I know you've shown what Claudius' sword from the end of his Games look like, but have you ever had specific visual references for any of the weapons for your other Victors?
His is the one that's really been super specific/hard to find I think?
Emory has a katana, which means nothing in THG by this point obviously but WE know
Misha obviously used one-handed swords. I refuse to debate the merits of dual-wielding, she's a cocky teenager who did it because it was cool, the end, and rather than try to argue all day the trainers gave her like ... a normal sword and a dagger in her offhand, like a normal person. the double-swords thing was a flex that luckily did not kill her. I have no idea about the one she picks up in the Arena but the sword Lyme gave her for the final fight is a kilij
Lyme's sword is a two-hander but other than that I never really went deeper, I just know it wouldn't have a basket hilt
Brutus had the spear but also would have kept a random shortsword as backup
Callista, obviously, had a traditional machete (a bit longer than the tool version to give her more reach)
Creed used twin kukri machetes, one because it ties him to Callista and two (this is a fun meta thing), the motto of the Gorkhali: "better to die than be a coward" :)
Petra used throwing knives and dual daggers but again, I didn't have any real image for them (mostly because she got stuck with maces)
Devon used a bunch of different polearms in training, in the Arena he used a glaive but also a dagger for his kissing kills

5 Spicy Food Recipes That Brings The Heat: Benefits Of Eating Spicy Foods
If you are an adventurous eater who loves spices, I am sure your opinion has struck multiple conversations with other non-spice eaters. You might also have heard several people stating statement after statement how spicy food is bad for you and your health.
So, if you are one of those spicy eaters, what preference do you prefer? The mild salsa, the medium, or the three-alarm hot version? And if you are tired of listening to how ineffective those spices are for your health, how about the turns of the tables? What if I say about their health benefits?
Unlike other people’s statements, spices hold health benefits in more than one form, and you are backed up by science. Here, the herbs are not only chili but also others, such as cinnamon, turmeric, garlic, ginger, and cumin.
Five Spicy Food Recipes To Try
Before we move on to the health benefits of spicy food, below are some recipes to try.
Buffalo Chicken Wings
Ingredients Needed: chicken wings, vegetable oil, garlic powder, salt, ground black pepper, hot sauce, honey, and butter.
Marinate and season the chicken wings with oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Preheat oven to 400° and toss the marinated chicken wings in it.
Bake until chicken is golden and skin is crispy as you flip them halfway through.
In a small saucepan, whisk together hot sauce and honey. Cook them for about two minutes until the butter is melted and slightly reduced.
Add the chicken wings to the bowl with buffalo sauce until completely coated.
Gorkhali Lamb Curry
Ingredients Needed: lamb chops, red peppers, bay leaves, minced garlic, chopped onions, tomatoes, black pepper, cumin, turmeric powder, mustard oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, and salt to taste.
Takes roasted chopped tomatoes, red bell pepper, cumin seeds, lemon juice, mustard oil, and soy sauce into a blender and makes a smooth paste.
Now, take the lamb chops and pour the paste all over them. Mix it well, then cover it and leave it for at least six hours.
Then, grill the marinated lamb chops on a charcoal grill and cook it well on every side. Chop them into small cubes.
After that, heat two tablespoons of mustard oil in a saucepan. Fry fenugreek and bay leaves, and dry whole red peppers till they turn dark. Then add sauteed onions and turmeric powder.
Then add garlic, ginger, red chilies, cumin, coriander, black pepper, and salt.
Again, add tomato-onion mixture and simmer for 10 minutes until it turns thick. Now, add the lamb chops and garnish them.
Choila
Ingredients Needed: boneless and skinless chicken thighs, soybean oil, chopped garlic, salt to taste, black pepper, cumin, diced leeks, ginger, paprika, turmeric, fenugreek seeds, chili powder, and mustard oil.
Mix the chicken, soybean oil, garlic, cumin, salt to taste, and pepper in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight.
Grill the meat on both sides until cooked through. Then, cut it into one-inch cubes.
Mix the chicken, leeks, ginger, paprika, chili powder, and garlic in a bowl.
Heat a saucepan with soybean oil, and then add fenugreek seeds.
Add turmeric as soon as the fenugreek seeds turn dark, and immediately pour the hot oil over the bowl of chicken. Hence, your chhoila is ready.
Laphing
Ingredients Required: Maida (All Purpose Flour), salt, garlic, baking powder, turmeric powder, cooking oil, red chili pepper, Sichuan pepper, soy sauce, and vinegar.
First, make the dough using maida and baking powder. Let it rest for a minimum of 20-30 minutes.
After that, add enough water in a container to cover the dough to separate starch and gluten from it.

