After putting it off for a while, I finally finished this very self-indulgent piece based on the final boss of Miitopia, featuring my OC Kandy as the Great Sage. ...Ok I have a lot of stuff I want to unload about the backstory and context of this piece so read more if you're interested in my probably incomprehensible rambles 😭 Basically I like Miitopia a totally Normal Amount and my newest playthrough made my brain go CRAZY which lead to this piece. Also there will be Miitopia endgame spoilers so ya

Basically the character as I've mentioned is my childhood OC Kandy in her revenge arc. I've been casually inserting her into some of my original work/fanfiction as a mischief maker that just wants some attention. She was originally a Mary Sue that I dropkicked as soon as I got in my "grr Mary Sue bad!!" phase but now I'm just fully embracing her OP-ness. I think it's fitting for her to start as the benevolent, powerful, and well-liked Great Sage who later gets corrupted into the godly Darker Lord, so I assigned her as such in my latest playthrough of Miitopia.

As I was playing this new run though of Miitopia, I decided to write a mini-fanfiction of sorts which just serves as an excuse for my blorbos to cross over and defeat evil together. I've done this for my past playthroughs and this one was no exception. However, since my own original character is playing as one of the most important NPCs in the game (And happens to be the only character not from a specific piece of media), I decided to add a little twist to this pass of the fanfic and make a sort of Alternate Scenario type deal.

In the original Miitopia, the Great Sage got corrupted by the Dark Curse following the defeat of the Dark Lord, which transformed them into the Darker Lord (Love the naming conventions of this game). In my AU, basically the Great Sage knew about the Dark Curse and purposely used the heroes to defeat the Dark Lord and take it for themself.

The Darker Lord ends up being the final boss of the main story of Miitopia, complete with multiple phases that lead up to an utterly BADASS confrontation against The Darkest Lord who is just a giant sun god and UGH IT'S SO GOOD YOU GUYS. And the music??? Amazing as well. I seemed out to recreate that epic feeling the boss fight gave me. But for this piece I decided to turn the Darkest Lord into sort of like a Stand that just menacingly looms over Kandy which she controls. There is a specific design for when the Great Sage goes evil mode in the game, and I did design Kandy's version of it, but I guess I just forgot about it. Plus, having this crazy little guy standing in front of their unfiltered godly form just made a cool visual so! :) I like to think that in this pass of my fanfic, Kandy's Darker Lord demon form probably comes out in desperation after the sun god is defeated, complete with the cool floating hands. This is obviously innaccurate to the actual ordering of these designs in the actual game but it's my fanfic and I get to break as many rules as I please >:)

Ok that explanation was probably pretty underwhelming but the tl;dr is that I started writing a min-fanfic where the Great Sage, played by my OC, is very evil from the beginning and only goes crazier from the power they get upon transforming into the Darker Lord.

I did want to make an accompanying comic where this character absolutely wipes the floor of my Mitopia team because she's just so Powerful and Awesome but that would reveal the types of characters in my Miitopia team, consequently revealing some of the fandoms I'm in and I just don't think the world is ready for that! But maybe when I reject my humanity I will not only make but publish my Miitopia team and them getting along and fighting evil <3 that's my ramble for this stupid art piece 😭

To anyone who plays Miitopia and is hoping to find more miis, my access key is 8JGYYW0 Keep in mind that I have a bunch of miis I downloaded from other mii access keys and I have mine lower - so aside from the main hero, to find mine without scrolling through ones that aren't mine, simply press the up button to go to the bottom of the list :D I have a bunch of pokemon characters and definitely a bunch of au versions of pokemon characters but you may find some unexpected stuff and a few OCs in the mix.

Because I'm weird, a bunch of my miis are made to not blink. Just personal reasons

Oh speaking of unexpected stuff I was looking through some online miitopia access code/mii sharing site a few days ago and unexpectedly found a character from fossil fighters. I didn't know I would see that sort of thing that day and was pleasantly surprised

Though a rogue by night, Ruth was more of a scholar. Her interests lie more in archeology - in the tales behind the ruins of an ancient building, or what the artifacts changed by the passage of time had to say, among many more things. Her fascination of the stories all of these tell make her want to seek more, to fit in all the puzzle pieces and get the complete picture.

The prospect of discovering something no one else had before was something Ruth wanted to achieve, if she did that, she’d be real famous! But all of her efforts so far were in vain. At least, until one day… (cont.)

There was something about the Sages’ Charm that piqued her interest, but who wouldn’t be intrigued? It was a treasure displayed for all of Miitopia to see, a treasure that protected each and every one of its citizens from darkness. The great spirit within would emerge in the time of need and choose a hero worthy of the charm’s power.

