Przechodzę na tą diete, wczoraj skończyłam HSGD diete i było mega łatwo. Chciałabym zacząć od nowa najpierw normalne limity i stopniowo przechodzić na niższe, bo z doświadczenia wiem, że jak nagle zmienię na niskie to mi nie wychodzi i mam napady.

Odpuszczam Fairy Diet. W obecnych warunkach nie dam rady. Przechodzę na HSGD od „jutra” czyli jak się przespię i wstanę.
