Thanks for tagging me @sparkiekong ! I’ll pick a few sims from Bridgeport Freeze.
Hina
- She is an amazing cook, always trying new things and experimenting in the kitchen. Her daughter Akemi definitely gets that from her.
- She has a very calm demeanor and always comes across as amicable and pleasant to people when they meet her. That makes many underestimate her, because in reality, she is both a highly practical business woman and a very bad person to anger, because she does not suffer fools lightly.
- If someone messes with her daughter, niece and nephew, or really, any other person she files under “kid I’m going to protect”, they better run and hide.
Masami
- Hina’s younger sister who is, to put it plainly, not the easiest person to get along with. She is competitive, prone to jealousy, and quick to jump to (sometimes unreasonable) conclusions. (Ex. suspects her husband of having affairs whenever she’s pregnant.)
- Does have a tendency to see things in a very polarized way.
- Works in public government, which probably makes some of the above traits more pronounced.
Saori
- The troublemaker kid. Will often do things that are irresponsible and reactionary. (Ex: retaliating against cheating exes by doing something criminal.)
- A bit of a vigilante. For real, there were no bullies in her high school when she was there, because the few times they tried to start shit up, she kicked their buts hard enough for them to reconsider.
- Far too much like her mother (above) in personality, which causes frequent clashes between them. Despite that, she loves her mother and anyone who messes with her better watch out.

The Dangers in My Heart (Season 1, 2023, Japan)

Mini-review:
I didn't even know this anime existed until a few days ago, so imagine my surprise when I started watching and realized it might just be one of the best of the season. I'm sure some people will be put off by the initial premise, but luckily, the synopsis is nothing but a façade that's quickly deconstructed. Once that's done, we're left with one of the sweetest romcoms I've seen. It's also one of the awkwardest ones, and I mean that in the best of ways. The romance is a classic slowburn, and it's bolstered by some flawless character development. In fact, I was surprised by how good the overall writing is. The show just understands what being a teenager is like. For example, the comedy is built from the perfect mixture of awkwardness, silliness and horniness. I swear I heard some of the same jokes in my classroom when I was the same age as these characters. I imagine some people will dislike the level of horniness the humor reaches at some points, but I think it's incredibly realistic, so it didn't bother me at all. Anyway, I'm glad they already announced a second season, cause those final moments left me feeling all warm inside and I need more of these characters.

Airi’s friend from Re-tie Friendship, Ayumi, also seems to be on the class rosters! IIRC she’s the top right name in Miyajo 3-C, when I used Google lens it read the kanji in her family name as 田端 which would make her full name Ayumi Tabata!

This is going to sound so incredibly "breaking the fourth wall" but I'm suddenly imagining how the TR characters would react if they met their LA actors. I feel like Shinichiro would look at Kengo Kora and go "it's like looking at a mirror" or something, or Chifuyu looking at Mahiro and thinking that maybe he's got a new best friend idk but it's so random to think it
Ok idk anything about the live action actor's personalities so we're only going off of the tr character's reactions to their appearances
Takemichi 🤝 Takumi Kitamura- he'd just be overly excited about the whole thing, probably walk around him a few times going "woah!". Is very excited about his silly t shirts.
Mikey 🤝 Ryo Yoshizawa- Would be mildly interested, examining him with interest. Would ask him if he had a taiyaki or dorayaki to spare (someone then has to explain he's an actor to Mikey).
Draken 🤝 Yuki Yamada- Is just glad they got the details of his hair and tattoo correct. Is nice to his actor, not wanting to get on his bad side.
Naoto 🤝 Yosuke Sugino- Thinks it's a little odd, not the actor himself but how similar he can act to him.
Hina 🤝 Mio Imada- Just immediately makes friends, one minute they're introducing themselves the next they're planning a trip out together.
Mitsuya 🤝 Gordon Maeda- Is very interested in his actor, thinks he's cool and is especially interested in his costumes. Asks to see more of the costumes and also offers to practice scenes with him just to help out.
Pah 🤝 Kazuki Horike- Makes a loud noise of surprise before patting his actor on the back. Wants to try arm wrestling with him to make sure he's the right fit to play him.
Kisaki 🤝 Shotaro Mamiya- Probably scoffs at first but gives his nod of approval once he gets a closer look. He's very picky so getting his seal of approval can be tough.
Hanma 🤝 Hiroya Shimizu- Messes around with him, tries to mime his actors movements like he's his reflection. He's actually probably just bored on set so he messes around to make things more interesting.
Shinichiro 🤝 Kengo Kora- Is definitely impressed with his actor, stands next to him and insists they look the same, probably uses it as a new way to try flirting with girls.
Baji 🤝 Kento Nagayama- Gives him his approval, he looks similar enough and he's just impressed that the hair was done correctly.
Kazutora 🤝 Nijiro Murakami- Might actually get a bit confused with his casting, since Kazutora previously mentioned being self conscious about his looks he may get a bit confused over this good looking guy playing him. Is definitely interested in his hair here too, wonders if he could pull off a toned down look like that too.
Chifuyu 🤝 Mahiro Takasugi- Definitely wants to be friends and thinks he got the best actor. He's just amazed by his appearance as him and his acting.

