one thing though that i thought was very interesting in tsc was how jeremy and kevin swapped some key personality traits the fanon associated with them. kevin being a grounded, stable pilar vs jeremy being (though well-intentioned & kindly) pushy and falling into codependency with jean like many of us assumed would be the inevitable outcome of kevin and jean reconciling. quite surprising!

Okay so like imagine if a bunch of crazy shit went down and it killed literally all of your family, ground your family name to dust, you’re a traitor, you basically die yadda yadda. EXCEPT your best friend is still alive! Do you go to him and tell him you’re alive?? NO no of course not don’t be ridiculous, INSTEAD you concoct a scheme involving the political downfall of two of your evil uncles, a couple ruined birthday parties, maybe there’ll be time for a sick battle too. THEN, enact it by showing up at your best friend’s house and telling him to go for the throne. Oh and BY THE WAY, when you show up at your best friend’s house, do it in disguise under a different name so that he doesn’t recognize you. Okay and THEN, if he DOES recognize you, LIE AND MAKE SHIT UP, just throw him COMPLETELY off the scent!! Meanwhile everyone else involved in this scheme is like “shouldn’t you tell your best friend that you HAVEN’T been dead the last 12 years?? I mean he’s totally wrecked about your death???” And you’re like “WHAT noooo no no no we can’t do that okay NO ONE tell him! Why? Because then I’d have to have complicated feelings and this is a court drama, people! We have things to do!” And then when he finally figures it out, IMMEDIATELY put him ON THE THRONE and then blow yourself up to avoid complicated feelings POST! HASTE! Surely this will have no downsides or negative impacts on my best friend whatsoever!