i’m sick on halloween D: it’s probably cuz we went to solas and it felt sickly in there bleh... i should really start wearing a mask again
the past 2 weeks were so awesome and went by so fast :O
wed 10/19 - flew back to nyc, had mughlai for lunch :D
thurs 10/20 - washed bed sheets at zip n go, got an interview from maimonides 20 minutes after sending a LOI, they said I was on the list to be interviewed anyways so that makes me feel really happy they considered my signals hehe
fri 10/21 - met joie at jackson heights station around 8pm, ate gorkhali’s jhol momos :D made the air mattress for them and coco barked from inside the cage >(
sat 10/22 - went to coney island and mini concert in brooklyn. was starting to get empty at the last show, so we left and walked around LES
sun 10/23 - went to brooklyn botanical gardens and it was raining. so zen and quiet, the perfect time for my lactose intolerant ass to blow the biggest dump in NYC... the entirety of brooklyn probably heard me drop bombs. at night we went to the sunday sqool comedy show with ashley gavin. super funny! want to go to more comedy shows while im still in nyc :D then went to mr purple and i was hungry but bubby and joie went to drink more and they got tipsy and lectured me on “networking” and “looking the part” to go up in life. UGH so annoying and i complained to sela later and i felt better and not crazy
mon 10/24 - tutored sela in the morning and she helped me with interview questions :D joie spent 6 hours just in moma :O we tried to go to itaewon together but it was closed on mondays ugh, so we tried this calm pocha place, which i thought was good but bubby was disappointed. then i forced them to go to cute asian stores with me and i wanted to try and buy all the skincare
tues 10/25 - HCA woodmont interview! i hit it off really well with the PD, the residents were more chill and serious but still went pretty well. they were impressed with my CV so that’s honestly a great feeling :D afterwards i felt so drained from talking about myself and stressing that i just called sela all day and took a nap. then joie came to the apartment after their museums for a break before going to a broadway show. bubby and i went to shop at trader joe’s and target for essentials (and we already ran out of frozen food)
wed 10/26 - joie and i went to ludlow coffee co (bleh too bitter) and central park. they bought us a biking tour and the guide was so nice and took our pix for us, i think he thought we were a couple so he kept hinting at date-y ideas like the proposal bridge LOL. im glad to know people are very lgbt friendly here :D then we went to muji, rockefeller, and tried a nasty mustard pretzel that hurt my sariawan so bad. then i forced joie to go to ulta with me and i bought the one and only essence matte powder and tropic hut body butter (smells like bum bum cream <3 ). then we tried to meet sela in jackson heights station but sela was like 5 min away already so we just met up at lex ave 63rd stop and went to chinatown. ate veg dim sum (not that great) and walked around little italy, soho, and back to our place
thurs 10/27 - joie left at like 4am, they didn’t sleep all night cuz they were so nervous lol. sela and i went to brooklyn’s prospect park and walked all around seeing pretty bridgerton-esque places. then i took her to flatbush ave and we got coffee and BEC which was so nice and refreshing. then we went to dumbo to see the views and take the ferry back to LES. we went to target to get towels and bath rug and went back home. then we had lasagna cheslea’s for dinner and went to oscar n wilde where the halloween decorations were AMAZING. and then we showed sela peachy’s and the basement. and we ate square pizza hehe and bubby didn’t get back home until like 4am
fri 10/28 - sela and i had brunch in chinatown where we ate steamed rice rolls and congee. i’m glad sela enjoyed it a lot cuz it was GEWD. then went to central park. we walked from the bethesda terrace all the way up to the tippy top. it was so pretty. then we took the 6 and F back to home, which took like 50 min holy shit. then we went to itaewon and solas, where i probably got sick.
sat 10/29 - sela and i had heaven hot bagels a pastrami and BEC. then we walked to east river with coco and she was sooo happy. it made me miss the suburbs and parks. then we went back and had ice cream and van leusen and it was amazing!! then we went with bubby to the queens night market. we dressed up as the shining twins and ate caribbean food: antiguan pasta rasta and dumplin, cambodian satay and fish amok, jamaican jerk chicken (fuckin spicy i couldnt eat it), brazilian sugarcane juice, pakistan chai. it was amazing. i love food!!!
