Okay “little” personal ramble in the tags abt me, fanart, and fandom

#Okay I feel like rambling abt things #nothing bad just some stuff relating to fandom and art and a bit of my personal stuff #And ofc I love doing it in the tags bc ppl can't reblog easily and I don't necessarily want ppl to reblog my personal or salty stuff #anyways #idk where to start #this is probably end up looking messy bc I'm mostly gonna think out loud and infodump XD #okay you probably notcied (or not idk actually but I feel like it) that I've been slightly less active lately #and when I come back it's to post non spn fanart #I've been taking some distance for my own mental health #the drama actually got to my core even though I told myself its only fandom and fictional shit it hit me from behind and it was really nasty #that's around the time I did my figure studies bc I at the same time I was artblocked and had some personal life shit going on #so yeah it was Bad #and as I was just getting better Genshin Impact (a videogame) came along (my irl friends roped me into it) #and it's been cathartic to have something else to focus on #It's to early to say I'm moving on and I really hope I don't move on from spn like I did with Naruto #like now I don't feel anything towards Naruto at all #back when I was into it I was scared I would fall off interest with it and it actually happened easily and without pain #and I don't want that to happen with spn bc it means a lot more to me #I can't promise y'all anything bc I certainly don't wanna force myself to draw anything #I've always gone with the flow and it worked for me so far #so yeah you might see more Genshin Impact art on your dash even if Im very much still drawing destiel #it's not like (and I know how harsh that might sound) I owe anyone anything #I'm here for fun #I draw WHATEVER THE FUCK I want #and if my genshin art that I very much love (see my latest art) barely gets notes bc it's not as popular as SPN well I'm gonna try not to ca #*care #(I say try bc. It kinda hurts to see the reason ppl like your art is mainly bc you draw super popular characters) #(it kinda makes you think your art itself is actually not really good and that people only care abt the characters) #ANYWAYS I don't wanna go down that train of thought. #atm I actually think I can focus on 2 fandoms which has never happened before and I'm gonna try to keep it that way C:
