It's no surprise that the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 boasts beastly performance, but so does its power consumption, even though it uses a TSMC-manufactured GPU that reduces power consumption. compared to what was originally rumored, with rumors indicating a consumption of about 600W. However, as we can see in Guru3D, it seems that NVIDIA had been working on a card with 900W power consumption, well in principle that is the capacity of the heatsink we can see in the images. It is unknown if it is a RTX 4090Ti or a NVIDIA TITAN.which, according to the latest rumors, will not exist this generation either. One of the peculiarities of this heatsink is that it seems to be designed so that the heatsink had the fans on its top and bottom, ie, rotated 90 degrees from what we are used to seeing on graphics cards. Supposedly, this design would allow for increased cooling of the chip. For a while, there were some rumors about a card, possibly the RTX 4090 Ti, that had been cancelled on the basis of electrical issues such as the inability of a single domestic electrical circuit to power a computer with one of these cards inside, so this could be yet another piece of the puzzle.