sun 10/30 - sela’s last day :( we ordered heaven hot bagel a nova lox and caramel latte (DELICIOUS). we went to tompkin’s square park with coco and she was really good with the dogs (except one but they were also reactive). and after breakfast i had the sudden shits and raced back home with sela straggling behind cuz her knees hurt. coco kept stopping cuz she didn’t want sela to be left behind. then i dropped a dump in the apartment and we took a 2 hour nap :O and then bubby sela and i went to jackosn heights to eat gorkhali jhol momo and thukpa. SO GOOD. and then we said bye bye as she went on the q70 shuttle to LGA, and she got delayed in houston until like 12am omg
mon 10/31 - i’m sick today and slept literally all fuckin day. i feel better now and just made tea. i ate miso soup with dumplings for lunch, square pizza for dinner. i didn’t poop all day and maybe it’s cuz im sick. in good news, i got an interview for healthone aurora in colorado! i sent a LOI last week so i think they like me! bubby said he’s down to move to denver. i like the nature and parks for coco, but i feel like imma miss nyc too much. we’ll see how i feel by the time interviews are over and rank lists are due. idk if i should go for mission in panorama city tho, i heard bad things about it like the residents work more than 80 hours per week and they have call every 4 days and they answered “what do yall do for fun” with “work is fun cuz we get to learn more psychiatry” ... wtf bro it sounds malignant

SUBMITTING MACHINES TO BESIEGE WORKSHOP HOW TO
In the meantime, the famous revolutionists of Bengal, Rasbihari Bose and Subhas Chandra Bose had displayed themselves as the utter opponents of the British and were thinking about how to liberate India from their imperialism. “During the hundred-and- four years long Rana Regime, the dark era, social, political and educational condition of Nepal and the Nepalese people fell at the hands of exploiters, bourgeois the whole nation was dark” (Sundas 76). The Japanese officers had then elicited a fact from them that the war in Singapore was prolonged just because of the invincible bravery of the Gorkhali soldiers, they provoked them that they should liberate India from British Imperialism and then Nepal from autocratic Ranarchy for democracy and freedom. When it had been very difficult for Japan to move further from Singapore, British Colonel John Hunt with his ten million soldiers surrendered to Japanese Major General Iwaichi Fujiwara on 15 February 1942. Of the Axis Powers, Germany and Japan had planned to meet in Afghanistan, and for that, Germany was supposed to move ahead defeating France, the African countries and Egypt, and Japan was to move ahead annexing Malaysia, Singapore, Burma and India into their hold. Then, many Gorkhali war veterans settled down in north-east India, especially in Assam, and Gyan Bahadur also happened to be involved in their interactions, sharing feelings and experiences.ĭuring the War, the Gorkbali war veterans had fought from the side of the British and participated bravely against Japan in Singapore, which lasted nearly two years. et al) reached a horrible climax and came to a stop in 1945, leaving a grievous experience, with irreparable damage on humanity and civilization, and gruesome loss of lives and property. Meanwhile, the war between the Allied Powers (UK, USA, Soviet Union et al) and the Axis Powers (Germany, Japan, Italy. Later, he was also given the responsibility of the Security-In-Charge for the sector between Guwahati of Assam and Siliguri. This provided him with an opportunity to join the railway staff as a clerk at the age of twenty-five. In that football tournament, as a hired player, he was included in the team of the railway staff and scored enough goals to ensure victory for his team. Gyan Bahadur was a good football player and had already participated in many local tournaments, demonstrating his skill in the neighbouring belt. In 1945, a football tournament was organized in Darjeeling as a competition between the police and the railway station staff. He continued his job in Burma until the World War-Il reached its climax in 1942. According to the prevailing rules and regulations prescribed by the British, because Burma was under British Imperialism, he was made the manager of the gold mine in place of his father. However, in the two years of his military service, his father also passed away. As a result, he was promoted to the rank of lieutenant in the Fourth Gorkha Regiment. But he was hard working and honest versatile and active in both physical and mental activities, and was devoted to his responsibility and duty. So, he was certain to face a hard life in the days ahead. He had hardly served six months when his mother expired. That he was unable to do anything much to ease her condition during the last days of her life always remained his biggest regret. In spite of his unremitting effort and the strong longing for longer motherly accompaniment, she had already passed away on her hospital bed before he arrived there with food and medicine for her on the twenty-sixth day. In addition to his duties in the army, he also had to look after his hospitalized mother by commuting from his office to the hospital daily and by fetching food and medicines for her. Consequently, Gyan Bahadur Yakthumba was forced to join the army to support his ailing mother before the results of his SLC had been out.

If you think Nepal have only double pennant non rectangular flag than you are very wrong. One of the military flag of Nepal's Gorkhali Army
from /r/vexillology Top comment: Nepal was divided into several small principalities and kingdoms. There was two confederacy of 22 kingdom and 24 kingdom. Kathmandu valley was divided into three kingdoms ruled by three brothers. There was huge kingdoms in east like chaudandi and makwanpur. A small kingdom from confederacy of 24 kingdom called Gorkha started a campaign to reunify broken Kingdom into single nation. This flag was used for long time as a main flag of Gorkha military and all battalions used to carry it along with their own flags. The Gorkhali used this flag in their unification campaign. And they were able to unify a kingdom from sutluj river in west and teesta river in east. It was time of british colonialism. So, expanding british came into conflict with expanding Gorkhalis. And they fought a war called Anglo-Nepali war. And rest is history. Also, the image used in flag comes from hindu mythology. The guy is famous demon called mahisasur who is being slayed by trisul or trident of godesses durga. It is also tribute to patron diety Gorakshakali/mahakali of shah kings of Gorkha.
