percy : h2o + mako mermaids (he religously makes stelle watch them with him once she's older) , he also really likes teen beach movie + austin & ally (reminds him of him and annabeth). he's a great spiderman fan too, had a hyperfix on it as a kid and it came back SUPER STRONG when atsv was released, he was devastated when he couldn't infodump annabeth about it

annabeth : THE SIMS !!!! she got her dad to buy her all the DLCs of the sims 4 as compensation for how he treated her. i think she would also love the new york times games if they were more dyslexia friendly (you know when she gets absolutely furious at the sphynx in tbotl bc the questions are stupid? that's how she'd react to connection categories)

grover : he would love animal crossing new leaf and new horizons so much! i also think he would lend happy home designer to annabeth but she would get frustrated at how little you can personalise the houses. he also really likes deltarune and the concept of goat boy helps blue mc with single-mother reminds him of him and percy

nico : pokemon, but specifically the card game. will tries to introduce him to the game many times but nico is horrible at managing a console so after lots of frustration he goes "i wish it came it card format" and will is just like "OH!" he also really likes animation because he was alive during its beginnings, so i think he could be just familiar enough with it but not enough not to be super excited with every one of the new techniques that have been developed

rachel : she has watched tangled many many times. obviously she has a devianart / tumblr account. huge huge fan of the spiderverse movies (was the one percy infodumped about it) and adventure time (the opening of fionna & cake is her morning alarm). she is also a loona stan (after becoming friends with annabeth she asked for help figuring out the loonaverse and accidentally got annabeth into them as well, but rachel is more into the music while annabeth just focus on the lore)

tyson : when i was maybe 8 i had this nintendo game about horse riding that i am sure he would love. ALSO MLP!!! twilight reminds him of annabeth!!

will : TRIGUN !!!! SOMEONE LET THIS BOY READ TRIMAX!!! + he loved hannah montana, he still owns the cds and the climb is his favorite song.

bianca : would have loved christian girl k-pop i just know

clarisse : she grew up watching shonen anime. i don't watch a lot of shonen but i'm personally gonna say she likes one piece so when she got the quest on tsom a part of her kept going "omg one piece reference." she also thinks jojo's is the most hilarious piece of media to ever exist.

You know, the autistic and adhd pipeline is really pulling me. LITTERALLY every time I see something Jester-esc and colorful and silly with a touch of horror/deeper shit My brain goes NEW FIXATION HELLO. Welcome Home, FNAF, MFN, DHMIS, Fizzaroli and Blitzo, Bill Cipher, The IT movies (cause clown duh), Ena.. Sun And Moon specifically, Discord from MLP, Deltarune (mainly Jevil and Seam) and now THE AMAZING DIGITAL CIRCUS.

Like brain I get it, I do. BUT PLEASE GIVE ME A REPRIEVE FROM IT ALL. But noooooo. It just keeps on giving my new fixations, and some of them got no fandoms, MFN I'm looking at you, which just makes me sad cause I want more. But I can't have ... Also

The Amazing Digital Circus is awesome go watch it if you haven't. Do I think I'll like and I'm already prepared to like Jax even if he's an ass, cause snarkwad characters always grab my attention, but Caine and Pomni are like the only two I really want more of. Seriously you give me a CHARACTER that is Eldritch or godlike with that personality, they are now my favorite thing FOR YEARS. And give me a character I want to give love and affection to cause they are being put through some shit, and anxiety ridden you got my attention as well.

Anyway. Love the show. Really hope Caine and Pomni become friends.. Why cause I think it would be funny!! Tiny timid person next to, godlike chaotic thing. Juxtaposition in friend dynamics is hilarious to me!!!

Can i request a funny platonic one-shot of rottmnt of leo and his little sister? (Mutant ninja turtle too at the age of properly 10).

Plot: so the plot is about the brothers, whenever there's a long, difficult mission they're about to have, one of the brothers must stay and babysit reader because 1, splinter is old and he pass out after milk and cake (and reader knows that) and 2, of how active she is; like she literally can run for hours, jump and do flips like there's no tomorrow, and today was leo's turn.

All leo did was leaving his sister unattended form 5 to 15 minutes just to read JJ comic book while she was watching MLP, turned out she went out of the lair and if raph caught a whiff of what happened leo won't live to see the next day, so now Leo is on a crazy goose chase to hunt his sister down who was running around New York City from rooftop to rooftop and from car to car.

And trust me when i say this; his mystic power and pun jokes aren't enough to stop reader.

"No one leaves. Right, Leo?" Raph gives Leo a look, eyebrows raised.

