he doesn't smile often, but when he does you see his little dimples (idk if this is canon but, if it isn't, i like the idea of him having dimples)

he talks to their dog, tiramisu, in a really high pitched voice

he works out religiously. he has like a schedule and everything, and he sings when he works out.

he watches my little pony as a guilty pleasure. xander knows and is using it as blackmail material.

he has an obsession with is ass. he takes pride in it being big and juicy.

he's jealous of jameson bc he's an inch taller than gray is, and he uses it against him.

he joined a yoga group without knowing it was for girls only, so now, once a week, he gossips and does yoga with these old ladies.

he loves face masks more than anything. xander and jameson have tons of pictures of him with cucumbers on his eyes and a face mask.

when he was younger, he really liked snails. he used to collect some and give them a 'home' in jars he found around the mansion.

he's a sucker for matchas. he literally makes himself one every morning before he starts working. (he has a cup with cats on it that he uses every day)

he once tried to watch p*rn to see what the hype is all about, but he got so disgusted and uncomfortable he threw away his laptop.

all of the pens in his pen collection are placed side by side from smallest to biggest in his drawer.

xander once bought him a skirt and dared him to go to work wearing it. pictures of it got out and his fans started calling him baby girl.

he makes playlist for his favorite book couples.

this dude cannot smirk for the life of him. he looks like a constipated sloth when he tries to.

he can do the splits perfectly.

when someone kicks him in the balls, he sounds like a dying hyena. he just wheezes for like 5 minutes straight whilst everyone just looks at him in horror. he then wobbles away.

he's a really good just dance player. he actually laughs when he plays.

grayson knows how to pole dance.

when he was younger, he was jealous that jamie had more prominent abs so he used to contour his to make them look like jamie's

when he was younger, he tried to learn how to purr. he thought it would be cool

he wanted to be like nash so bad when he was younger than he would stick a hay strand in his mouth and try to speak in a southern accent. skye was mortified.

grayson loved flower crowns. xander used to make him some and he would walk around wearing them proudly.

he wears subtle makeup sometimes (when he's in the mood) (blush, concealer, very subtle eyeliner, etc)

when he was younger, he would also try to gallop around like a horse. he would get on his hands and knees and strut around (tobias wanted to kill himself)

𓂃 ⊹ reader being the wilderness dad that stepped up 🗣️💪🏻

while pregnant…

you often found yourself walking on eggshells around shauna cuz of her mood swings, especially when she was hungry, which was pretty much almost every day 😭 if u wanted to stay out of trouble, the only acceptable responses to any of her requests were either "yes, baby" or nodding silently.

and if you happened to get into an argument, your best bet was to either shut the fuck up or just roll your eyes, unless you wanted her to be passive-aggressive towards you for the entire day.

although even if she got mad at you, her corny ass would always end up snuggling into you at night, holding you tightly before falling asleep. sometimes she’d “angrily” turn her back to you for the first ten minutes, but then she’d grab one of your arms and place it around her waist, wanting you to cuddle her lmaooo

after finding out she was pregnant, you began marking down the weeks with a sharp rock on the walls of the attic to keep track of her pregnancy.

around the sixth month, you began assisting her with skinning the animals and cutting the meat. initially, you didn't enjoy the task, but you didn't want her to become even more tired than she already was. therefore, you asked her to show you how to do it, and once she did, you took over the chore to ease her burden.

you'd also make sure to cut her food portions a little bigger while making yours smaller. of course, you didn't tell her this cuz you knew she'd get mad at you for nearly starving yourself at her expense, even though she needed it the most.

whenever she was stressed or exhausted, she loved it when you’d let her sit between your legs, her back against your chest, while you massaged her scalp as she closed her eyes.

during your free time, you’d spend hours sewing beanies and tiny socks for the baby using fabric from some of your jackets and cotton shirts, as you knew he was likely to be born during the winter.

as her belly gradually started to grow, you began talking to it, hoping the baby would recognize your voice once he was born.

you approached shauna's belly, softly caressing it on the sides with your hands. "shippy, if you can hear me, kick your mom for me," you said with a faux serious expression, only to receive a punch on the shoulder. "ow!" you exclaimed, rubbing your shoulder with a pout on your face.

after giving birth…

you hated to admit it given the circumstances, but you were excited af 😭 as soon as the baby was born, you’d take care of him as if he was your biological son.

even though shauna loved her baby and wanted to spend all day with him, she was actually relieved that you were so obsessed with him too. your preoccupation gave her some much-needed time to herself or simply to rest throughout the day.

you also knew that hungry shauna and restless shauna = everyone’s worst nightmare 😭 so, if necessary, you’d let her sleep if the baby started crying at night, rocking him to sleep on your own.

it became a common occurrence for her to wake up in the morning and see you fast asleep next to her, with the baby tightly cradled in your arms, his tiny head resting against your chest.

you'd often offer to take care of him. in fact, you wouldn't even offer—you'd just literally take the baby from shauna’s arms at random and play with him, rubbing his belly or nuzzling your nose against his face. his response would often be giggling or slapping your face with his little hands.

