Missasinfonia, songs and QSMP…

Hello!! Well, since we all continue to miss Missa, I want to share a little thought.

I don't know if it has already been talked about here, but in the Hispanic fandom of Missa we have his songs very present and some people have not been able to avoid talking about how some of them adapt perfectly to the QSMP.

I want to talk about two in particular whose lyrics I think are perfect for describing Missa's relationship with his family.

The first one is called "Privilegios" (privileges) and I think it describe what Missa is currently going through with Philza. Well, it talks about the anxiety of feeling insufficient for the other and trying to improve but feeling afraid of moving forward (the young Missa from 2014 wrote very deep lyrics). I remember that in a stream he told us about how several of his songs came about and said that he wrote "Privilegios" thinking about us, the people who follow him, because he didn't feel enough for us and is why he always try to do things better. Either way, I think he's perfect for describe his situation with Phil.

The second song I want to talk about is called "Tarde para el plan B" (Late for Plan B) and I think it could be a message from Missa to Chayanne, some of the things he mentions remind me of what Missa told him in that day of fishing before travel to Japan. He talks about how it's okay to fail and that he shouldn't be overwhelmed by his mistakes, and encourages him to keep going and get better. There is also a phrase that I like to think is very much theirs, since it infers that even if they are not together, he will always see him. Now every time I hear that song I think of them and I can't help it u.u (It's a song created 10 years ago, but I think it's fits perfectly).

Connors LED blinked a soft, calming blue as he watched you from his desk. Aside from work, you had become his latest obsession and you hadn't seemed to notice it yet.

He leant forward in his chair as you began to disappear further into the break room, lifing his head to get a better view. Hank kicked the desk as he noticed Connor, catching his attention.

"Go say something or get on with your work for Christ's sake," Hank grumbled as he looked at the android.

Hank had had enough of witnessing Connor pining after you, constantly getting distracted whenever you were around. The android acted differently around you, constantly fumbling and staring.

"I can't do that," He whispered, his eyes darting to Hank.

When he looked back to you, he noticed Gavin leaning over you. There was a cocky grin plastered on his face and he was too close for Connors liking. Connors eyes narrowed at the sight and his features hardened.

"It looks like you want to,"

Connor was already gone from his desk before Hank finished his sentence. He had Hanks mug in hand, planning to use it as an excuse to be in there. Hank watched Connor as he moved towards the break room, as if he was on a mission and stood up. He followed shortly behind Connor with a sign, ready to witness a fight.

"So, how about we sneak off to an interrogation and I show you-" Gavin said to you, he was interrupted by Connor pushing his way between the two of you.

You took a step back, relieved by Connors appearance. A slight blush glazed your face as you noticed him glance at from the corner of his eye. He seemed mad about something, you would have asked if Gavin hadn't started shouting.

"You plastic prick! I know you just follow orders like a lap dog so follow mine. Piss off, we were busy. Now stop being a cock block."

Connor turned his head to look at Gavin and you could just tell he was glaring at the other man. He dropped the spoon that he was using to make coffee before turning to completely face Gavin.

His shoulders were squared and you could hardly see Gavin past him. Your mouth sat agape as you watched Connor, noticing Hank leaning in the doorway from the corner of your eye.

"You have no respect for them Reed, you should leave them alone."

"Oh I respect them plenty. Stop stealing jobs from people you prick." Gavin tried to push Connor.

"You don't care for them they way they deserve to be cared for. Detective [name] here deserves to be worshipped, les avoir, c'est avoir les étoiles. You dont even deserve the time of day that such an amazing, beautiful person gives you,"

The blush on your face darkened as you listened to Connors words, leaning just enough so that you could see his LED glowing red. Gavin frowned at Connor as he spoke.

"You don't love them the way I do, you only care for their body so I suggest you leave them alone or I will remove you from the area."

Gavin left with a scoff, storming out of the break room through to the doors of the police department. Hank also left the breakroom, heading back to his desk to allow Connor some privacy, cursing over how oblivious the two of you were.

The android stood still, his back to you as his LED blinked yellow. "I said that aloud didn't I?" His voice trembled.

"Yeah- Connor?" You started, grabbing his sleeve and pulling his arm so that he would face you. "Did you mean everything you said? And what does the French mean-?" You stuttered, fumbling slightly through your words as you looked up at him.

"I did." He briefly pursed his lips. "It means 'to have them is to have the stars'" He locked his eyes onto the floor, shuffling his weight.

You placed one of your hands on his cheek, it was soft and warm. Thirium had been pumping to his cheeks and they glowed a soft blue - he was blushing. You traced your thumb along his cheek bone as you leant up and placed a delicate kiss on his cheek.

One of his hands held your wrist, keeping your hand on his cheek as he met your eyes. His eyes searched your face, memorising every detail as he had done so many times before. He had never been this close to you, his thirium pump pounding in his chest as he embraced the proximity.