"Yes... No one leave..." Leo rolls his eyes, turning away from his older brother. Leo sighs exasperatedly. The other 3 brothers then left for patrol, leaving Leo and you at the lair. "Alright, Superstar, ready to watch My Little Pony?"

Both of you cheer as you make your way to the movie room, Splinter had already retired to bed. Leo put My Little Pony on for you, chilling on the couch with a Jupiter Jim comic. He zoned out as he read. After a while, he realized he was hungry so he sat up and put down the comic.

"Alright, Bee, time for dinner." He says, standing. "What do you wa-"

You weren't sitting where he left you anymore. He immediately ran around the lair, searching for the small turtle. He yelled your name, searching everywhere, until he saw the lair door open.

"Fuck me..." He groans. Leo quickly grabs his katanas and runs out the door. He makes his way topside and onto a roof only to see you talking with pigeons. "You know... Pigeons make terrible counselors..."

"What?" You ask looking at Leo, only to realize your mistake as a smile spread across his face.

"They can't stand the emotional bird-en." He smirks. Leo watches you, amused, as he watches you run off. He sees you jump to the next roof and quickly follows. He portals and ends up in front of you, you stop before you make it to him. "Damn... I forgot the next pun – do you have something to jog my memory?"

You quickly run away again, jumping from roof to roof. You hear Leo running behind you. You see a flash of blue and he's next to you suddenly.

"Would this be considered Portal Kombat?" He asks, laughing. You shove him and he falls into another one of his portals and is on the other side of you. "Portal Kombat II?"

"Leo!" You yell, changing directions again to get away from him. You fall through one of his portals, landing on your butt in front of him.

"Portal Kombat: Conquest!" Leo grabs your arm, pulling you up. Leo drags you back to the lair, pushing you onto the couch, a hand on his hip in disappointment. "Are you terra firma? Because you're grounded..."

Warning: I am so so so sorry to all my followers cause yes it is a rant about the Disney movie "Wish" :) I am like years years late on this fucking mess but I was waiting for it to be on Disney plus to finally witness it with my own eyes how awful this movie is despite the many reviews saying so

Sooo... I finally saw Disney's movie "Wish" :)...

I hate it, I hate it SO MUCH, I hate this soulless no identity piece of shit that can't even be a product for the 100th years celebration as well :)

The story is trash

The dialogue is trash

The pacing makes no sense and just awful

The COLOR PALETTE feels like it should have been switched or better implimented

And I have watched and heard reviews about the movie and how bad and lackluster it is, and now I can understand why...

I watched this piece of shit with a friend, and we both hate it. I don't even know where to start...

I think where I can start is just... the actual ending scene of the grandpa playing "When you wish upon a star" that leads into the Disney Castle scene? That should have been THE BEGINNING of this movie, with him starting off and narrating the beginning of the movie before it leads to the actual events and such.

Sticking to basically the song still, I know or remember that this movie was suppose to be like the origin of the song? or the act of wishing upon a star??? The movie didn't even do it well either!

The implications of wishing on a star and not entirely relying on that star to do all the work should have been more implemented. Basically since the people of the kingdom give their wishes to King Magnifico, and rely on HIM to grant their wishes when they could do it themselves. It just feels like a cult, relying on Magnifico and just settling to not have the drive to make your own dreams work and just accepting that "oh well maybe another day" without doing the work!

THIS ISN'T ENTIRELY NEW!!! THIS WAS BETTER DONE IN PRINCESS AND THE FROG!!!!

And touching upon the reliance, the dependency and complete trust of King Magnifico that they don't question what he is doing. It would make sense to the adults in the kingdom and those who already gave their wishes cause well...

Life in the kingdom is happy and well, their lives are already great. Why should they want more???

But to the young ones, people like Asha who still HAVE their wish. They're full of hope and determinations, they still have that want, that desire, that life in them to want to pursue more than they already have!

Someone already probably made this statement, but still. That could have been it!!!

And it could have been what King Magnifico takes away when he takes a person's wish! Their dream, their hope, their drive to explore! If King Magnifico has the people's absolute trust and dependency, he has absolute control over everyone, taking away their dream squashes any chance that someone will break away and lead to a revolution if they discover he's lying to them.

Also just... make it better shown who still has their wishes and who doesn't!!!

Just slight alterations

Those who still have their wishes are fine: their colors are still bright, they're more lively and energetic

Those who have already gave their wishes to the king: their colors are a bit pale or duller, not too much but still, also have a slight drowsy appearance. Help emphasize that these people are empty, they're missing something but not entirely

Those who's wishes are entirely destroyed: Dull, and hopeless. Darker than those who gave their wishes away, as they believe themselves to have no hope

Instead of telling us, the slight implementation that something is off!!! LIKE THAT EPISODE OF MLP FRIENDSHIP IS MAGIC OF STARLIGHT'S CULT VILLAGE OH MY GOD I JUST REALIZED IT!!!!

