with. You see, Kero is also another delinquent, but with a brighter personality and not very smart. He is a total himbo. He would be friendly with Adria and get physical on friendly fights if he has to, then consider it as just a game and laugh. Kero os surely one of the ones to get him on problems because of how reckless he is haha.

And finally Cornelius. He is the solitary mysterious guy from Diasomnia, but that wouldnt stop him to interact with Adria if he encounters him. He would think and tell him he could be a good warrior and praise him for that. He would also be interested about him for being a mermaid, for investigator purposes, but don't mind him.

Omg I was looking through the drive file and I cannot believe I forgot about track and field club they're so cute. But now I wanna know what clubs everyone else is in!! So sha, oh wise one, tell us about The Clubs

Something I love about these types of settings is that we don't only have dorm interactions, we also have classmates and clubs!! And that expands a lot the relationships of a character! And at the end it feels natural that they know more or less everyone around the campus. Be ready this might get long!

So just as you know already, Kero is in the track and field club!! He is an upperclassman for Jack and Deuce and he wants them to rely on him for that, so he always wants to be supportive and cool for them. Thing is, he is sometimes too careless about it, and more than teaching them things or guiding them, he just puts the passion on the team, haha. Deuce and Jack like him though! They are a cute group of doggies.

Ermine is another one that is pretty clear already because of his bday card, he is on the Light Music club. He wanted to be active in it, but in his first year realized that they aren't too interested in performing. So he mostly uses his trumpet on dorm activities. He has a good relationship with the rest of the members, and honestly, they are the main reason Ermine has a break, since they insist him into joining them into their snack time and chatting. He is the most serious and diligent, but he is more "himself" with them. He usually listens to Lilia's advice, goes along with Kalim ideas and lets Cater take selfies of them. Pretty chill group.

Nahal is on the basketball club!! He doesn't look like it, but he is somewhat a sporty guy, a good balance between good student and good athlete, so that's why he choose a sport club. He may be the shortest on the team but he is quick and can jump pretty high. Ace kinda complains always about Nahal "cheating" because of his wings, which makes Nahal confront him every time. He is wary of Floyd but that doesn't mean he also lectures him, and runs away from him afterwards. Jamil is with the one he gets along the best, but is a bit tired of Nahal putting on a fight so easily if gets offended haha. A bit of a chaos, but they have fun.

Gilmo is in the board game club. He is also an upperclassman in the club for Azul and Idia (even if Idia is now on the same grade) so he usually does as he pleases. He likes card games the most and teaches others about the different variants, or what you can do with them. He is a bit too eager about making bets for everything, but he is not allowed. He is fond of Azul and Idia, but he spends more time with Ortho. Ortho is the one that shows him the latest game that Idia enjoys, and Gil is always surprised about how advanced they look. Nobody has won him a card game yet. Monopoly games are a big event on the club, but they never finished one haha.

Rossain is part of the Movie Appreciation Club and is an actual actor. Vil doesn't like his egoistical side, but recognizes his talent, so prefered to take him under his wing and show him the right way and not let it waste. Because of this, Ross respects Vil a lot even if he still envies him for what he accomplished already, but maintains a bit of a “student/teacher” relationship. Vil is able to make Rossain listen to him and usually asks him for some favours, and Rossain complains but he actually does as he is asked. Whenever Rossain may get in trouble because of his complicated behaviour, Vil threatens him to kick him out of the actor team and leave him for the support one, which Ross always whines about. Also, Rossain likes to appear more intellectual and smart than what he truly is, so he doesn’t understand the indie movies Vil makes them watch on projects. Ross is totally Vil’s minion after a couple months at the club for sure. Could be worse, Vil appreciates Rossain deep down.

DeShawn, of course, is in the Magical Shift club. Seems pretty obvious for a guy like him after all, but even being in a sport that is quite ruthless, DeShawn is known for his too violent way of playing, which makes him get scolded easily by Ruggie on Leona’s behalf, when he actually doesn’t mean to get on problems, he just doesn’t think too much. When he plays with the team, it is one of the few times he is having fun for real, and his mood is much better than the rest of the time. In fact, he is not that bad of a teammate, but it’s hard that he listens to others and convinces him not to risk too much. That’s sometimes good, and sometimes not that good. DeShawn also thinks Leona is a very cool guy and respects him as a leader, while Leona doesn’t mind much, but likes to be admired that way. He is competitive against Epel and doesn't underestimate him, so you can call them somewhat friends. Actually a cooperative club, but ruthless.

Malik is in the Mountain lovers club! He was on the basketball one but got bored and changed it the moment Jade found it. He prefers a much more relaxed club, and the activities that offer him are actually pretty enjoyable for him. The hikes on the mountain and the green nature reminds him more of his hometown, so he thinks he will stay in this one for long. Pretty chill with Jade, actually, doesn’t mind his love for mushrooms and doesn’t mind that he is interested in pretty plain stuff that they found on the walks. Malik explains to Jade the different plants he recognizes and Jade explains to him the contrast with his own birthplace. Malik sometimes scares away the animals they found, but it’s not his intention. A weird duo that actually gets along pretty well.