"I'm glad you said something," you smiled at him.

"You are?" He furrowed his eyebrows.

You leant up to whisper in his ear, butterflies filling your stomach as you spoke softly. "I feel the same way,"

He moved his hand from your wrist to your hand, lifting it off of his cheek and tangling your fingers together. You were both nervous, unsure of who was to act next.

Connor broke the awkward moment as he placed his free hand on the small of your back, smashing his lips against yours.

Your free hand sat on his chest, bracing yourself against him as you melted into the kiss. It was too short for both of you but it being your first kiss and the two of you being full of nerves it was not supposed to be good.

He continued to place a kiss on your cheek, as you had done to him, then looked at you. His eyes were soft as he met yours, his demeanour had changed completely from when he had entered and he was back to being the Connor you knew well.

"Will you allow me to take you on a date sometime?"

"I would love that,"

I’m so sorry it took me so long to answer this one! For other people’s context, this person sent a prompt that was a little too long and I invited them to send a new one; I had intended to jump it over the queue since the original prompt was in queue, but… life happened. *wry* 

I hope this feels sufficiently like Obsession 'Verse! It's a little different in that it takes place outside of the context of their relationship still developing, but it is intended to be those versions of the characters.

Notice to folks who might be new: Obsession 'Verse is a darker version of IronStrange in which the two are (by a normal person's estimation) dangerously obsessed with each other. But it works for them.

The model—a man, someone Tony vaguely recognizes from his pre-Iron Man days—looks Stephen up and down and sniffs. “Don’t let him,” Tony, the man means, “fool you into thinking there’s something special about you. Everyone had a piece of him back in the day.” The model cuts his gaze over to Tony and sneers. “It wasn’t even a particularly good piece.”

Stephen stares at the man, his expression so icy that Tony slips an arm around him, as if that  could ever be enough to hold Stephen back. Tony doesn’t care about this asshole, but they are in public: if Stephen smites him the PR is going to be a nightmare. And, well, no one deserves to die for a mean comment.

Suddenly, Stephen smiles, though it doesn’t warm his expression one bit. He raises a hand and a mandala blooms. With a flick, it sails toward the model and strikes him right in the chest, where it glows for a moment before sinking into him. “That’ll last until you learn to be kinder to your lovers,” Stephen says coolly.  

Tony quickly steers them away before the situation can escalate. “Do I want to know what you did to him?” he hisses.

Stephen smirks. “Let’s just say that tonight he’s going to find something rather different in his pants than he expects. And again tomorrow. And again, until he’s learned his lesson.” 

Maybe it’s mean, but Tony can’t help laughing.

Being a young actress in Hollywood was an extremely stressful ordeal. Especially being on the younger side in the industry. You were working on a new movie. Diamond Eyes. A more serious toned film. You had caught wind that one of your favorite actors had been starring in it. 

Johnny Knoxville. The legendary Jackass star. Presumably long retired from his Jackass days, he was working on new movies. This one being one of his most serious films. 

You had the wonderful chance of starring alongside him. Seeing him across the set, your face immediately lit up. You somehow landed the main role alongside him. You both speed walk towards one and another

“Heyyy! I’m PJ! Pleasure to meet ya doll.” He exclaimed, reaching his hand out for a polite handshake. It was like meeting your childhood hero. “Pleasure to meet you as well PJ. I’m Y/N. I’m a huge fan of your work.” You gushed. He immediately smiled with his signature toothy grin.

“Oh really? Well it’s great working with you then. Always love the chemistry I receive from someone who understands and enjoys my work.” He said heading towards the movie set. You and Knoxville practiced lines for hours

Having a blast with him. You questioned him about his entire career, not just Jackass, but about the acting classes he had taken for a short amount of time. His previous movies, Rosy, Dukes of Hazzard. As well as his upcoming film Action Point.

PJ was constantly goofing around on the set. Whether it was bunny ears over your head during a shot, or messing up a line with a small laugh.Even through it all. He was a very serious actor. 

At some point it came time for the two main characters to have a romantic moment. A moment in the film to turn a major plot point. The two main characters had previously had a heated argument. Making up, and sealing it was a passionate kiss. Both you and PJ being a bit nervous. You and him had really been hitting it off. Reciting one and anothers line back and forth. 

When it came time to film the scene that you guys both discussed, it was just very tense. The two of you sitting on a soft bed. Inches away from each other. He glared at you with a look of hatred and passion. It was amazing how well he could convey emotions. Your eyes watery from the crying you had just put on. 

When the camera began to film, he turned his head away. Then back towards your direction. You locked eyes with him. A stone cold glare. He slowly inched his face towards yours, and you did the same. Not breaking eye contact. The camera zoomed into the two of your stern faces. 

No more space left between your two faces, his soft lifts press into yours. Holding them in place. Both of you fluttering your eyes shut. It shouldn't have felt so amazing, but it did. Basking in the moment. The camera continued to film, as he deepened the kiss slowly. His hand comes up to your cheek to caress it. The camera still rolling. You pulled away from the kiss, turning your face away.

