Hiyoko suffers from Panic Attacks (More in the night) And Ibuki always find a way to comfort her and get her back to sleep

Also, Hiyoko is one of the only people to see Ibuki crying because sadly she hide her negative emotions for comfort of the people around her (usually is not a problem but, sometimes she gets overwhelmed in people Bad days)

gonna be honest, the blonde is not good in comforting people but, she just take Ibuki's chin, Kiss her and get her in the bed to cuddle, not talking, just looking each other until they fall sleep (because other thing is that, in canon Ibuki loves naps and usually she drags Hiyoko with her after dinner)