“ow! stop poking my eye!” you exclaimed, pretending to be stern but unable to hide the smile on your face. the baby just looked at you with wide, innocent eyes, his tiny hand still hovering near your face. “you think that’s funny, huh?” you asked as you tickled his belly, causing him to burst into a fit of giggles. shauna watched from a distance, a soft smile on her face as she watched the two of you bond.

when his teeth started to grow, you carved several animal-shaped figures from unused pieces of wood that were too small to be used for the bonfire. after thoroughly washing them in the lake, you would then give them to the baby for him to chew on.

although he’d usually prefer to chew on your fingers and hands.

"babe, our little shippy seems to have inherited some interesting traits from his mom," you began, a mischievous twinkle in your eye as you watched the baby gnawing on your hand.

shauna glanced at you, curiosity piqued. "oh? which ones?"

you chuckled, gently pulling your hand away from the baby’s mouth. "i made all these cute little wooden animals for him to chew on, but he seems to prefer biting me instead."

shauna laughed, a light blush dusting her cheeks as she saw you pointing at a freshly given hickey she had left on your skin last night while tai was spending time with the baby.

"well, the apple didn’t fall far from the tree, i suppose," she retorted with a grin on her face.

"it didn’t, it actually fell a bit too close if you ask me," you started, "van was playing with him yesterday and out of nowhere he bit her nose so hard it left a mark. i literally had to drag little shippy away from her face because he wouldn’t let go."

she then looked back at you, a mischievous grin on her face. "although, i can't say i mind leaving a few more marks on you," she teased, giving you a kiss on the neck.

with a blush on your face, you quickly covered your son's eyes with your hand. "shauna, there's a baby in the room," you complained in a playful tone. "ow!" you exclaimed, pulling your hand away from his face as you felt his little growing teeth bite forcefully.

shauna couldn’t help but laugh at your reaction, her eyes twinkling with amusement. “well, he’s just learning from the best,” she said, giving your hand a sympathetic rub where the baby had bitten you.

she leaned in to give you a quick peck on the cheek. “and just so you know,” she added with a playful smirk, “i think he’s already showing signs of being as stubborn as you.”

feigning shock, you retorted, “shauna, you’re setting a bad example for our son,” earning another round of laughter from her. the baby, oblivious to your banter and the clear discomfort on your face from the previous bite, simply continued to stubbornly chew on your hand, his tiny teeth leaving their mark.

This is beyond late, but it's my first time participating in toapril sooo 😭 (this is literally based on the first prompt, and I'm barely now doing it-)

If this seems unfinished, it's because it is!! This seems like a good place to end it for this prompt, but the next one is going to centered around another prompt!! (Also ik this is like vaguely following the prompt, but I promise the next part will be better 😭😭🙏🙏)

Every story he was told had a great hero, strong and king, yet always flawed, and it was those flaws that were their downfall. He thinks that those stories are only told to enforce fear into mortals, a clear message to never challenge a god's lest, you know the consequences.

But he wasn't a regular mortal, was he? It was evident in the way the nymphs looked him, both terrified and awed.

Besides, he wasn't stupid, hushed arguments between his father and father's sister left little to the imagination.

But then, if he wasn't a regular mortal, then what was he?

All these thoughts crammed in his mind made practicing ten times harder, not that he was any good anyways-

Nock. Draw. Loose.

The arrow was too fast for his eyes to comprehend, but he was certain he had that time. His posture was perfect, and his archers point has never been better-

Thwack!

His arrow was embedded in the boss of the target. No where near its intended target.

"Chiron-"

The frustrated scream ripped that through his throat had him sliding off his arm guard and throwing his bow across the grass.

"What's the point!?" Whipping his head towards his father, his eyes drank up the sight of his tied up gold hair and his stupidly perfect bow, all golden and shiny and just perfect.

And he hated it. He hated how perfect Apollo was, how he always managed to read Chiron like an open book.

"Oh, Chiron, everything will be okay. You just need more practice; you've only been at this for three weeks, my dear centaur."

His father was on his knees, something he always he whenever he wanted Chiron to listen. His eyes swarming with pity and Chiron hated it, he was so angry and the tears that welled up in his eyes only made him angrier.

"Don't call me that, I'm not a baby anymore."

