You know, the power of love is a curious thing: Makes a-one man weep, makes another man turn into a bright pink demigod of living flame that can exert power over reality itself.
Anyway, while there is a lot about this that doesn't really bear thinking about even a little bit, it has some really good action scenes, very pretty colors, and a rock solid score. Good times to be had.

Last appeared in Bloody Daddy, fans of Shahid Kapoor cannot wait to see him in the next lineup of interesting films. After he will be seen in the role of a scientist in the untitled romantic drama with Kriti Sanon, the Ishq Vishk star will also be seen exploring the action genre, quite extensively, in Deva. Featuring Pooja Hegde as the leading lady, the movie which was announced a few months ago has already wrapped up its first schedule.

Producers Roy Kapur Films expressed their happiness of completely one schedule before kicking off the holiday season and New Years on social media. The post featured a photo of a gun with bullets emptied around it and it read, ‘Deva First Schedule Done and Dusted’. “And it’s a wrap for #DEVA schedule one. See you in 2024!” they captioned and also tagged the entire team of the film including Shahid Kapoor and Pooja Hegde.
For the unversed, the film is directed by Rosshan Andrews, who is known for cinematography work in Malayalam films like Kayamkulam Kochunni, Salute, among others. The film was announced on the occasion of Pooja’s birthday and later during the festivities of Dussehra, the makers also unveiled the first look wherein Shahid Kapoor will be seen in the role of a cop. Speaking further about this action-thriller, it follows a brilliant yet rebellious police officer investigating a high-profile case. As he delves deeper into the case, he uncovers a web of deceit and betrayal, leading him down a thrilling and dangerous path.
Written by Sanjay Cherian, Hussain Dalal, Abbas Dalal, Arshad Syed, and Sumit Arora, Deva is expected to feature some high-octane stunts and will also star Pavail Gulati in a pivotal role. It is slated to release during Dussehra, on October 11, 2024.

Bhuvan Bam is on fire and there’s more great news for his gang of loyal fans, since his latest rom-com show, Rafta Rafta will premiere on Amazon mini-TV this January. Alongside his co-star on the series, Srishti Ganguli Rindani, the pair will appear as newlyweds Karan and Nithya who are caught in a tense relationship. This show will explore the modern-day consequences of the marriage pact their show will consist of seven episodes, each of which will follow the story of a humorous twist that is accompanied by an unexpected flurry of drama.
The show is being created by Rohit Raj, who is the lead actor himself, which makes it and the BB Ki Vines production. Although Abbas Dalal and Hussain Dalal are involved in the making of the show, Vishal Gupta will steer the camera to direct. A new Web-based series has been launched. Taaza Khabar One fan commented, “Bhuvan Bam and his effort to reinvent himself in a way that is different from self-created fictional characters is admirable. Vasant Gawde (Bhuvan Bam) is a stricken, poverty-stricken sanitation worker from South Mumbai, whose life changes dramatically when a small act of kindness can give him supernatural powers. As Gawde begins to control his destiny, fate could have other plans for him.
Taaza Khabar Web Series Review
The story of Taaza Khabar is a story about Vasya (Bhuvan Bam), an slumdog living in Byculla, South Mumbai. He manages the shauchalaya (toilets) and takes care of his beloved mother (Atisha Naik) and his angry father who is alcoholic (Vijay Nikam). The plot shifts to the other side when a small blessing (blessing) of a good deed gives Vasya supernatural powers that allow him to break news prior to it happening within the world. Along with his close-knit friends–girlfriend Madhu (Shriya Pilgaonkar) as well as his the best buddy Peter (Prathamesh Parab) Bakery owner and father-like character Mehboob Bhai (Deven Bhojani) and Mehboob’s daughter Shazia (Nitya Mathur)–he utilizes the new superpower to take control of his destiny. This is the reason why he starts an exciting journey that you’re not afraid of jumping onto.
Following the previous work on Bhuvan’s comic show ‘Dhindora’, the director Himank Gaur as well as writers Hussain And Abbas Dalal reunite again. The script starts out promising, but then becomes predictable, making you wonder where the show is headed. The story of the protagonist’s rise from being a common man living a shabby lifestyle (quite practically!) into becoming an entrepreneur is fascinating. A further plus is the dialogue that is fun and funny with just the right amount of comedy punches. Overall, this series of six episodes that runs under 30 minutes each, are a must-watch.
Bhuvan has definitely honed his acting abilities. He effortlessly conveys Vasya’s intense emotions on screen. Shriya Pilgaonkar provides the right support as Madhu prostitute with aspirations to become a designer. She is also Bhuvan’s lover. They have a lovely on-screen relationship. Shilpa Shukla plays the brothel’s owner Aapa is a minor role, but she makes her presence evident. JD Chakravarthy is a terrifying Shetty convincingly. It’s refreshing to witness Deven Bhojani back in an important role following such an extended time. The other actors provide an excellent performance, but you’re left feeling that Mahesh Manjrekar doesn’t seem to be a good fit for the character of Kismat who manages the betting industry.