But not too much that its worrying, this is why the kingdom's blue palette plays in to help hide it!

This is my main problem, I still have others but this is already too long that I'll just list em off

The Queen should have been evil as well, we should have had our lovey evil couple that was in the concepts

Star boy! I will not forgive that we have been robbed of a romance between the Star boy and Asha either DISNEY!!!!

Fuck off with all those 7 friends, cut it down to maybe 3 (preferably the Glasses girl, the short Grumpy one, and the big eepy boy. I know they have names but FUCK THEM HAVING 7 PEOPLE)

More show of the star's magic instead of JUST MAKING ANIMALS TALK!!! GIVE US MORE MAGIC SHOWCASE OH MY GOD!!!

Make King Magnifico more unhinged at the end since he's losing control, let him go full evil instead of what the fuck they did

Asha would have been better written as possibly Magnifico and Amaya's daughter, the evil couple who loves control are training their daughter to be like them and succeed since Asha pretty much is selfish since she wants to be Magnifico's assistant only for her own benefit

FUCK. OFF. WITH THE PREVIOUS DISNEY MOVIE EASTER EGGS WITH HOW THEY ARE DONE IN THIS MOVIE OH MY GOD.

ALSO FUCK OFF WITH HOW THEY SHOWCASE PREVIOUS DISNEY MOVIES AT THE END CREDITS THAT IS NOT WHAT SHOULD BE SHOWCASED THERE

TOO. MUCH. SINGING If I am saying this for a Disney Movie then it is bad. THERE IS TOO. MUCH. SINGING AND MUSIC HAPPENING IN THIS MOVIE

King Magnifico is a dumb name, he choose a better name for him that works best

ITS TIME FOR SCOOPS TROOP (+ MAX) THOUGHTS BABEYYYY

sometimes i forget season 4 happens less than a year after Starcourt. meaning the party had yet to experience a little 1 year trauma anniversary of the horrors from that summer and a good few new members would be so out of the loop for it

thinking about Scoops Troop getting hit particularly hard by the anniversary of kidnapping and torture (and especially because the Russian shit is distinctly different scary than the upside down horrors that plague the party year-round) and Max's conflict with Billy's death, all of those feeling from right after starcourt coming back like it happened last week instead of last year

so with the resurgence of the old pain, Scoops Troop all decide to reuse their old coping mechanisms too

meaning for the first week of July they are physically inseparable again, the four having nightly sleepovers and basically living side-by-side. Camping out at Steve's or Robin's or Dustin's or even Erica's house different nights of the week (Steve and Robin asking the week off from work, claiming a family vacation if they can't trust their manager with the truth that its a PTSD Extravaganza)

Max joining in often to avoid being alone with her thoughts (she also hangs out with the rest of the party splitting her time up pretty evenly but ofc Scoops Troop is the ideal choice for those odd hours of the night) and all 5 (or 6, ofc Lucas joins too if they're at the Sinclair's) have fun distracting themselves most of the week with whatever they need. Silly kids movies and board games and card games, playing with Erica's dolls and discussing MLP, looking at all Dustin's science projects and playing with Tews, going through Robin's instrument collection and language books, Steve trying to teach everyone basketball or little games like horse (Lucas joins too ofc, Max watches mostly and is deemed the 'judge' of if something 'counts' aka Dustin and Erica keep barely missing and want credit for almost getting a shot)

but just like last year, distractions only last so long. every day they're doing something harmless and someone at some point breaks. maybe they let themselves space out and think a little too long, sometimes theres a reminder nobody could've avoided, sometimes they just went a little too long without acknowledging it. either way they all work with it no matter who it is or whats bothering them.

Steve and Dustin usually need to sit with whatever emotion broken them, let themselves feel after spending so much time keeping it together for the people around them. Steve needs to sit and cry, if he's around people he needs to feel like theres no rush to be better again, like he has all the time in the world to sit and cry and be useless. Dustin needs a cry with reassurance, that he did his best in a situation he had very little control over and having him there helped everyone so much. This means Steve's crys are pretty quiet, filled with hugs and soft silence that lets time slip away, while Dustin's crys have a soundtrack of gentle words with them

Robin also needs spoken reassurance. She spirals and catastrophizes very easily and needs to work through stuff out-loud without being allowed to work herself into a self-deprecating frenzy. Steve is used to working that balance of letting her let things out without getting out of hand, and Dustin and Erica are great at giving logical solutions whenever she starts catastrophizing