The soft chuckle from his father partnered with the fond look in his eyes made Chiron's stomach curl, "No I suppose you're not but you are just eleven. You know, most normal eleven year old mortal boys go out and play in the sun, they don't spend hours practicing archery like you do."

"But I'm not a normal mortal boy, am I Lord Apollo!? For Hades' sake I'm not even your son!"

Chiron regretted it the moment the words left his lips but he already did it, he couldn't go back. He can't backpeddle now and he's just so angry.

But Apollo loves you, and you know it. You don't deserve the attention of an Olympian, you're a spoiled little foal that got too used to being pampered and now there's no turning back-

"Chiron?"

His father's voice pulled him out of his thoughts and he carefully opened his eyes. (When did he close them?)

Chiron couldn't stand the worried look etched on his father's face. Apollo prided himself in his youth and with his furrowed brows and the deep frown lines, he looked older than he ever let himself look.

He took a step back, then another, until his father's face was no longer close to his.

"Chiron? I'm not angry I promise you!" A soft sigh and father was no longer kneeling, "I'm sorry I never told you but, but I was scared- I was worried." Apollo's careful steps forward led to Chiron's careful steps backward and it was like they were dancing, maybe they always were, they've been dancing around this subject for a decade.

"I found you Chiron. You were just a few weeks old and I couldn't stand to leave you in the mercy of Echidna's children that lurk in the night." This, Chiron knew and father knows that so why is he repeating it?

Another sigh escaped his father, this one unsteady and tired, "You're Kronos's son, Chiron."

It felt like Lord Poseidon himself sent wave after wave to drown him. His knees buckled, but his father was there in an instant to cradle him on the grassy plain.

"I know this is hard Chiron but I promise you this has never, not ever changed the way I love you." Warm hand cupped his face and the blurry figure that was his father met his eyes. "You are my son. No one will ever change that."

Chiron wanted to believe him. He really, really did but the anger in his stomach raged on and his father's comforting words did nothing but smother them in guilt.

"No." With gentle hands, he pushed his father away, but the god wouldn't budge. "No!" Using his front legs, he kicked at Apollo's chest (ignoring the pained wheeze that came from his father), and with (much) effort, he brought himself to his feet.

"No! You lied to me. You were," Chiron licked his lips, the realization left his mouth dry. "You were scared of me! Did you just, did you just assume that I'd hurt you or Lady Artemis or- or Lady Persephone?! Just because of who my father is?!" Hot tears ran down his face, and he couldn't be bothered to wipe them. His pain brought Apollo pain, and that's all Chiron wanted.

"I hate you! I hate you! IhateyouIhateyouIhateyou-" choking in own tears and mucus, he turned around and ran. He ran straight into the dense forests surrounding their little clearing.

"Chiron! Chiron!" His father's voice was nothing but a whisper now.

The first Hualian's kiss was one of the funniest things I've ever read. Every page was funny sjksks.

First, Xie Lian reverting straight (ahem not so straight but anyways) to Crown Prince of Xianle and going who DARES??? Who could!?! NEVER in his LIFE have I been treated this way. If this were anyone else, he would have stabbed them way before they could ever lay their hands on him.

But it's Hua Cheng!! His San Lang. And can ghosts transfer air to me!? Don't ghosts drown?? (Yes, I memorized the kiss scene. My memory is terrible, but I remember this vividly. I need help.)

And he's feeling overwhelmed that he lost his sense of self. He literally felt so overwhelmed he felt like crying. That part just made me sjskksks, feeling many things.

And then they break apart and stare deeply into one another's eyes and there's like twenty paragraphs of Xie Lian's monologue of how everytime Hua Cheng appears he just looks more older, more handsomer, more better, and omg is that a widow's peak??? Look at his eyepatch that exceeds a beautiful murderous aura, which should technically mute his elegance, but it actually balances his good looks perfectly.

Like. Okay, Xie Lian.

Poor Xie Lian. He's in such a rattled state. That kiss was way too amazing, Hua Cheng.

Usually he doesn't know whether to laugh or cry. That's normal. Now he doesn't know if he's hungry or sleepy.

And oh, look. He lost his bamboo hat. The hat he had for the last 800 years (shit, don't cry again this is supposed to be funny dammit), gone because of how mind-boggling that kiss was.

"I... I can't find it. I'm leaving now. I'm going home to eat... I need to go collect some scraps..."

Dying. He's so shaken. He's full-on panicking. He's like this is it. Hundred years of locked up and nailed to a coffin is nothing. I finally lost my marbles.

And then Hua Cheng's like "...I'm sorry."

The scream that tore out of my throat lmao. Anyways. I 1000% believe Hua Cheng.exe also stopped working at that point.