“I-I can’t do this. I’m sorry. It’s never going to work.” You said standing up from the bed. “Sweetie. Wait!” He yelled getting up to walk after you. Grabbing a hold of your wrist. You turned around, a terrified look on your face. 

The director yelled “Cut!” And PJ let go of your hand with a huge smile. You were honestly blushing. His incredible emotions could be felt just by his touch and expression. “Gosh PJ. Your acting is just beyond amazing.” You gushed for probably the tenth time on set. He threw a hand out. “Aw shucks. You're not half bad yourself.” He said with an enormous toothy smile.

“I hope we get to work on more movies together. I feel like we go really well together.” He exclaimed, heading towards a table of drinks. You almost fell to the floor and screamed. Such compliments from him, made you absolutely crumble. “Me too! It’s such a pleasure acting with you Mr.Clapp.” You said taking a sip of one of the small cups of water

You had only been acting for around a year and a half, and was getting complimented by your biggest inspiration. Filming the rest of the movie was going to be a real treat. Absolutely butterfly inducing.

Deep down I think I already knew that you would choose suguru but I wanted to ask anyway, because you always give interesting answers lol

I honestly don't know who I would choose, it's just as you say, the three of them would be very good partners!  

I am very fond of Satoru but realistically I don't know if I could keep up with him lol, he’s a very active and social person, I don't know if my poor social battery could handle keeping up with him. I wouldn't mind watching digimon with him, because I love digimon, I've seen every season at least 2 times, I've played the games and the tcg and I'm basically a walking encyclopedia of digimon.

I wouldn't mind going with him to pastry shops to try new things, because going to pastry shops is a hobby of mine anyway. Satoru looks like the type of person who likes to tease his friends and his partner just for fun and honestly it would be hypocritical of me to criticize him for that because I'm the same. u.u

I love Shoko, I would do anything for her, cooking, cleaning, cuddles, I would give her everything she asked for and more! my poor baby works too much and she is always tired :(  Shoko deserves a lot of love and cuddles! i don't drink or smoke, but if that girl sent me to the store at 2:00 a.m. to buy her a beer, I would do it!

Lastly we have suguru, my love languages are acts of service and quality time. Which I feel fits well with him. For me it would be strange if someone was so attentive to me because that's normally my role in relationships so I would feel lost. I wouldn't mind him judging what I read... because every time he does it, I would make a power point presentation with 50+ slides debating all his points (being a digimon fan is hard work D: )

Okay, look... I haven't watched the Lord of the Rings movies recently enough to remember much about it... All I know is that Leo respects Bilbo and Mikey absolutely has crushes on several characters. Mikey is definitely the one to suggest it, but Donnie enjoys it as well. Leo's more into sci-fi!

Usagi enjoys it a lot, but has to keep asking if that's a real thing that people on earth can do or if it's just in the movie. Fantasy stories are confusing for him sometimes because the rules of their dimensions work differently.

so, i’ve being hurting a bit seeing Ed struggle, because i’ve been there, i also had an ex dumping me out of nowhere just to reappear months later asking me to comeback, to then dumping me again and coming back and dumping me again and coming back (in the end i finally dumped her for good). I know why Ed can’t trust Stede right away, i should not have trusted right away for example, i Will be glad to see Ed healing by himself and to also see Stede working to reconstruct the trust and showing to Ed he really is determined and he really loves him, and that if that means being patient and working hard he will do it because Ed is worth it, Ed is special and Ed deserves being loved properly. i neeeeed to see the season now u.u i need to know that Ed knows Just how much he is loved. The way the lack of romance prevent ppl from reading rotbb is one of the saddest thing around. Like I crack ship as much as the next person (SosoIseol is adorable and I personally find CMxJG particularly funny even if I feel bad for inflicting CM on JG) but the lack of romance is part of why the narration is often so we'll balanced. Romance as a genre usually requires to make an Us and Them wall that often creates a narrative gap with the other characters (whether bc the romance is proper up or the FF is propped in which case the addition of romance was unnecessary and both case often leave a bad taste). Like...it can be well done but I don't see the point of adding it this far into the story.

Also if anything happened in canon I'd probably rage quit it because romance not being important is one of the things that made me appreciate this series so much (I hold instances of AroAce and/or celibate-who-don't-care protagonists near and dear to my heart). I might make an exception for SosoIseol 'cause it wouldn't change them that much and TBxCM because it'd just add to an already existing pathos -which would have even less of a narrative impact but for the same reason I really don't see the point to have them in canon. (Fanfictions and fanarts are our friends u.u)

Also I think there should be an "I want to both punch and roll CM into a burrito blanket consecutively and with no in between" Club, I feel he deserves it (the canon version is the alliance + the 5 dumbasses)