Virginie is in the equestrian club, if you guessed right. He took horse riding classes when he was a kid so it seemed like a club where he could have a base on from the beginning. Despite his refined and unbothered look, and taking into account he doesn’t like physical work, Virginie knows a lot about horses and the cares of them, and seems to like when first years listen to his advice about the discipline. He is not the best at races honestly, but he is almost the best at dressage. Riddle kind of admires this, but Sebek is not very interested. Virginie gets along the best with Silver.

Finally, Cornelius is in the science club. He is aware that it is a bit of a polifacetic club, where one does not only execute some experiments and create potions, but they also raise their own ingredients and make better formulas for different stuff. For him, it is quite funny, because he is interested in the oldest way of alchemy. What can he create? Will he discover something? If he applies other methods, would the result be different? He does not pretend to go blindly or chaotically about it, like maybe Rook can be seen (since he seems to need supervision everytime), Cornelius is genuinely curious about every possibility, and compares different methods to see how things had advanced since he was a kid. Trey is also scared of this, but one can rationate with him, most of the time at least. Everyone at the club believes Cornelius knows how to create an homunculus, and someday he will be successful. He is fond of his fellow clubmates and always invites Trey and Rook to try and prove his new hipotesis.

If someone were to unexpectedly flirt with your OC's, who gets flustered the most and the least?

This seems interesting 👀 So I will do it from the most to the least flustered.

Ermine is the one that gets the most flustered. He has a very bad opinion about his true self and very bad self esteem, so if anyone flirts with him so suddenly, he would turn like a tomato and go mute for awhile until he goes like "AH?! /////". He just shortcircuits, honestly. He is always kind of awkward and shy at these comments. If he has some kind of trust with the person that unexpectedly flirts with him, he would call them an idiot in a very flustered way. Like what it happens with Deuce

Nahal gets kind of flustered too. He tries to remain kind of composed tho because that is what it's expected of him, cause manners are everything, but he just kind of jolts at the comment, and turns extremely red, maybe even stutters, becoming a mess. He is the type to get too nervous and flap his wings rapidly. He may think he is being picked on or teased tho, because he is kind of an airhead in these things as well. It's possible that Leona did it jokingly to pester him and that made Nahal terribly mad.

DeShawn may be a special case, because more than become flustered he gets offended, or something similar to that. He may get red for the sudden act, but he is actually the type of person that doesn't get flirting nor romantic undertones, not because he doesn't know what it is (He knows, Ross do it all the time) but because he is simply not interested on it, so he will act strongly against this and even feel like he is being looked down at or being mocked. In the best case, he would say that is "stupid" and walk away, in the worst case, he will be ready to throw hands with anyone, it doesn't matter who.

Rossain's fav sport is flirting. He is a guy that is always trying to smooth talk to the people he is interested in and he will jump into flirting easily if the person he is interested in is worth it. He is so much like this that he even has the contact list of his phone full of nicknames from people he charmed before, but won't remember their names. He is exactly that type of guy. But if someone he kind of fancies in a genuine way (which is hard, but it can happen, like with Ace) unexpectedly flirst with him, he will get pretty flustered. If he doesn't, he also gets somewhat flustered, but he can act and cover it up pretty good with a charming smile and his kind of full of himself personality. After all, he has a very big ego, and will act like he deserves it.

Kero doesn't get flustered easily because he is a very bold person, and at the same time, very brainscattered. He will be oblivious enough to not be aware that someone is flirting with him if it's subtle enough. It can be because of that, or because he is not easily interested in anyone else that is not Idia, he is that loyal after all. If he catches that the other person is suddenly flirting with him, he would kind of say "Oh, thank you!!" and feel pretty proud of this fact, some people would think this is somewhat charming of him. And if Idia suddenly flirts with him, he will get extremely happy and want Idia to repeat it again and again.

Honestly, Malik can be one of my oc's that wouldn't get flustered at all if someone flirts with him out of nowhere. He thinks it's completly normal for people to treat him with respect and admiration, so it's also normal that someone would want that kind of interaction with him, and who he is to stop them? He just accepts it, maybe puts him on a good mood, but seem pretty unaffected by that fact. It's not about ego, it's just about what it's nature itself of course. But maybe, just maybe, genuine people that doesn't know they are flirting, could take them a bit off guard, like Kalim.

Gilmo can act like he gets flustered and honored when someone flirts with him, but that doesn't mean it's true. He can actually dismiss that type of stuff so smoothly that he just needs a little giggle to brush it off like it's the cutest childish thing he ever heard. He is not impressed, nor charmed, and you cannot tell if it's because he is like that, or because he experienced a lot of things already. In any case, he seems too above it, and may even play with other's feelings. He may tho, accept in a very sweet way the advancements of someone very dear to him, like Azul, if that ever happened.