Then he was rebooted back online once he realized that Xie Lian was just casually hobbling on his injured foot, which you know had a nail embedded deep into it.

And Xie Lian is just absolutely losing it, especially when he realizes they're in Ghost City.

Not all the ghosts exitingly shouting if Hua Cheng needs help raping Xie Lian 😭😭😭

Oh my gods. That part. And Xie Lian at this point just feeling grateful he lost his 'fake baby' and didn't appear pregnant anymore �� (MXTX is really pushing the mpreg agenda, huh?)

And then finally when Xie Lian calms down a bit, his next thoughts are like... the state preceptor only warned me about the wiles of women :((

I remember this one ten year old just losing a tooth and he didn’t know what to do with it so he just put it in his pocket and then told me about it four hours later and I literally had no idea what to do, and that’s so Mask and Wars coded to me

(i dunno if i had this thought earlier and forgot about it or if i saw someone else say this also a long time ago, but I’m thinking about it again)

Just imagine this kid getting hit across the face or something and just spitting out a tooth like a maniac and going “Thanks, that one was loose” and then kicking ASS, and Wars is watching all this happen in horror 😭

CELEBS:

Justin Bieber is super nice, he seemed genuinely honored and happy to be there. Him and Mitch Marner are sooo cute, Justin was so supportive of him all the time and cheered backstage so much. He's also cool with Crosby apparently, saw them talking a lot. Met Hailey briefly and not surprised, just classic model behavior, glasses on inside, didn't say hi to anybody just a slight smile. It's fine I guess but compared to Justin who was a ray of sunshine seemed kinda odd. Michael Bublé did not 'accidentally' take a huge dose of weed, he was joking about how high he was and laughing about smoking more afterwards. Will Arnett is like a drunk uncle but not drunk. Both nice. Tate McCrae is soo sweet! I felt her because we were only like 5/6 women backstage and she was the only female captain, also with an ex who is an NHL player so already has that "puck bunny" reputation, so her being there was cool to see. Her BF was also backstage, but I don't think the players knew it was her BF haha, a colleague and I noticed at least 15 of the guys walking up to her and chatting it up. Ones I remember that looked flirty are Sway, the Hughes (they talked throughout the whole weekend and they're all around the same age so may have been friendly but you know how men are), Elias Lindholm, Elias Petterson, & Mat Barzal. She obviously talked to a lot of people but these I remember looking more like them trying to get somewhere with her. Her and her BF are so cute though! He was very touchy with her. Saw her talking to Boone Jenner for a while, but he seemed just friendly. He is also her ex's teammate so wonder what that's about.

PLAYERS:

Auston Matthews is actually really charismatic. At one point the whole dressing room went quiet and we heard him singing "Baby" by Justin Bieber. We all cracked up haha. The Hughes brothers had a fight the first day, don't really know about what but Jack walked in upset and Quinn wouldn't even look at him. Both with their frowning RBF. McDavid had the same attitude as Hailey Bieber LOL. He softened up a bit when talking to other players but otherwise he is super cold always. Pasta and Travis Konecny also seemed to lowkey hate each other. Colleague told me Travis doesn't like Pasta at all but can't 100% confirm that as I didn't hear it directly, just an interesting rivalry. The Canucks players were like a group of mean girls, they literally stuck together the entire weekend, even if they were drafted to separate teams. Vincent Trocheck flirted his ASS off with several women, myself included. Found out later he was married. Swayman is truly a nice person, I think he and Boone Jenner were the only ones who said hi to the whole crew and also goodbye. Also saw him and Georgiev have a bro-hug after they lost the game and he said something to him that made him really laugh, it was very cute. The Hughes also seem to not like Suzuki, avoided him all weekend. Cale Makar is like a doll haha he is so awkward all the time and everytime he speaks his face looks like he immediately regrets it.

Dating Heeseung would be absolutely amazing, you love hanging out with him, going on dates, staying through all hours of the night talking on the phone.

But the only problem is his smoking. Everytime you're out together, he always needs a smoke break and it's excruciating.

Sometimes you literally wanna gag at the smell of cigarette smoke on him.

"Heeseung, how many times have I told you not to kiss me after smoking. It's fucking gross.." You push him away, groaning as he tugs you closer once more, his scent filling your nose once more. "I'm sorry, baby.. You're just so hard to resist."

"If you really cared, you'd stop smoking..." You argue and he sighs. "Not this again.." He pulls away from you with a groan, leaning against the wall. "You know it's not that easy."

"But you could at least try, Heeseung! I can't keep dealing with it." You yell as he scoffs. "And what are you gonna do if I can't quit? Leave me?"