Decided to just post the remaining ones here in just one batch because I need to throw the ideas somewhere and I do not have the patience I would like to imagine I have, especially not with stuff I want to talk about.

Going through his Hozier era, good for him <- Friend about him.
This man can fit so many conspiracies in his head.
Him and Mondo know each other in a daily basis because of some reasons I'll say later, you can imagine how his dead impacted the other.
Why pick Sakura? He's dumb but not that dumb.

Sakura Ogami - Ultimate Baseball Idol
She's wearing a 50's style baseball uniform, this is not her usual uniform but she likes how it looks so sue her.
The deal with the mm still happens and goes as you'd expect.
She didn't kill Hiro because she wanted, Hina was the original target for the letter so she went to confront him about it.
Aoi Asahina - Ultimate Programmer
I had to look up so many Y2K fashion girl I'm so sorry that this means you died 3rd.
Alter Ego takes mostly the form of her brother and she created both to help and cope with everything.
Her death happens because her and Makoto have heard of each other through her brother, he didn't mean to kill her he swears! Still happens, I hug her.
Second Group - Trouble Trio
Kyoko Kirigiri - Ultimate Gambler
She went to live with her dad when she was little but the deduction talent runs through her blood, she is type of player that counts card and doesn't get caught.
Eventually reconnected with her grandfather and flips her dad off a lot.
Case 3 was not for the money, it was a revenge thingy.
Makoto Naegi - Ultimate Biker Gang Leader
Still a sweethear! Just a good boy that could kick you in your knees and send you to the hospital
Started the gang more of a personal thing but then it got out of control and he doesn't know what will happen if he decides to leave (Especially since the Crazy Diamonds guys left so some of the members moved to his gang).
Sister is his second in command
Expected to get caught in Trial 2, then the whole meddling with the crime scene happened and he doesn't know how to feel about it.
Byakuya Togami - Ultimate Fanfic Creator
That type of nerd that corrects you even if you get a tiny detail wrong because "How dare you get this wrong even if you are just starting to learn about this piece of media? You are unworthy of calling yourself a true fan!".
Loser, L.
Doesn't know how he became friends with Makoto but case 3 certainly did happen got killed LMAO.
Third Group - The Allies(?)
Hifumi Yamada - Ultimate Moral Compass
I struggled so hard giving him a talent I tried my best.
The type of hall monitor that strucks a conversation with you while walking and you not realizing he took you to detention or the office.
Nothing like canon Hifumi, just, nothing, the best way to write Hifumi is not writing Hifumi.
Mukuro Ikusaba - Ultimate Martial Artist
The main 6's emotional support through everything, elder sister tired energy.
Her and Junko didn't get separated at teens but they are friends, she really cared about her sister and loves her very much.
MM deal hurts her soul... case 4, yeah.
Celestia Ludenberg? - Ultimate Fashionista?
Toko Fukawa - Ultimate Soldier
Omg is that Celestia Ludenberg the Ultimate Fashionista she looks so cool???
She looks different than in the pictures... Huh
Most be kept away from Taka at least 3 rooms appart if they are not in the group.

