hades 2 made hestia a petty hater
Not really? She’s got an edge to her and it makes sense that she’s introverted since she barely shows up in mythology which means she barely engages with her family and their drama, and who could blame her? For me she’s the cool auntie that rarely shows up at family gatherings but is fun af and swears in front of the kids lol

officially my birthday and just wanted to express my gratitude for this little community ❤️
I absolutely love the kindness and support here, and the sharing of knowledge that happens here. Hellenic polytheism is one of the greatest gifts in my life.
I love being able to worship Lord Apollo, Lady Athena, and Lady Aphrodite 🫶 Here’s to 22!

I just did a tarot reading for Lady Hestia to see if she would like to work with me. I asked some basic questions like, what do you think you could help me with, what could I help you with, ect.
When it was finally time to ask her if she would like to work with me the Strength Card flew out and landed perfectly on my lap. I looked at the meaning and was a bit confused, so I shuffled it back in and said "not every card that flies out is applicable"
I pull a different card and suddenly get this feeling to check which cards are associated with Lady Hestia...
Strength is one of her cards -_-
Note to self, don't doubt your readings, check your self and make sure you have all the information before disregarding something

Thanks to tumblr culture, the temples built to apollo two hundred years from now will use a red orb as his symbol.

"Aphrodite loves terfs" do you really think a goddess of love formed from a literal penis and the mother of Hermaphroditus, an intersex god who was associated with androgyny and feminine men, fucks around with transphobia?
she is a literal trans icon and to deny that will get you smited by all the gods

Apollo and Artemis 🏹🌿✨
I really enjoyed to make this piece! I did the lineart traditionally and painted it digitally
This piece was based on an attic red-figure cup from the 4th century BCE

I can't do this so someone else needs to (please @ me if you do)
Laminate your tarot/oracle cards so you can use them in water as an act of devotion to water deities
Also it would make for really pretty photos. Beautiful tarot cards floating in the water? Yes please
