You did least favourite tiara, what about favourite tiaras?
Great idea! I think I'll prick my favourite tiaras from each country, and no commentary just so that this post doesn't ramble forever and ever. Just know that these are the ones that I like for either aesthetic or historical purposes. I'd say the best collections go to the British, Swedish, and Spanish in that order. Out of the fake monarchies Greece has some bangers in there:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Belgium 🇧🇪 - Queen Astrid of Belgium's Nine Provinces Tiara (as a bandeau)
Brunei 🇧🇳 - Anisha Isa Kalebic's Diamond Tiara
Denmark 🇩🇰 - Princess Louise of the Netherlands' Pearl Poiré Tiara
Egypt 🇪🇬 - Queen Nazli of Egypt’s Diamond Tiara
France 🇫🇷 - Empress Josephine’s Cameo Tiara (it's in the Swedish vault but it's French in every other way)
Germany 🇩🇪 - The Prussian tiara (it's of German origin but is currently with the Spanish due to royal intermarrying)
Greece 🇬🇷 - Khedive of Egypt Tiara
Italy 🇮🇹 - Queen Margherita of Italy's Pearl & Diamond Tiara
Iran 🇮🇷 - Empress Farah of Iran’s Turquoise Tiara
Japan 🇯🇵 - Imperial Chrysanthemum Tiara
Jordan 🇯🇴 - Queen Noor's Sunburst Tiara
Lesotho 🇱🇸 - 'Masenate Mohato Seeiso's wedding tiara
Liechtenstein 🇱🇮 - Princess Maria Kinsky's Honeysuckle Tiara
Luxembourg 🇱🇺 - Grand Duchess Marie Adélaïde of Luxembourg's Sapphire Tiara
Monaco 🇲🇨 - Princess Charlotte of Monaco’s Pearl Drop Tiara
The Netherlands 🇳🇱 - Queen Wilhelmina of the Netherlands's Stuart Diamond Tiara

~ "Grand Duchess Charlotte of Luxembourg's Chaumet Art Deco Emerald Tiara. This tiara was made in 1926 by Chaumet jewelers after Prince Felice of Bourbon-Parma sent some ancient family jewels, including a huge 45-carat egg-shaped emerald donated by Emperor Franz Joseph I of Austria in 1859. Delivered to Grand Duchess Charlotte of Luxembourg as a Christmas gift, this jewel was made with an Art Deco style design featuring the massive emerald in the center, above a sizable square-cut diamond. Charlotte became very fond of this tiara, debuting it in the same year on the occasion of the wedding of the then Hereditary Prince Leopold of Belgium, later King Leopold III of Belgium, with Princess Astrid of Sweden. Following her abdication in 1964 in favor of her son, Grand Duke Jean of Luxembourg, the tiara reached the new sovereign, Princess Josephine Charlotte of Belgium, who, however, did not seem to appreciate the jewel very much, wearing it only sporadically. Following Jean's abdication in favor of his son, Grand Duke Henry of Luxembourg, the tiara passed to his wife, Grand Duchess Maria Teresa of Luxembourg, who, unlike her mother-in-law, uses the tiara very often, using it for noteworthy appearances such as the 2011 Nobel Prize ceremony." ~

Name: Henri Albert Gabriel Félix Marie Guillaume Date of birth: 16th April 1955 (born in Betzdorf Castle) Position: Grand Duke of Luxembourg
Henri was born to Grand Duke Jean and Grand Duchess Josephine-Charlotte, then Hereditary Grand Duke and Duchess, and became heir to the throne of Luxembourg aged 9. He trained at Sandhurst and received a degree in political science. Since taking the throne in 2000, following his father's abdication, he has had a spotty record. He has pushed the limits of his constitutional power on a number of occasions, leading to a change to the constitution to limit his role in governance.

“I heard that GD Josephine-Charlotte was really an awful she hated her Cuban DIL so much that she made the rumor about her son having an affair with another women. I was like dang I get you don't like her but don't go that low to make your own son look like a cheater. I get why MT made a interview about her let me tell you they weren't any kind word. Not only she humiliated her DIL but she humiliated her own son in public. Why would she lie about how her MIL treated her?” - Submitted by Anonymous