Onto the second part of Chapter Two of my Kyoko and Byakuya role-swap AU.
We’ve had some slight differences so far, but more will come.
So, Mondo and Taka still have their very straight moment, like in canon. I am making them a couple cuz I can.
Toko also isn’t stalking Byakuya since he isn’t really mean to her. He mostly ignores her, so no weird affection there.
But the rest of the chapter goes on as normal. The motives are revealed and Chihiro still wants to get stronger... but this time he doesn’t go to Mondo. While he still looks up to Mondo, there’s another boy who he sees as strong- though, more mentally then physically.
But maybe that’s what he needs a bit more- working on his confidence could really help a lot too.
So, he asks Byakuya to meet with him. Byakuya accepts, sensing no danger from Chihiro. To be safe, he did tell 'Junko' he was meeting up wuith Chihiro.
This leads to Chihiro revealing his secret to Byakuya and avoiding his death. (Yes, I know this is literally the beginning of That Really Wasn’t Supposed To Happen, but it’s a bit different. I’m also incapable of writing something without this friendship, so...)
Chihiro doesn’t end up dying, which is great! The next morning, everyone is alive! And there’s only a few more hours until the motive reveal.
Byakuya suggests staying together until then, but others don’t want to. So, they split up and all do their own things.
Chihiro and Byakuya leave together- though Makoto doesn’t know why- and Sakura and Hina go out for a swim.
All seems well and they are just waiting until Monokuma calls them to the gym again, but he doesn’t...
Makoto decides to do some investigating and after- accidently- meeting up with Byakuya and Chihiro, the Monokuma announcement begins to play before Chihiro could see the body.
What they see is the body of Hifumi Yamada in the pool, his blood staining the water as he floats at the top.
Monokuma File:
Victim: Hifumi Yamada
Time of death: 12:15 pm (they find the body around 3pm)
The victim was hit on the head with a blunt object. Water can be found in his mouth and lungs.
Yup! I’m making you guys try to solve it. I’ll probably post the investigation and trial tomorrow or Saturday!
As a hint: this mystery takes a bit from the one in the original chapter two... Just a bit though. Good luck!

I’ll admit that I avoided The Dangers in My Heart because of the synopsis. I decided to give the show a chance because of my friend’s recommendation and knowing that Hina Youmiya voiced the lead character. To my surprise, I enjoyed it more than expected.
I think the synopsis wasn’t fair to the show. While the first three episodes had many cringey moments, it wasn’t as bad as the synopsis made it out to be. As the story progresses, it becomes very wholesome! Ichikawa and Yamada have great chemistry together.
It took some time to warm up to Ichikawa but I liked him in the end. Yamada is awesome! I love everything about her! There were some fan-service scenes which is unfortunate though. The production of the anime is top-notch. The visuals and animation are gorgeous. I also loved the OP song.
Overall, I recommend binge-watching the show so you can skip the cringe parts lol.

Hey hey HEYYYYYYY it's 2022 Nanbaka Survey Results Time!!!
No I have not forgotten about the survey, I have just been quite busy in reality land. Today we are going to break down some of the data I collected over the past 2 months!!!
First things first, WE HAD PARTICIPATION. Like 95 people summited there info in contrast to the 30 ish people who submitted last year!! The main reason is probably because I had more connections, but I am still gooped gabed and gobsmacked at the amount of people who participated this year!!!
Also, in this year's survey, I got a bit more personal! For example, the who's your favorite character and how far are you in the manga questions, which I will elaborate more on when it is their time to shine!

Five more minutes later, I have completed that list!!! I am surprised that there is so much underated character representation, and we stan. Also everybody love love loves Jyugo and I love that.
Question 6: How far are you in the series?
I asked the question for one reason and one reason only, to give people the resources so they can CONTINUE TO SUPPORT THE SERIES. and get to know all of the characters. Since Pocket comics is not working out so well for Nanbaka, I will give some Sho approved resources so your can read it in English and/or truck through it in Japanese. (Because that's pretty much what I do since not all of the manga is translated. You just gotta pretend you know what's going on.)
So there are some main categories for people in the survey,
1. The people who just watched the anime to the end.
If you feel content that's awesome, but also resources.
2. People who have felt the magic disappear, and where just done. (They don't truly have any interest in reading further)
Cool beans.
3. People who are stuck on 192.
It is the dreaded number of doom. It the last chapter available "illegally" on the internet, and is the last chapter formated by the legendary sleepykat.
4. People who have read what has been translated.
5. The people who have read all of the manga with or without translation. (Translation: they can read Japanese or can just suck it up like me)

If I find anymore resources, I will try my best to give them out, but Nanbaka is kinda on it's way out, so hopefully there is a new titan of translation. But for now there is not.