Erica is a middle ground between the two. She needs to sit and feel her emotions because she constantly feels she has a reputation to maintain, and she needs to work things out out-loud like Robin but doesn't catastrophize as easily. The hard part for her is getting support without pity, which has a learning curve but eventually Scoops Troop has it down and it helps her a lot having a guaranteed safety net for her more vulnerable moments

Max doesn't break around them nearly as often, partially because she's not spending all her time with the group but mostly because she grew up having to keep that stuff in for so long she still struggles being seen while vulnerable, and having open emotions is extra difficult when the person you're sad about is also responsible for your struggles being openly vulnerable.

when she does break, she needs the control over those moments. she needs to be able to control whos seeing and hearing her, how long she cries and how hard, how much she tells and who she's talking to. she prefers to be alone or with only one person with her, ideally Lucas because they have the most familiarity and trust built up. She'll either find a room to leave to or everyone will move to a different room for the time, and Lucas sits with her and lets her let everything out at her own pace. When Lucas isn't there and can't be, she'll pick someone else to sit with her, usually Robin because she's pretty easy to read and Max knows shes good at sitting and listening with Steve when he's breaking. Sometimes she'll get Steve if she needs reassurance, someone who'll know what to say to bring her out of it.

and sometimes multiple people break at once. Steve and Robin's trauma have similar triggers so often times its the two of them breaking and clinging to each other like the earth beneath them will crumble if they let go. Robin usually holds onto Steve like a little teddy bear, keeping him close so she can protect him, and Steve loves how she'll hold him and makes him feel safe. Dustin and Erica help talk Robin through her breakdown while she's holding onto Steve.

Dustin and Erica will sometimes break if they loose sight of Steve and Robin for a moment, prompting a more-talk-less-cling-and-sob pile with Robin and Steve going back and forth helping talk them through it and letting them cry it out

And if everyone breaks? chaos, at least from an outside perspective. lots of hugging and crying with the talkers working through their shit together and reassuring the others. from the outside it'd almost be comical if it weren't for the circumstances causing it

It all becomes an unspoken agreement, taking less than a day for Scoops Troop to get on the same page (after all, they're treating it basically like post-Starcourt part 2) and about a day and a half for Max to join them. Even as the emotions come back full swing, its a lot easier to deal with because of the general understanding from everyone. Their parents realize its the anniversary of The Fire and are better equipped to support their kids however they need (even if it means letting them have sleepovers all week, they learned the first time that it helps a lot and the intensity of it will pass). The Party also understands whats going on (they all have their own trauma anniversaries that hit harder like the end of November for Mike and the Byers) and being supportive too, like inviting Scoops Troop and Max to any get-togethers instead of just Dustin (so he doesn't have to awkwardly ask if they can come too) and in general inviting Max a lot so she always has the option to not be alone.

Hellfire though? and the newest party members (Eddie, Vickie, Argyle, maybe Chrissy too because i love her)? they're Lost™ at first.

Vickie is the first to kinda grasp whats going on, being closest to Robin (and Steve by extension dtjsjysj) she was hanging out with her when Robin realized she needed to be around all of Scoops Troop again to be able to calm the panic and she joined their first sleepover

Eddie and Chrissy next (assuming she joined Hellfire, which she so would) who noticed the Upside Down Trauma a mile away and just had to piece together the reason this time ("no its not back, its just the third and fourth marks a year since the Starcourt 'mall fire'- yeah no not really a fire. a lot worse actually')

Hellfire never really gets the full explanation of why Steve, Robin and Erica all also need to attend this weeks session specifically or why Gareth still isn't allowed to do a Russian accent for his Chaotic Neutral Halfling rouge Geörgov the Gruesome. Eddie gives him the most intense stink eye if he so much as attempts an accent close to it and when asked he just insists and throws in a new excuse every time thats so wild its comical and almost distracts from the fact that he's refusing to tell them

and once they actually witness Scoops Troop together (especially Steve and Robin 'what do you mean they're not dating? not even like crushes? nothing?) they just kinda have to accept that they're Just Like That Sometimes with the Party awkwardly deflecting and Eddie being amusingly cryptic

and Argyle is the last one to know, entirely because he just assumed they were close like that entirely unrelated to trauma. And everyone assumed he knew based on how chill he was. Until he asked what a Starcourt was, wondering if it was a new Star Wars thing he missed

Just Scoops Troop bonding like stray cats that should not be seperated. They've seen so many horrors at this point they definitely give No Fucks about how weird they look as long as the rest of their group doesn't have a problem