The prophecy was not what pulled Ruth in, rather, it was the mystery behind the charm. She could never find out how or when it came to be, and any questions she tried to ask were turned down for whatever reason.

So if the normal way of inquiry didn’t work, Ruth might as well try to figure out the answers herself, even if she has to execute an elaborate crime to do so. But she did not know what this would all lead her to…

Hello Hello! My name is Shizi and i’ve had this AU idea just living rent free in my head for a while now! And i wanted to share it somewhere.

As you might know, Lonk is an old mii and meme from that originated years ago thanks to Street Pass. He’s just a funny version of our beloved Hero of Hyrule, Link!

I use the Lonk mii a lot for a couple games, like Miitopia. And while reading the comic @linkeduniverse by Jojo sent me down a spiral of character ideas for Lonk. Ranging from his adventure, world, and even some weapons.

So if you’re interested, ask some questions about the world and stuff, i’d be more then happy to talk about this world and get my brain juice running.

Up to this point, only a few vague concepts have been set in stone and have been described above the cut. Even then these ideas can and will be improved upon in the future.

so i’ve been playing miitopia lately and my main party consists of eggabell as a cleric and the hero, filbo as a mage, floofty as a scientist, and snorpy as another cleric. and that’s all fun and good but the thing comes in with the fact that Floofty and Filbo are In Love As All Hell, have a high relationship, and keep doing the relationship abilities. and Because Snorpy is there. all i can imagine is

also Filbo is an airhead so he keeps doing dumbass things so i can just imagine “THIS IS WHO YOURE ENGAGED WITH!?” from Snorpy to Floofty as Filbo like. plays with the enemy and falls asleep mid battle because he was eepy

not to mention Floofty is stubborn and Snorpy is a healer. Stubborn miis of which are known for refusing to be healed and pissing literally everyone off

I love Miitopia

I love Miitopia.

I remember getting the game for the 3DS one July in one year, probably in 2018 or something. I think I only got it because a YouTuber I watched at the time was playing it. And little Meteor was like 'oh wow, this looks cool'

And I fell in love, I played that game over and over because even though it was always going to be the same story it was so much fun using different miis, whether it be original characters, people I knew like my family and classmates in primary school.

Maybe I could play it again and again because I liked the story so much, going on an adventure as the main hero who gets a good ending and makes friends with a lot of people has always been a dream for me considering I'm not good at making friends or being confident at all.

So when it got announced Miitopia was coming to the Switch, I was ecstatic. I can remember playing and finishing the demo in one day because there was no internet in my house and I had nothing else to do.

And then the full game came out, I love playing with the customization options, I love the new things added like the outing tickets and the horse, it helped develop whatever ocs I randomly came up with for the game.

But I sometimes forget about the game, and then when I play again, I reset to use new characters. Because of this, I haven't completed the game yet, but I'll try to this time.

Right now I'm mainly using pokemon miis, the main party will be gym leaders of me and my friends fanmade region, the great sage is the champion, the dark lord is the evil team leader, and everyone else (besides the other important roles, I just haven't gotten to them yet) I'll get from different access codes because unfortunately, I do not have the motivation to make all those characters.

Miitopia - The Golden Warriors is a fan comic of Miitopia crossovers with 2 Swedish bands with the same one front man, Roxette and Gyllene Tider ( pronounced “yil-le-ne-tee-der”). Based on their appearances in 2013 - 2015. Inspired from my Miitopia gameplay on Nintendo 3DS and Nintendo Switch. (Including a Swedish musician, Niklas Strömstedt as the Great Sage in the gameplay and this comic.)

Even though there are new contents added in Nintendo Switch version. The comic still based on Nintendo 3DS version. It may be some additional content especially for my own headcanon. But there will be no horse...^^; The comic started on November 2017 as a quick traditional sketchy comic. Then it became a serious comic series in later chapters. The comic format changed to be digital in Karkaton arc. I usually work on this comic when I have a free time. It will be delayed sometime because of my full-time jobs or having breaks from physical/mental health. And tragically, two of the musicians, in real life and had been added to Miitopia main team, had passed away when Realm of The Fey arc was in progress. They are dear Marie Fredriksson, the lead singer of Roxette, who had fought her illness for 17 years and passed away in late 2019. And the Roxette drummer, Pelle Alsing in late 2020. Their musical legend will be remembered and this fan comic will be dedicated to them.

The joyride in Miitopia continued... *This fan comic is totally has got game’s spoilers. For those who is playing this game, please make sure that you had already beat the game.
