Hi! First time queer as folk watched from a couple of days ago if you remember. Just finished the show and I’m bawling my eyes out why did Justin and Brian not end up together 😭😭 they deserved a happy ending more than anyone. Why did you make up of the ending? Do you think they’d get back to each other? I’m so emo we needed a 6th season 😩

Firstly anon you'll be happy to know that they did not indeed break up and are blissfully happy and more in love than ever. Was the ending executed in my preferred fashion.. no. But they did not break up it was the opposite in fact all Brian said was that if they never saw each other again it wouldn't matter because it's only time. Time couldn't erase the love they had for each other in the past, in the present and their future love be it with each other or not. They would always be a part of each other, they were each other's first loves after all.

I 100% believe that Brian eventually left Pittsburgh and followed Justin to New York. Remember it was Brian's dream to go there all his life before he even met Justin, so with the love of his life being in his dream city what better incentive to move there. Justin totally became a successful artist in his own right, they did the long distance thing for a while before Brian opened up a new Kinnetik branch in New York bringing his right hand woman Cynthia along too of course!

To be honest they just needed to let the fans write the fifth season for them because we would've made waaay better endings for all the characters... but especially britin (justice for justin fading out as his final scene... no I won't ever get over it)
