The Klean Collection - Part 4

This month I focused on creating the Klean Home Office. I focused my attention on what a designer's home office would look like/contain. I have wanted to make shelving like this for quite some time & was excited to try out Sims 4 Studio to angle the slots, unfortunately many painful hours later after trying to troubleshoot why exactly the rotation didn't work in game, I managed to come up with a workaround, so that you can still snap flat books and deco items onto the slanted shelves at the correct angle. For some peculiar reason the rotated slots would not work unless I locked their orientation. As a result once an item snap into one of these slots it will stay at the 45 degree angle even when you snap it to a regular slot. If I did this for all the slots to work it would end up being very difficult for you to effectively clutter all the other shelves as all your items would snap to these angled slots instead. So I've created only 3 of these slots on each shelf to help you to orientate your deco items to the correct angle. They are located in the middle and either end of the the shelf, so you should be able to avoid them while decorating the regular slots on the other shelves. I think this issue is down to EA changing the slotting information in the game as it a very simple process to rotate these slots and both programmes I used to do so ended with the same result. Fingers crossed this is changed in the future so I don't have to irritate myself and you all with such a workaround and they just work how they are supposed to!

Vanderblit Mansion

This build is a replica of  a Gilded Age mansion in Hyde park belonged to Frederick William Vanderbilt.

I’ve already worked and leased some versions of the build, how ever those were in a way unplayable. Finally I’ve managed to have the exterior semi rotunda be round. Now it has much more architectural features presented and more refined.

Some of the paid objects are removed from the lot. You won't get them neither the link. which are the vanity mirror and table decors.

The apartment has been play-tested and works with real infants! It's also quite practical for a young family of 4 (see my brand-new infant twins above hehe!). I purposely didn't OVER clutter the space so that you guys could decorate each little nook and cranny according to your family's needs/tastes! But I did add some sweet details! Coastal Collection - Part Six

Happy July Everyone!!

I've been keeping this set quiet this month, but livestreams will resume in a week for the next instalment of the Coastal Collection. This month I focused on the items required for a bathroom. I did make a rather cool discovery this month that you can add on a wall decor slot onto an item to make wall decor items slot. You'll see in the image above that I've actually slotted on the hand towel that came with the Growing Together EP onto the side of the vanity. As far as I can tell all hand towels in the game slot in place, however sometimes not quite how you would expect as not all towels are centred on their wall fixes, but rather centred on the item overall. Of course its one of those nuggets of info you knew earlier, so all of my content would snap perfectly, but alas for some you will just have to shimmy into place with good old MOO!

I was inspired to create an upscale restaurant my sims could frequent so I introduce to you Magnolia Promenade's newest restaurant, Prime. This new contemporary hot-spot offers its patrons with an excellent dining experience with an elevated menu selection and picture-worthy environment.

Original shell is by Applez on the gallery, Cafe Nola. I kept the exterior the same and only modified the interior to my own interests!
