“Jun, are you sure I look okay?”

You felt overdressed standing next to your boyfriend, even though he was the famous one AND he’d picked out your outfit.

“You look absolutely stunning dove, hands down the prettiest girl I’ve ever seen,” Yeonjun says it with such an affectionate grin that you can’t help but blush, loving the way he grabs onto your hand and escorts you towards the swanky after party.

“But you’re in all black, and I look like a disco ball,” you whine, still a little unsure.

“That’s because this isn’t about me. I’m just here to help you shine.” He says coolly, as if it wasn’t an after party for an award show that he’d just done a clean sweep of.

The two of you weren’t public yet, but Yeonjun was far past keeping it a secret to other celebrities.

“Just let me show you off,” he pouts, trying his best to look demanding.

“Fine,” you huff finally, letting yourself be guided into the large room by his hand on your waist.

Yeonjun keeps you glued to his side as he makes his way through the crowd, a big smile on his face everytime he gets to introduce you to another industry giant as “my beautiful girlfriend.”

In fact, he seems to enjoy a little too much the way their faces almost always drop when they find out you’re off the market.

He practically glows with pride every time he leans down to give you a kiss and sees multiple pairs of eyes staring.

You’re quick to notice the uptake in pda— “Jun why are you so touchy,” you giggle, happy even if a little confused by his newfound lack of self control around you.

“I’m just proud of you,” he says, eyes shiny as they meet yours, quickly adding “so happy I finally get to show you off.”

You let him kiss you silly even in the crowded room— if he wanted to show you off, who were you to tell him no?