Kero would be the happiest doggo alive. He is very very affectionate and he is made out of pure devotion and genuine love. He is very pure about that so, if someone he loves gives him the same in return, he wouldn't need anything more to be happy. He would be very sweet and mushy about it, maybe a bit too much, but if that's your thing, he is your type!

Gilmo is a gentleman. He would act proper and say stuff like he is flattered and will recieve the praises and the affection really well. He might put some clear boundaries if he is not interested. But if he really loves the other person, he may be not very effusive or showy, but he is very prone to be vocal about his affection, and he would be sure to return all this love on his very own way; protecting his loved ones without them knowing. He is a very devoted man.

Rossain would LOVE to be praised and be showered on love an affection. Is what he aims for, but if it's really genuine love from someone he really likes, he would be more soft and more real, a tiny bit embarrassed. He has actually a very big soft spot inside him that shines mostly with DeShawn, but if you want a smart, smooth and sugar tongued guy that maybe tease you for fun, he is the right one.

DeShawn... he would be a disaster. He may be awkward at first because he is not used to that at all, nor really seeks it, and in the worst case, he would get so extremely embarrassed that he will get mad and act annoyed. He just doesn't know how to react towards that. And he maybe enjoys it deep down if they are someone that he enjoys, (which is, extremely difficult!) but he is so bad at expressing stuff, he may act like totally the oppossite. Forgive him tho, he is still learning!

Ermine is, nonetheless, another mess. He doesn't know how to accept other genuine feelings, neither his own. He panicks, tends to not believe it and rejects any positive thing he may feel because you know, he has some unresolved things about his own self-worth. It affects him, even if he tries to dismiss this affection; he gets all red, a bit shy, and definitely tries to flee the situation as much as he can. If he accepts it, he would be very sweet and clingy.

Uhm, Malik is a bit complicated. Because, you see, he would not doubt any genuine affection gesture, because he believes he is more than worthy of that. People should respect him, if some of them loves him too is not that surprising for him. Would he be personally interested? Maybe not, but not bothered at all, he would accept all that. What if he really likes the other person? Then maybe is a bit different. Maybe he tries to mantain his regal and relaxed character, but he would surely get protective. A really big cat that maybe doesn't accept directly the love, but he totally wants the attention if he fancies you.

Can you tell us something about some of your OCs' home life?

What's their family like?

Do they have younger siblings or maybe even siblings who graduated before them from NRC?

Maybe some parental issues in some cases?

This is the type of asks I actually love ahhhhh

Kero's family has a bad reputation on their job field, since they are kind of unethical. His father is actually quite known for his this, and his mother is equally not liked, but both are loving parents. He has a younger sister that is now a pupil of an important woman and lives under her wing, and he had a younger brother that passed away from an incident. His younger brother and him were the only ones being dog beastmen on his inmediate family, implying that their parents have a lot of genes running on the family. Kero is also the Cane twins distant cousin.

Ermine's family is pretty ordinary, but they are big on numbers. He has a big sister called Marianne who is four years older than him and was always maternal with him since he was a kind of a crybaby when he was a kid, she is an important pillar on his self esteem. He also has some younger siblings that likes him a lot and his parents are the familiar type.

Nahal is a single kid and his parents are loyal to the Kingscholars, they are very close to them since they are their personal advisors on crown matters, so that's why Nahal grew up on the court and is close to Farena and Leona, specially the last one. It is the family job since generations and Nahal accepted this from a young age, since he feels he owes a lot to Leona's family and respects Farena as a king now as well. He is proud of his sworn duty.

Gilmo's family situation is a bit of a mystery because he never talks about it, but what some can tell is that his father is a sailor and he was taken care of a couple of old people that he calls his "godparents". He usually doesn't come back home on breaks because his father is on the sea almost all the time, but he calls to his godparents sometimes, or write them letters, he also goes back to to visit his them or if his father comes back to his homecity.

The Cane twins have a complicated situation, but it's not that something that embarrasses them. Their situation at home is more similar to Ruggie, living on a dangerous poor neighborhood surrounded of some gang wars, but having a loving hardworking mother that supports them. Their dream about "having everything they wanted" and following fame and money has to do a lot with this.

Malik's family is kind of important on his hometown, but he doesn't talk about this nor gives much details about it, because it's not a known thing since his hometown is on a remote place on the Land of the Hot Sands. They always present their respects to the Asims, even if Malik seems to not like this. His most close family member is his grandmother, and he deeply admires her. He is a single kid as well.

Tusker is a single dad that fully takes care of his son. He had a a not so serious relationship with a partner that wasn't ready nor able to provide for the kid, so they left the baby with Tusker, and he respected that. He was part of his responsability as well, and even if he didn't expected it, he was ready and able to do it so he fully took the care of the baby five years ago. It's a bit complicated sometimes because he works a lot, but he does his best to spend all the possible time with his son.
